Aim:To investigate the role of hypothalamus nociceptin/orphanin FQ（OFQ）andits endogenous receptor,the opioid receptor-likel receptor（ORL1 receptor）in theestrus cycle of female ***:Radioimmunoassay was used to detect theeffect of the intracerebroventricular（icy）administration of OFQ and/or the ORL1receptor antagonist[Nphe1]Nociceptin（1-13）NH2,that is,NC13 on luteinizinghormone（LH）levels of estrogen- and progesterone（EBP）-primed,ovariectomized（OVX）rats（EBP-primed OVX rats）.RT-PCR,Western blotting,and immunohis-tochemistry techniques were adopted to observe the changes of OFQ and theORL1 receptor in the pre-optic area（POA）and the medial basal hypothalamus（MBH）of the estrus cycle of female ***:Pre-ovulatory LH surges in EBP-primed,OVX rats were significantly reduced by icv administration of 20 and 200nmol OFQ（P<0.05）,and the effect of 20 nmol OFQ could be abolished by pretreat-merit with 20 nmol *** OFQ mRNA level in the POA on pro-estrus waslowered markedly compared to diestrus and estrus（P<0.05）,while the mRNA andprotein levels of the ORL1 receptor showed no significant changes in the POAand MBH across the estrus ***,the number of OFQ-immunoreac-tive neurons in the medial POA,ventromedial hypothalamus,and the arcuatenucleus on pro-estrus was significantly decreased compared to diestrus and es-tins（P<0.05）.Conclusion:The inhibitory effect of OFQ on the LH surge of EBP-primed,OVX rats and its downregulation in POA and MBH on pro-estrus sug-gests that it might play a negative modulatory role in the estrus cycle.

As a kind of multi-physics imaging approach integrating the advantages of electrical impedance tomography and ul- trasound imaging with the improved spatial resolution and image contrast, magneto-acoustic tomography with magnetic induction （MAT-MI） is demonstrated to have the capability of electrical impedance contrast imaging for biological tissues with conductivity differences. By being detected with a strong directional transducer, abrupt pressure change is proved to be generated by the gradient of the induced Lorentz force along the force direction at conductivity boundary. A simplified boundary normal pressure （BNP）-based conductivity reconstruction algorithm is proposed and the formula for conductivity distribution inside the object with the clear physical meaning of pressure derivative, is derived. Numerical simulations of acoustic pressure and conductivity reconstruction are conducted based on a 2-layer eccentric cylindrical phantom model using Hilbert transform. The reconstructed two-dimensional conductivity images accord well with the model, thus success- fully making up the deficiency of only imaging conductivity boundary in traditional MAT-MI. The proposed method is also demonstrated to have a spatial resolution of one wavelength. This study provides a new method of reconstructing accurate electrical conductivity and suggests the potential applications of MAT-MI in imaging biological tissues with conductivity difference.

The feature selection in face recognition based on rough sets theory’s significance of attribute is *** first,on the basis of PCA method,the feature vectors are extracted and the decision table of rough set is *** four definitions for significance of attributes,which are classifiable significance and similar significance for single attribute and attribute subsets,are given *** last,attributes reduction based on classifiable significance of attribute is proposed,and using similar significance of attribute,the final features for face image recognized classification are *** new feature selection method entirely relays on the apriority knowledge of the data *** the optimal feature subset could be selected,and the face recognition precision could be *** experiment results show that the proposed method is superior to the traditional ones.

The hydraulic parameter quick test system in accordance with the oscillation principle can overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods in determining hydraulic parameters which,besides having complex hydrogeological restrictions and needing complex equipment in the field,are often both time and energy consuming,and high *** on the hydrogeological conditions in the north anchorage of Taizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge,a quick hierarchical test is carried out for different depths of single-hole drilling to verify the function of the system in this ***,with a purification of the raw data gathered in the test by wavelet denoising,the hydraulic parameters are worked out by adopting the Kipp model.A comparison between the Kipp model results and stratigraphic data as well as pumping test results justifies the reliability and accuracy of the new *** study finds other advantages of the method like high efficiency in operation,flexibility in stratified test,as well as ***,the technology is of significant practical value and application prospect.

AIM To study the role of cholecystokinin- octapeptide (CCK-8). β-endorphin (β-EP). and gastrin in an anorexic infantile rat model and no subsequent regulation of nose peptides by the Yunpi complex prescription ErBao Granule. METHODS We fed infantile rats with special prepared forage. A liquid extract of ErBao Granule was administered to the rats daily for 3 weeks, CCK-8, β-EP, and gastrin concentrations in hypothalamus, gastric antrum, and plasma of the rats were measured by radioimmunoassay, and were compared with controls. RESULTS Treatment of rats with ErBao Granule inhibited CCK-8 secretion and increased β-EP and gastrin secretion. CCK-8 concentration in hypothalamus and plasma of model control group increased significantly and correlated negatively with food intake of models, respectively. β-EP concentration in gastric antrum and plasma of model control group decreased significantly and showed a positive correlation with food intake of models, respectively. Hypothalamus concentration of β -EP was similar in models and controls. Gastrin concentration in gastric antrum of models was lower than in the blank control group, and correlated positively to food intake of models. Finally, CCK-8 concentrations in plasma of rats showed a positive correlation with plasma β-EP (r=-0.68, P<0.05). CONCLUSION The increased plasma and hypothalamus concentration of CCK-8, decreased gastric antrum and plasma level of β -EP, and decreased gastric antrum concentration of gastric are associated significantly with the anorexia of infantile anorexic rat models produced by special forage. ErBao Granule can reverse these changes, which may be the major mechanisms of ErBao Granule simulating feeding.

＜正＞CuO/SBA-15 composites were prepared by using impregnation method with as-prepared SBA-15 as support,and the occluded template（P123） in SBA-15 promoted the dispersion of CuO on *** the catalyst of propellant,CuO/SBA-15 composite not only enhanced the burning rate of propellant but also decreased the pressure *** addition of 1 wt%CuO/SBA-15 in the propellant, the burning rate of AP based propellant increased 9.5%and pressure exponent decreased 17.3%.

The geological condition of coalfield is much complex in china. With increasing in mining depth and drainage amount, the contradiction of drainage, water supply and environ-mental protection is becoming more and more serious. However, the contradiction can be solved by the scientific management of optimizing combination of drainage, water supply and environ-mental protection. The Philip multiple objectives simplex method used in this article has searched for a possible solution at the first step, and then it goes on searching to find out whether there is a weight number that can lead the solution to the biggest. It can reduce the randomness and diffi-culty of traditional weight method which determine the weight number artificially. Some beneficial coefficients are vague and the number is larger in the model of water resource dispatch. So the vague layer analysis method can consider these vague factors fully, combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis together. Especially, this method can quantify the experiential judge-ment of policy decider, and it will turn to be more suitable if the structure of objective factors is complex or the necessary data are absent. In the paper, the two methods above are used to solve the plans of drainage, water supply and optimizing distribution of water resource in the Zhengzhou mining district.
