＜正＞With potential functions including harmonic intramolecular interaction and Lennard-Jones plus Coulombic intermolecular interactions,classical dynamic simulations were performed on liquid *** the range of pressure from latm to 240 Katm and the range of temperature form 300 K to 1300 K,we carried out NPT and NVT *** thermodynamic properties of liquid nitromethane under high-pressure and high-temperature have been *** some thermodynamic functions,such as shock velocity and particle velocity,the classical MD simulation is close to experimental *** the calculated Hugoniot pressure is too high compared to experimental results and other simulations with different *** same to other simulations,shock temperature is lower than *** pressure and temperature effects on the structural properties of denser liquid NM have been examined in terms of some characteristic pair radial distribution *** careful analysis of the pair correlation functions reveals that the short-range become very important at high density,and Lennared-Jones potential is not suitable for high pressure.

Complex structural variants(CSVs) are genomic alterations that have more than two breakpoints and are considered as the simultaneous occurrence of simple structural ***,detecting the compounded mutational signals of CSVs is challenging through a commonly used model-match *** a result,there has been limited progress for CSV discovery compared with simple structural ***,we systematically analyzed the multi-breakpoint connection feature of CSVs,and proposed Mako,utilizing a bottom-up guided model-free strategy,to detect CSVs from paired-end short-read ***,we implemented a graph-based pattern growth approach,where the graph depicts potential breakpoint connections,and pattern growth enables CSV detection without pre-defined *** evaluations on both simulated and real datasets revealed that Mako outperformed other ***,validation rates of CSVs on real data based on experimental and computational validations as well as manual inspections are around 70%,where the medians of experimental and computational breakpoint shift are 13 bp and 26 bp,***,the Mako CSV subgraph effectively characterized the breakpoint connections of a CSV event and uncovered a total of 15 CSV types,including two novel types of adjacent segment swap and tandem dispersed *** analysis of these CSVs also revealed the impact of sequence homology on the formation of *** is publicly available at https://***/xjtu-omics/Mako.

分别以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯为含氟单体,采用硫代甘油为链转移剂,通过自由基溶液聚合制备了2种含氟羟基丙烯酸酯树脂,考察了硫代甘油用量对树脂相对分子质量、黏度及羟基含量的影响,对树脂结构和热稳定性进行了表征;同时以多异氰酸酯为固化剂制备了聚氨酯涂膜,并对涂膜的表面能、光学透过性、耐化学品性以及常规物理性能进行了测试。结果表明:在硫代甘油用量为4%、固体分含量为60%的条件下,2种树脂的相对分子质量和黏度分别低至1 891、(231±2) mPa·s和2 144、(362±3) mPa·s;聚氨酯涂膜具有一定的疏水性,在可见光区范围内,涂膜光透过率大于98%,并具有良好的耐化学品性及常规物理性能。

Conventional ultrasonic techniques,such as pulse-echo,has been limited to testing relatively simple geometries or interrogating the region in the immediate vicinity of the transducer.A novel,efficiency methodology uses ultrasonic waveguides to examine structural *** advantages of this technique include:its ability to detect the entire structure in a single measurement through long distance with little attenuation;and its capacity to test inaccessible regions of complex ***,in practical work,this technique exists dispersion and mode conversion phenomena which makes poor signal to noise ratio,thereby,influences the actual application of this *** order to solve this problem,simulation with experiments can not only verifies the feasibility of this technique,but also has guiding significant for actual *** paper reports on a novel approach in the simplification of the simulation of Ultrasonic Waveguides *** first step is the selection of the frequency of signal which has the fastest group velocity and relatively small *** second step is the decision ofΔand *** the numerical analysis characteristics of general-purpose software ANSYS,two key parameters:time stepΔt and mesh element size l need to be carefully *** report finds the balance point between the accuracy of results and calculation time to determine two key parameters which significantly influence the result of the simulation ***,this report show the experiment results on two-dimensional flat panel structure and three-dimensional triangle-iron structure *** the result shown,the error between the simulation and actual value is less than 0.4%,perfectly prove the feasibility of this approach.
