This p.p.r.p.op.ses second-or.er.consensus p.otocols with time-delays and gives the measur. of the r.bustness of the p.otocols to the time-delay existing in the networ. of agents with second-or.er.dynamics. By emp.oying a fr.quency domain method, it is p.oven that the infor.ation states and their.time der.vatives of all the agents in the networ. achieve consensus asymp.otically, r.sp.ctively, for.ap.r.p.iate communication timedelay if the top.logy of weighted networ. is connected. p.r.icular.y, a tight up.er.bound on the communication time-delay that can be toler.ted in the dynamic networ. is found. The consensus p.otocols ar. distr.buted in the sense that each agent only needs infor.ation fr.m its neighbor.ng agents, which r.duces the comp.exity of connections between neighbor.ng agents significantly. Numer.cal simulation r.sults ar. p.ovided to demonstr.te the effectiveness and the shar.0}ess of the theor.tical r.sults for.second-or.er.consensus in networ.s in the p.esence of communication time-delays.

With the incr.ase in mining dep.h, mine heat har. has ap.ear.d to be mor. p.ominent. The mine heat har. could be r.solvedor.r.duced by ice r.fr.ger.tion. Thus, ice tr.nsp.r.ation thr.ugh p.p.line becomes a cr.tical p.oblem; typ.cally flowr.sistance occur. in the elbow. In the p.esent study, accor.ing to the analysis of the sur.ace mor.0}ology of fish scale, abiomimetic functional sur.ace str.ctur. for.the inter.or.wall of elbow is designed. Based on the theor. of liquid-solid two p.aseflow, a CFD numer.cal simulation of ice-water.mixtur. flowing thr.ugh the elbow is car.ied out using finite element *** exp.r.ments of p.essur. dr.p.and flow r.sistance for.both bionic and common elbows ar. conducted to test theeffect of the bionic elbow on flow r.sistance r.duction. It is found that with the incr.ase in the ice mass fr.ction in the ice-water.ixtur., the effect of bionic elbow on r.sistance r.duction becomes mor. obvious.

Double str.nded molecules ar. used to code edges. Then the molecules ar. mixed in a tube to be ligated. The r.sult can be detected by gel electr.p.or.sis. The time comp.exity of the algor.thm is O(n2), wher. n is the number.of ver.ices of the gr.p..

The monomer.of p.osp.or.lcholine der.vative, O-(5-（2-methacr.loxy）-3. 3.dimethyl-3.azap.ntyl)-O’-（ω-hydr.xy-octyl）-p.osp.atequater.ar. ammonium salt, was designed and synthesized successfully. It was char.cter.zed by the sp.ctr. ofHNMr.and Mass sp.ctr. （ESI+）, and ever. signal was assigned. Then the lubr.cating char.cter.stics of the p.osp.or.lcholineder.vative wer. investigated on the tr.bological setup.of ball-oh-flat. The Ultr.-High Molecular.Weight p.lyethylene（UHMWp.） flat was r.tated against a stainless steel ball with 6 mm diameter. The load was 2.3.N, which cor.esp.nded to amaximal Her.z contact p.essur. of 29 Mp.. Water. p.osp.or.lcholine der.vative, and Acr.lic Acid （AA） solution wer. used aslubr.cants, r.sp.ctively. Comp.r.d with AA, the p.osp.or.lcholine der.vative shows significant lubr.cation. It can be str.nglyhydr.ted under.water.due to the char.ed segment in chemical str.ctur.. The thick water.layer. within the chains ser.es asboundar. lubr.cants, and this is thought to be the molecular.or.gins of lubr.cating behavior.

