A three-dimensional representation of vasculature can be extremely important in image-guided neurosurgery, pre-surgical planning. In this paper, a spatial continuity incorporated multi-attribute fuzzy clustering algorithm (MAFCM S) is proposed to segment entire blood vessels from TOF MRA images. This clustering method takes both the intensity information and the geometrical information into account, while most of the cur- rent clustering methods only deal with the former. In this method, a new dissimilarity measure, which integrates the intensity and the geometry shape dissimilarity, is introduced. Because of the presence of the geometrical information, the new measure is able to differentiate the pixels with similar intensity values within different geometrical shape structures. Experimental results show that the new algorithm can get better segmentation.

An admissible manifold wavelet kernel is proposed to construct manifold wavelet support vector machine(MWSVM) for stock returns *** manifold wavelet kernel is obtained by incorporating manifold theory into wavelet technique in support vector machine(SVM).Since manifold wavelet function can yield features that describe of the stock time series both at various locations and at varying time granularities,the MWSVM can approximate arbitrary nonlinear functions and forecast stock returns *** applicability and validity of MWSVM for stock returns forecasting is confirmed through experiments on real-world stock data.

＜正＞With development of e-government systems,there are many big changes in Chinese government’s ***,the SARS revealed low efficiency is still *** the analysis of the factors affected on the efficiency,we find that traditional DSS is hard to support decision maker and that online support systems may improve the officials’ work effectiveness ***, little attention has been given to the *** this paper,we will discuss the cultural characteristics of Chinese *** then, based on the theory of Time-based Competition in governmental workflow,we summarize the four characteristics of online support systems. Furthermore,we propose the design framework for online support systems（OSS） in context of e-government in China,which consists of three major parts:the single OSS,the collaborative OSS and the mobile *** the detailed function and procedure of the three parts are *** shows that the OSS contributes to developing efficiency in the official decision making.

the aim of paper is to use Genetic algorithm and Monte Carlo to price convertible bond with finite maturity. As we known, Monte Carlo is hardly applied to price the derivatives with optimal items. Combined with Genetic algorithm and Cubic sample function, Monte Carlo not only solves the convertible bond with optimal conversion items, but also prices that with long-range dependence property. By evaluating the controlling points of cubic sample function, the optimal convertible boundary is showed. Furthermore, the proposed method can be applied to price derivatives with optimal items, such as American option and optimal investment with muti-risky assets.

This paper addresses the performance of fixed wavelength converters （FWCs） in resolving optical packet contentions. In order to realize an acceptable packet loss performance, a structure called AFWC （Array of Fixed Wavelength Converters） is proposed. The function of an AFWC is similar to that of a group of tunable wavelength converters, however, it can be shared among all input wavelength channels. The performances of an optical packet switch with AFWCs are evaluated by simulation experiments.
