With the integration of integrated circuits continues to rise,the feature size of integrated devices has entered *** electron transistor （SET） is satisfied as nanoelectronic devices,and the SET will be mixed with the composition of nano-MOS devices （SETMOS）,is one of the hot current *** as a new hybrid device combine the advantages of both,it also has the same Coulomb oscillation characteristics with the SET and MOS high *** analog signal processing filters as the basic unit circuit,it must conform to the development of the *** on the I V characteristics of a SETMOS hybrid device model,a SETMOS integrator is designed,and expounding it’s the operating condition,structure,performance,parameter and *** transmission performance of the integrator designed is simulated by *** conclusion is proved by simulation result.

A 2650-year(BC665-AD1985) warm season(MJJA: ***,July,August) temperature reconstruction is derived from a correlation between thickness variations in annual layers of a stalagmite from Shihua Cave,Beijing, china and instrumental meteorological records. Observations of soil CO and drip water suggest that the temperature signal is amplified by the soil-organism-CO system and recorded by the annual layer *** reconstruction reveals that centennial-scale rapid warming occurred repeatedly following multicentenial cooling trends during the last *** results correlate with different records from the Northern Hemisphere, indicating that the periodic alternation between cool and warm periods on a sub-millennial scale had a subhemispherical influence.

Water management has been the focus of research,not only because of water scarcity,but also as a result of its sharing across national *** china,19 major international river basins are concentrated in three regions,but the past practice in transboundary waters management in china shows that china is lack of comprehensive,systematic and authorized research and information centre of transboundary *** to assist the Government of china to improve its management of transboundary waters,this paper presents an analysis of the Chinese situation and systems currently in place for the transboundary waters,as well as some relevant international *** discusses weaknesses and reasons in the existing Chinese situation and highlights some progress in china and relevant international *** this view,water should be managed in an internationalized way,integrating methodologies and techniques used in natural as well as social sciences.

Construct cross-media feature relationship properly is significant to query by song(QBS).In this paper the cross-media features relationship include three parts:text- based music features,text-based lyrics features and text-based picture features which relate with *** analysis what are the associated relationship among music,text-based lyrics and *** we design a cross-media text-indexing structure and propose a new associate approach that named"word linking matching".At the same times we improve the existing construction methods for these feature library in order to satisfactory the need of cross-media information *** experiment results show the feasibility of our study work for Our QBS system.

目的:了解16 3.5例病残儿童中精神性疾病的发病情况,收集出生缺陷/遗传病信息数据,为预防出生缺陷提供科学依据。方法:采取区县初筛、市级鉴定模式,对重庆市所属区县申请医学鉴定的病残儿童进行鉴定。结果:病残儿童鉴定总数为16 3.5例,其中精神性疾病为3.73.例,占22.91%。以智力低下者居多,有2 3.2例,占精神性疾病的64.01%;其次为脑性瘫痪1 001例,占26.79%,小儿精神分裂症3.1例,占8.59%,躁狂抑郁性精神病5例,占0.13.,自闭症7例,占0.19%,双相情感障碍6例,占0.16%,小儿多动症4例,占0.11%,强迫症1例,占0.03.。结论:需重视病残儿童精神性疾病变化监测,加强高发病种的防范研究,提倡优生优育,降低精神性疾病患儿发生率。

Parallelized Jaccard-Based Learning Method and MapReduce Implementation for Mobile Devices Recognition from Massive Network Data

The ability of accurate and scalable mobile device recognition is critically important for mobile network operators and ISPs to understand their customers' behaviours and enhance their user *** this paper,we propose a novel method for mobile device model recognition by using statistical information derived from large amounts of mobile network traffic ***,we create a Jaccardbased coefficient measure method to identify a proper keyword representing each mobile device model from massive unstructured textual HTTP access *** handle the large amount of traffic data generated from large mobile networks,this method is designed as a set of parallel algorithms,and is implemented through the MapReduce framework which is a distributed parallel programming model with proven low-cost and high-efficiency *** using real data sets show that our method can accurately recognise mobile client models while meeting the scalability and producer-independency requirements of large mobile network *** show that a 91.5% accuracy rate is achieved for recognising mobile client models from 2 billion records,which is dramatically higher than existing solutions.
