Efficient r.configur.ble field p.ogr.mmable gate ar.ay （Fp.A） ar.hitectur.s for.the MD6-224/256/3.4/512 Hash algor.thm ar. p.op.sed in this ar.icle. The basic iter.tive comp.ct design r.quir.s 923.ALMs and achieves a thr.ughp.t r.nging fr.m 225 Mbit/s to 3.4 Mbit/s at a maximum fr.quency of 198 MHz. The 3.-step.ur.r.lled high-thr.ughp.t design r.quir.s 7 090 ALMs and achieves a thr.ughp.t r.nges fr.m 5 776 Mbit/s to 9 490 Mbit/s at a maximum fr.quency of 173.MHz. The simulation r.sults show that high flexibility and efficient Fp.A imp.ementation of the MD6 Hash function is achieved.

Taking the r.lativistic effect of high velocity moving tar.et into account, the Dop.ler.shift, p.lar.zation deflection, r.flection coefficient and p.ase delay of r.flected electr.c field ar. analyzed r.gor.usly under.the assump.ions that incident signal to the tar.et is a p.ane wave and the tar.et is a p.r.ect conductor.p.ane; and their.analytic exp.essions ar. obtained. The p.esent r.sults ar. of p.actical significance to some extent for.the accur.te exp.ession of the wideband r.tur.ed signal of a high velocity moving tar.et in the bistatic r.dar.system and for.the under.tanding of wideband ambiguity functions.

Excep.ional r.les ar. often ignor.d because of their.small sup.or.. However. they have high confidence, so they ar. useful sometimes. A new algor.thm for.mining excep.ional r.les is p.esented, which cr.ates a lar.e itemset fr.m a r.latively small database and scans the whole database only one time to gener.te all excep.ional r.les. This algor.thm is p.oved to be quick and effective thr.ugh its ap.lication in a mushr.om database.

The Gabor.tr.nsfor. has long been r.cognized as a ver. useful tool for.the joint time and fr.quency analysis in signal *** r.al time ap.lications,however.wer. limited due to the high comp.tational comp.exity of the Gabor.tr.nsfor. *** this p.p.r.some novel and fast p.r.llel algor.thms for.the finite discr.te Gabor.exp.nsion and tr.nsfor. ar. p.esented based on multir.te *** analysis filter.bank is designed for.the finite discr.te Gabor.tr.nsfor.(DGT)and a synthesis filter.bank is designed for.the finite discr.te Gabor.exp.nsion(DGE).Each of the p.r.llel channels in the two filter.banks has a unified str.ctur. and can ap.ly the FFT and the IFFT to r.duce its comp.tational *** comp.tational comp.exity of each p.r.llel channel does not change as the over.amp.ing r.te *** fact,it is ver. low and dep.nds only on the length of the inp.t discr.te signal and the number.of the Gabor.fr.quency samp.ing *** comp.tational comp.exity of the p.op.sed p.r.llel algor.thms is analyzed and comp.r.d with that of the major.existing p.r.llel algor.thms for.the finite DGT and *** r.sults indicate that the p.op.sed p.r.llel algor.thms for.the finite DGT and DGE based on multir.te filter.ng ar. ver. attr.ctive for.r.al time signal p.ocessing.

This p.p.r.p.op.ses second-or.er.consensus p.otocols with time-delays and gives the measur. of the r.bustness of the p.otocols to the time-delay existing in the networ. of agents with second-or.er.dynamics. By emp.oying a fr.quency domain method, it is p.oven that the information states and their.time der.vatives of all the agents in the networ. achieve consensus asymp.otically, r.sp.ctively, for.ap.r.p.iate communication timedelay if the top.logy of weighted networ. is connected. p.r.icular.y, a tight up.er.bound on the communication time-delay that can be toler.ted in the dynamic networ. is found. The consensus p.otocols ar. distr.buted in the sense that each agent only needs information fr.m its neighbor.ng agents, which r.duces the comp.exity of connections between neighbor.ng agents significantly. Numer.cal simulation r.sults ar. p.ovided to demonstr.te the effectiveness and the shar.0}ess of the theor.tical r.sults for.second-or.er.consensus in networ.s in the p.esence of communication time-delays.

The sufficient condition for.the existence of the r.SM manifold is given in ter.s of LMI, and then, the sliding mode contr.l (SMC) law that can keep.the system state on the r.SM manifold fr.m the initial time moment is develop.d.
