The problems of relaxed stability conditions and state feedback Hcontroller designs are studied for continuous-time T-S fuzzy systems using fuzzy Lyapunov functions approach.A new stability conditions are obtained by relaxing the stability conditions derived in previous papers,and a sufficient LMI conditions which guarantee the existence of the state feedback Hcontroller for T-S fuzzy systems is *** the solving approach for BLMI is studied based on convex optimization *** the effectiveness of the proposed approach is shown through two numerical examples.

The Asian interior has the largest mid-latitude arid zone in the Northern Hemisphere,and so has become increasingly attractive for studying the initiation and the past extent of aridiflcation in this *** the enormousness of the Asian interior,it remains unclear how old and extensive the eolian deposits might have been,and what wind regimes have been responsible for the formation of the mid-latitude arid *** we report new eolian records of widespread Tertiary eolian deposits in a region far from the chinese Loess Plateau,the giant Junggar inland basin of northwestern *** results demonstrate that the earliest eolian deposition initiated ca.24 *** interpret that the Tertiary eolian dust in the Junggar Basin was transported by westerly winds,possibly from areas in Kazakhstan;the dust differs from the airborne dust transported by winter monsoon winds from the deserts of Mongolia and northern china that accumulated on the Loess *** results further reveal that the climate pattern,similar to that of the present,has prevailed at least since the latest Oligocene in Central Asia.

＜正＞Transcriptional regulation is a crucial step in plant response to different stresses and developmental progress. Ethylene responsive factor （ERF） proteins are a subfamily of the APETA2（AP2）/EREBP transcription factor family and play important roles in regulating plant stress responses. JERF1, encoding a novel member of ERF protein, was isolated from tomato with yeast one hybrid system using GCC box as bait. In this study, we further investigated the function of JERF1 in response to abiotic stresses. Our experiments illustrated that JERF1 might link multiple signaling pathways through interacting with different cis-acting elements, such as GCC-box, DRE, CE1, which are related to the expression of pathogen-, dehydration- and low-temperature-responsive genes. Next we confirmed the regulation of JERF1 in seed germination and seedling development under osmotic stress. Our results indicated that JERF1 in transgenic tobacco enhances tolerance to high salinity, mannitol and low temperature. More interestingly, JERF1 in transgenic tobacco plants also elevates endogenous ABA production, but decreased ABA sensitivity during root elongation. In addition, expression of JERF1 in tobacco increases MeJA sensitivity during seedling development. These results revealed that JERF1 might also participate in the regulation of plant development through ABA-, MeJA-dependent signaling pathways. Altogether, our studies evidence that JERF1 might be involved in multiple signal pathways, and lead to enhance tolerance to abiotic stresses and affect development dynamics in transgenic tobacco.

Influenza is a serious public health problem that endangers the health of the global human *** chinese medicine(TCM)is rich in theory and practical experience regarding the treatment of influenza,and TCM treatments have shown good curative effects,but there is a dearth of standardized clinical *** is necessary to formulate a clinical practice guide based on evidence-based *** this end,the Specialty Committee of Emergency,china Association of chinese Medicine({3.,china)organized a team of clinical experts,methodological experts,and other multidisciplinary experts to develop a guideline with integrated research methods in the first place of *** guide includes 23.*** prescription section contains 16 recommendations,including 5 recommendations for mild cases,5 recommendations for severe cases,3.recommendations for critical cases,and 4 recommendations for the recovery period;the portion covering proprietary chinese medicines forms a total of 7 *** guide aims to provide the best evidence for clinicians and related practitioners to make decisions about influenza diagnosis and treatment in chinese medicine.

The liquid metal and solid ceramic pebble breeder blankets have become the most promising blankets for ITER-TBMs or DEMO reactors in china and the world due to their potential advantages. In recent years the corresponding research work on fusion reactor materials are mainly focus on structural materials,plasma facing materials and the functional materials for the blanket such as breeder, coating and flow channel insert *** push work on fusion materials and then for the successful application of fusion *** R&D on those materials in the two kinds of blankets is being carried out widely in china,including fabrication and manufacturing techniques,physical/mechanical properties assessment before and after irradiation,joining techniques for structural materials, compatibility evaluation,and the development and verification of the criteria for fusion material *** progress on main R&D activities of fusion reactor materials in china is introduced and prospected in the paper.

The Xiangtan manganese deposit (XTM) used to be considered a supergene oxide manganese ore in South china. We reported a new identification of the naturally outcropping cryptomelane by examining the physical, chemical and structural features of the XTM supergene oxide manganese ore. The MnO2 content was over 90%, K2O more than 3., and water from 2.2%-3.1% which is similar to one in zeolite. The cell parameters of the cryptomelane were given as a0 = 0.9974 nm, b0 = 0.2863.nm, c0 = 0.9693.nm and β91.47(. There was a larger pseduotetragonal tunnel in the natural cryptomelane that was formed by [MnO6] octahedral double chains with aperture of 0.462×0.466 nm2, filled with K cations resulting in some Mn3. substituting for Mn4+ to balance the negative charges of structure. The finding is important not only for prospecting manganese resources in South china, but also in application of octahedral molecular sieve of natural cryptomelane as that developed in the tetragonal molecular sieve of natural zeolite over the past century. The XTM cryptomelane (OMS-2) may be the real mineral of the active octahedral molecular sieve in nature.

In this paper the effective shearing strength parameters of undisturbed completely decomposed granite(CDG) drawn from two slopes of Hong Kong and respectively obtained from the triaxial test,direct shearing test are compared and *** the effective and total shearing strength parameters of CDG in triaxial test is also *** a result,it is found:1) the shearing strength parameter values from triaxial test is generally larger than that from direct shearing *** difference of c’ value is in a range of 4-287kPa,while the difference ofφ’ value is in a range of 0.6～20°;2) the pore pressure makes the total and effective shearing strength parameter values *** c value is -200～46kPa larger than the c’ value,and theφ’ value is 2.4～43.8 larger than theφvalue;3. the shearing strength is affected by the microstructures,*** KT samples with mid-fine size particles and small values of porosity behave larger shearing strength than the SKM samples with mid-coarse particles and large values of porosity behave;4) relic joints cause the relatively harder KT samples with scattered shearing strength parameters.