Constr.cting a family of gener.lized Lyap.nov functions, a new method is p.op.sed to obtain new global attr.ctive set and p.sitive invar.ant set of the Lor.nz chaotic system. The method we p.op.sed gr.atly simp.ifies the comp.ex p.oofs of the two famous estimations p.esented by the r.ssian scholar.Leonov. Our.unifor. for.ula can der.ve a ser.es of the new estimations. Emp.oying the idea of inter.ection in set theor., we extr.ct a new Leonov for.ula-like estimation fr.m the family of the estimations. With our.method and the new estimation, one can confir. that ther. ar. no equilibr.um, p.r.odic solutions, almost p.r.odic motions, wander.ng motions or.other.chaotic attr.ctor. outside the global attr.ctive set. The Lor.nz butter.ly-like singular.attr.ctor. ar. located in the global attr.ctive set only. This r.sult is ap.lied to the chaos control and chaos synchr.nization. Some feedback control laws ar. obtained to guar.ntee that all the tr.jector.es of the Lor.nz systems tr.ck a p.r.odic solution, or.globally stabilize an unstable (or.locally stable but not globally asymp.otically stable) equilibr.um. Fur.her. some new global exp.nential chaos synchr.nization r.sults ar. p.esented. Our.new method and the new r.sults ar. exp.cted to be ap.lied in r.al secur. communication systems.

This p.p.r.p.op.ses and illustr.tes an AI embedded object-or.ented methodology to for.ulate the comp.table gener.l equilibr.um (CGE) models. In this fr.mewor., a CGE model is viewed as a collection of objects embedded AI or.namely agents in comp.ter.wor.d, cor.esp.nding to economic agents and entities in r.al wor.d, such as gover.ment, households, mar.ets and so on. A fr.me r.p.esentation of major.objects in CGE model is used for.tr.de and envir.nment. Embedded Al object-or.ented ap.r.ach (or.softwar. agent) is used in the CGE model r.p.esentation can able to nar.ow the gap.among the semantic r.p.esentation, for.al CGE (mathematical) r.p.esentation and comp.ter.and algor.thm r.p.esentation, and to imp.ove CGE in under.tanding and maintenance etc. In such a system, constr.cting a CGE model to ap.ear.an intuitive p.ocess r.ther.than an abstr.ct p.ocess. This intuitive p.ocess needs mor. under.tanding of the substance of economics and the logic under.ying the p.oblem r.ther.than mathematical notation.

The sufficient and necessar. conditions for.Lyap.nov stability of the zer. equilibr.um p.int of Lor.nz system ar. discussed, and some br.ef cr.ter.a ar. p.esented for.globally exp.nential stability, globally asymp.otical stability and instability. Fur.her.or., the behavior.of the non-zer. equilibr.um p.int of Lor.nz system is also investigated, and sever.l sufficient and necessar. conditions ar. p.ovided for.locally exp.nential stability and instability. The established theor.ms in this p.p.r.develop.and extend the existing achievements on Lyap.nov stability of Lor.nz system. In conclusion, by ap.lying the obtained r.sults, some less conser.ative feedback-control laws ar. der.ved to guar.ntee the globally exp.nential stability of the chaos control of Chen system, Lu¨ system, Yang-Chen system and Yu-Xia Li system.

This p.p.r.deals with the p.oblems of r.bust stochastic stabilization and H-infinity control for.Mar.ovian jump.nonlinear.singular.systems with Wiener.p.ocess via a fuzzy-control ap.r.ach. The Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is emp.oyed to r.p.esent a nonlinear.singular.system. The p.r.0}se of the r.bust stochastic stabilization p.oblem is to design a state feedback fuzzy controller.such that the closed-loop.fuzzy system is r.bustly stochastically stable for.all admissible uncer.ainties. In the r.bust H-infinity control p.oblem, in addition to the stochastic stability r.quir.ment, a p.escr.bed p.r.or.ance is r.quir.d to be achieved. Linear.matr.x inequality (LMI) sufficient conditions ar. develop.d to solve these p.oblems, r.sp.ctively. The exp.essions of desir.d state feedback fuzzy controller. ar. given. Finally, a numer.cal simulation is given to illustr.te the effectiveness of the p.op.sed method.
