A three-dimensional representation of vasculature can be extremely important in image-guided neurosurgery, pre-surgical planning. In this paper, a spatial continuity incorporated multi-attribute fuzzy clustering algorithm (MAFCM S) is proposed to segment entire blood vessels from TOF MRA images. This clustering method takes both the intensity information and the geometrical information into account, while most of the cur- rent clustering methods only deal with the former. In this method, a new dissimilarity measure, which integrates the intensity and the geometry shape dissimilarity, is introduced. Because of the presence of the geometrical information, the new measure is able to differentiate the pixels with similar intensity values within different geometrical shape structures. Experimental results show that the new algorithm can get better segmentation.

An admissible manifold wavelet kernel is proposed to construct manifold wavelet support vector machine(MWSVM) for stock returns *** manifold wavelet kernel is obtained by incorporating manifold theory into wavelet technique in support vector machine(SVM).Since manifold wavelet function can yield features that describe of the stock time series both at various locations and at varying time granularities,the MWSVM can approximate arbitrary nonlinear functions and forecast stock returns *** applicability and validity of MWSVM for stock returns forecasting is confirmed through experiments on real-world stock data.

the aim of paper is to use Genetic algorithm and Monte Carlo to price convertible bond with finite maturity. As we known, Monte Carlo is hardly applied to price the derivatives with optimal items. Combined with Genetic algorithm and Cubic sample function, Monte Carlo not only solves the convertible bond with optimal conversion items, but also prices that with long-range dependence property. By evaluating the controlling points of cubic sample function, the optimal convertible boundary is showed. Furthermore, the proposed method can be applied to price derivatives with optimal items, such as American option and optimal investment with muti-risky assets.

This paper addresses the performance of fixed wavelength converters （FWCs） in resolving optical packet contentions. In order to realize an acceptable packet loss performance, a structure called AFWC （Array of Fixed Wavelength Converters） is proposed. The function of an AFWC is similar to that of a group of tunable wavelength converters, however, it can be shared among all input wavelength channels. The performances of an optical packet switch with AFWCs are evaluated by simulation experiments.

＜正＞Following the development of the artificial intelligence,the research of reinforcement learning of multi agent and the neural network become more and more *** Q learning algorithm,as a kind of reinforcement learning,is a kind of online learning *** increasing of the scale of the problem,the exploration space becomes too enormous to deal with by the traditional Q learning *** neural network,as a kind of self-organization, self-adaptive and supervised method on learning,can hide the inner continuous connection between the input and the output of *** combination of the neural network with Q learning algorithm,which called back-propagation neural network based Q learning algorithm（BPNNQ）,can reduces the exploration space remarkably,by take advantage of the neural network and the Q learning reinforcement learning *** to avoid falling into local optimal solution is another difficult problem in machine learning. Through the using of the Boltzmann distribution strategy in the BPNNQ algorithm,the locale optimal solution is solved to a certain extent.
