The yeast HAL1 gene was introduced into Arabidopsis thaliana by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation with vacuum infiltration under the control of CaMV 3.S promoter. Thirty-three individual kanamycin resistant plants were obtained from 75,000 seeds. Southern blotting analysis indicated that HAL1 gene had been integrated into all of the transgenic plants’ genomes. The copy number of HAL1 gene in transgenic plants was mostly 1 to 3.by Southern analysis. Phenotypes of transgenic plants have no differences with wild type plants. several samples of transformants were self-pollinated, and progenies from transformed and non-transformed plants (controls) were evaluated for {2. tolerance and gene expression. Measurement of concentrations of intracellular K+ and Na+ showed that transgenic lines were able to retain less Na+ than that of the control under {2. stress. Results from different tests indicated the expression of HAL1 gene promotes a higher level of {2. tolerance in vivo in the transgenic Arabidopsis plants.

The aging behavior of polyurethane adhesive in medium was investigated and compared by means of scanning electronic microscopy（SEM）, infrared spectroscopy（IR）, interface analysis and shearing strength test. The experimental results show that the shear strength of polyurethane adhesive in salt water is decreased more quickly than that in water. Na^＋ and Cl^- ions could make the polyurethane adhesive age faster and the interface metal corrosion. The high temperature accelerates the diffusion of water molecule, Na^＋ and Cl^- ions and the degradation of the giant molecule.

A no pollution organic acid based conversion coating solution MIS. No.1 has been examined as to its suitability as possible replacement for chromate containing formulations on magnesium alloys. Investigations have concentrated on the formation of passive film from simple MIS. No.1 solution using immersion. The morphology of passivated surfaces was examined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The corrosion resistance of the passivated surfaces and the painted surface was assessed using electrochemical techniques as well as humidity and salt fog tests. It was concluded that the surface treatment magnesium alloy by ***.1 solution is more effective than that by chromate coating treatment, and the ***.1 coating is also suitable for painting's pretreatment.

The Neogene deformation of the Kuqa-Tianshan Basin-range System is character-ized by discrepancy in paleostress patterns on the basin-range boundary and in the basin interior, and by discrepancy in deformation styles of the basement and the cover. Measurement and paleostress reconstruction of the brittle faults display a stress pattern with NW-SE and/or NNW-SSE extension on the basin margin and NW-SE compression in the basin interior. The basement was cut into blocks separated by boundary faults and upthrusts that were recognized in the seismic reflection profile. The block-faulting could have caused vertical uplift of the basement and gravitational sliding in the overlying sedimentary cover. Theoretical calculation indicates two generations of potential decollement folds within the basin, with one being mudstone in the Triassic Huangshanjie formation and the other the Cenozoic salt-gypsum layers.

Microcapsules containing oil drag-reducing polymer particles were prepared by melting-scattering and condensing of polyethylene wax,in-situ polymerization of urea and formaldehyde,and interfacial polymerization of styrene *** related processes were studied by a molecular dynamics simulation method,and molecular design of microcapsule isolation agent was carried out on the basis of the *** technologies for preparing microencapsulated oil drag-reducing polymer particles were compared and the circulation drag reducing efficiency of the microencapsulated polymer particles was evaluated based on the characterization results and their dissolution *** design of a microcapsule isolation agent suggests that a-olefin polymer particles can be stably dispersed in water by using long-chain alkyl sodium salt surfactant which can prevent the agglomeration ofα-olefin polymer *** results of simulation of the adsorption process shows that the amount of alkyl sodium salt surfactant can directly affect the stability of microencapsulatedα-olefin polymer particles, and there must be a minimum critical amount of *** characterization of the morphology by Scanning Electron Microscopy（SEM） and comparison of the static pressure stability,especially the conditions of reaction and technological control of microcapsules with different shell materials,microencapsulation of a-olefin polymer particles with poly-（urea-formaldehyde） as shell material was selected as the optimum scheme,because it can react under mild conditions and its technological process can be controlled in a large *** relationship of drag reducing rate and dissolving time of microcapsules showed that the formation of microcapsules did not affect the maximum drag reducing rate,and the drag reducing rate of each sample can reach about {2.%along with the dissolving time,*** did not affect the drag reducing property ofα-olefin polymer.

＜正＞In order to economically exploit seawater chemical resources,it is essential to adequately adopt the local natural resources such as the energy of the wind and sun,i.e.,solar pond *** simulating isothermal evaporation experiment as similar as the climate conditions in the Gulf of Thailand was designed to demonstrate the enrichment behaviours of sodium,potassium, magnesium,calcium and the rare elements including lithium,bromine,rubidium,and caesium in seawater in the Gulf of Thailand. Through this experimental study,a series of liquid- and solid phase samples through evaporating after filtrating were obtained and analyzed to reveal the enriched behaviours of sodium,potassium, magnesium,*** experiment results showed that potassium ion was gradually enriched in the liquid phase in the first stage,and then it was crystallized out in the forms of carnallite and only a few of potassium chloride formed at the late evaporating stage. Meanwhile,the concentrations of lithium ion and bromine ion are measured corresponding to flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer and spectrophotometer to reveal the enrichment behaviors of lithium and bromine in brine during isothermal evaporating *** results of experiment showed that lithium was enriched constantly at the first stage of evaporating,and then significantly up to 18.85 mg/L of lithium in solution;bromine in the liquid phase was enriched as similar as lithium with the highest concentration up to 6.0g/L in the mother *** thesis provides an important reference for the development process of bromine and lithium extraction from the seawater in the Gulf of Thailand. Those results provided a valuable reference for the comprehensive utilization of seawater in the Gulf of Thailand.
