A circuit model of the Amperometric immunosensor for use in the biosensor system-on-chip simulation is proposed in this *** model parameters are extracted with several methods and verified by MATLAB and SPICE simulation.A CMOS potentiostat circuit required for conditioning the Amperometric immunosensor is also included in the circuit *** mean square error norm of the simulated curve against the measured one is 8.65×10-17The whole circuit has been fabricated in a 0.3.μm CMOS process.

A new empirical topographic correction method is proposed in this paper. The main idea of the new method is smoothing the slope angle of terrain in the first place and then performing the cosine correction based on the smoothed terrain. A comparison is conducted among the new method and several other common methods using Landsat-7 ETM+ data. Visual analysis and statistical analysis are adopted to assess the performance of these methods from two aspects: overcorrection, homogeneity within a land cover class. Comparison results indicate that the new method is superior to the cosine correction, Gamma correction, Sun-Canopy-Sensor correction, and Minnaert correction. Compared with common methods, the proposed one can eliminate overcorrection better and is an effective topographic correction method.

Based on the actual vane-loaded tape helix slow wave structure, a new theoretical analytic model for calculating coupling impedance is proposed by Chen Qingyou, et al.(1999)with calculated values of dispersion in good agreement with measured ones. In this paper, it is continued to use this model to calculate the coupling impedance of such a structure, and analyze the effects of the propagation power within vane gaps and the helix gap on the coupling *** a result, the theoretical values are found to be in good agreement with the measured ones,with the maximum difference less than ±18%.

In MIMO (multiple-input, multiple-output) systems, signals from differenttransmitting antennas interfere at each receiving antenna and multiuser detection (MUD)algorithms may be adopted to improve the system performance. This paper proposes anovel multiuser detection algorithm in MIMO systems based on the idea of 'beliefpropagation' which has achieved great accomplishment in decoding of low-densityparity-check codes. The proposed algorithm has a low computation complexityproportional to the square of transmitting/receiving antenna number. Simulation resultsshow that under low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) circumstances, the proposed algorithmoutperforms the traditional linear minimum mean square error (MMSE) detector while itencounters a 'floor' of bit error rate under high SNR circumstances. So the proposedalgorithm is applicable to MIMO systems with channel coding and decoding. Although inthis paper the proposed algorithm is derived in MIMO systems, obviously it can be appliedto ordinary code-division multiple access (CDMA) systems.

Range-Doppler (RD) method and Reverse-Range-Doppler (RRD) method are combined together to achieve automatic geocoding of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) image quickly and accurately in the paper. The RD method is firstly used to locate the four corners of the image, then the other pixels of the image can be located by Reverse-Range-Doppler (RRD) method. Resampling is performed at last. The approach has an advantage over previous techniques in that it does not require ground control points and is independent of spacecraft attitude knowledge or control. It can compensate the shift due to the assumed Doppler frequency in SAR image preprocessing. RRD simplifies the process of RD, therefore speeds up the computation. The experimental results show that a SAR image can be automated geocoded in 3. s using the single CPU (3.GHz) with 1 G memory and an accuracy of 10 m is attainable with this method.

Type Ⅱ superlattices(SLs) short period InAs(4ML)/GaSb(8ML) were grown by molecular-beam epitaxy on lattice-mismatched GaAs substrates and on GaSb substrates.A smooth GaSb epilayer was formed on GaAs substrates by inserting mulit-buffer layers including an interfacial misfit mode AlSb quantum dot layer and AlSb/GaSb superlattices smooth *** grown on GaAs substrates(GaAs-based SLs) showed well-resolved satellite peaks in ***-based SLs with better structural quality and smoother surface showed strong photoluminescence at 2.55μm with a full width at half maximum(FWHM) of 20 meV,narrower than 3. meV of GaAs-based *** optical absorption of GaAs-based SL was observed in the range of 2-3.m. Photoresponse of GaSb-based SLs showed the cut-off wavelength at 2.6μm.

The complex-valued modulating vectors for the subcarriers consist of two kinds of components: One is the information-bearing components superposed with pseudo-randomized phases and the other is the suppression components with specified scrambling phases. The pseudo randomized phases are generated according to the predefined polynomial and mapping function whereas the scrambling phases are from a gradient algorithm. The simulation results verify the rationality and validity of the phase scrambling.
