三峡水库干流回水对支流水环境的影响研究对水库支流富营养化防治及保障水库水质安全具有重要意义.通过201.年8月7～1.日三峡水库低水位运行时对库区长江干流和主要支流进行采样和室内分析,初步揭示了三峡库区低水位运行时水库水体的水化学特征和研究了干流回水对主要支流水化学特征的影响.结果表明,对于EC值变化范围,干流为291.3.6μS·cm^(-1.,支流不受干流回水影响水体为1.3. 7～51.μS·cm^(-1.,受干流回水影响水体为267～3.0μS·cm^(-1.,接近干流.对于氢氧同位素特征δD值和δ^(1.)O值分布范围,干流为-81. 60‰～-75. 1.‰和-1.. 57‰～-1.. 26‰,支流不受干流回水影响水体为-59. 94‰～-43. 67‰和-9. 00‰～-6. 04‰,受干流回水影响水体为-77. 85‰～-50. 75‰和-1.. 06‰～-7. 3.‰,接近干流,与EC值和主要阴阳离子质量浓度值表现规律一致,表明干流通过回水影响支流水体组成进而影响支流的水化学特征,且支流受干流回水影响程度与支流河口距三峡大坝距离和支流自身流量大小呈负相关.支流不受干流回水影响的水体水化学特征与支流流域属性有关,人口密度大、耕地比例高的支流流域其水质较差.干流回水对水质较优的支流起污染作用,对水质较差的支流起稀释优化作用.

Quality semen production remains the main focus and objective of semen processing laboratories throughout the world. Bacterial and other microbial contaminants affect the semen quality and hence the fertility, and also lead to reproductive disorders as well as lower conception rates and increased embryonic mortality, abortion and other complications in females. Microbial contamination affects the semen adversely, by exerting direct spermicidal effect, formation of reactive oxygen species, toxin production, adherence with spermatozoa, deriving nutrients and oxygen from the medium and thus competing with spermatozoa for the factors of growth and normal functioning. Despite hygienic measures, several ubiquitous and opportunistic microbes find their ways into semen during collection, processing, and storage of semen, and survive even during freezing. Stringent sanitary precautions are therefore required at every step of collecting semen and its processing. Preputial cavity is considered as main source of semen contaminating microorganisms. Flushing the preputial cavity with normal saline or any suitable liquid combination with antimicrobial activity, prior to semen collection reduces the microbial load and thereby improves the semen quality.

Rhizosphere bacteria that colonize plant roots and confer beneficial effects are referred as plant growth promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR).Among all PGPR,some rhizobacteria have an ability to produce ACC deaminase *** enzyme catalyzes stress ACC into a-ketobutyrate and ammonia instead of letting it to be converted to *** level rises in plants under stress conditions i.e.,drought,salinity,poor soil fertility *** poor soil fertility is a big hurdle to achieve the optimum yield of crops,inoculation of ACC deaminase PGPR can overcome this problem to some *** aim of the current study was to examine the influence of multi-strain and single-strain inoculation of different ACC deaminase producing PGPR on wheat growth and *** were three PGPR strains,Enterobacter cloacae,Serratia ficaria and Burkholderia phytofirmans which were used as consortia and single-strain *** results showed that inoculation of ***+***+*** significantly increased plant height(63.),spike length(61.),number of spikelets spike-1.61.),number of grains spike-1.1.0}%),1.00 grains weight(3.%),grains yield(71.),straw yield(71.)and biological yield(68%)of wheat as compared to control.A significant improvement in N(3. and 200%),P(46 and 1.6%)and K(3. and 61.)of seeds and shoot respectively,validated the efficacious and more effective role of multi-strain(***+***+***)inoculation over *** is obviously concluded that multi-strain ACC deaminase producing PGPR inoculation is a better approach as compared to single-strain inoculation for the improvement in growth and yield of wheat.

Selenium profile in blood plasma of grazing sheep: A case study in specific ranch in Punjab, Pakistan

A survey was conducted in Southwestern, Punjab, Pakistan during two different seasons to assess the status of selenium of three different classes of grazing sheep. Blood plasma from lactating, non-lactating and male sheep were collected four times monthly in winter and summer seasons and analyzed for selenium concentration. Seasonal variations were found for plasma selenium concentration. Selenium concentration of plasma was higher in male sheep than those lactating and non lactating ewes during both the seasons as well as it were higher compared to the established critical value for blood plasma selenium for these ruminants. High incidence of deficiencies was found particularly for lactating ewes. These deficiencies in plasma selenium based on critical level were 3.% to 1. % for lactating, 28% to 1.% for non lactating ewes and 1.% to 5% for male animals during winter and summer seasons, respectively. Although some differences among the three classes of sheep were found for selenium concentrations of blood plasma, but dramatic class differences could not be concluded based on this study. It was suggested based on the results obtained, pellets, glass bolus or mixture that contain selenium, should be used for supplementation for grazing sheep in the study area to maintain the plasma Se at optimum required level for the prevention of complication in livestock caused due to deficiency of this element.

In this paper we investigate the performance of Multitask learning（MTL） for the combined model of Convolutional,Long Short-Term Memory and Deep neural Networks（CLDNN） for low resource speech recognition *** trained the multilingual CNN model followed by the MTL using the DNN *** the MTL framework the grapheme models are used along with the phone models in the shared hidden layers of deep neural network in order to calculate the state *** experimented with universal phone set（UPS） and universal grapheme set（UGS） in the DNN framework and a combination of both UPS and UGS for further accuracy of the overall *** combined model is implemented on Prediction and Correction（PAC） model making it a multilingual PAC-MTL-CLDNN *** evaluated the improvements on AP1.-OLR task and using our proposed model we get 1.8%improvement on Vietnam and2.5%improvement on Uyghur over the baseline MDNN *** also evaluated that extra grapheme modeling task is still efficient with one hour of training data to get 2.1.)improvement on Uyghur over the baseline MDNN system making it highly beneficial for zero resource languages.

Immunization is the most effective method still used against infectious agents. Although not always, vaccines ineffectiveness is reported enormously against many of the pathogens throughout the world in poultry, particularly in case of killed or sub unit vaccine. The current project is, therefore, carried out as a preliminary study on broiler chickens to investigate the modulation of immune system against avian influenza virus in association with purified Staphylococcus aureus toxoid. After isolation of Gram positive cocci bacteria on mannitol salt agar from raw milk, yogurt and chicken meat were subsequently biochemically characterized by using rapid diagnostic kit. Pure culture of S. aureus was inoculated into digitally controlled bio-fermentor containing mannitol salt broth for production of toxins. Enormous production of bacteria was passed through sequence of filtration system based on 0.45 μm followed by 0.22 μm size. The centrifugation of the filtrate was made at 1.,000 rpm for 60 minutes at 5℃ followed by 56,1.0 rpm for 20 minutes and clear supernatant containing Staphylococcus enterotoxin (SEs) was obtained. Bradford estimation of proteins further provided 3.5 μg/ml of SEs toxoid. Four types of oil adjuvant avian influenza type H9N2 virus vaccines (without toxoid, 91.5 μg/0.3.l, 22.8 μg/0.3.l and 1..43.μg/0.3.l) were injected into healthy AI H9N2 susceptible broilers and anti-H9N2 HI antibody titers were measured in terms of hemagglutination inhibition test. It was observed that on the 8th day, post vaccination cumulative mean anti AIH9 HI antibody titer of G-1. G-2, G-3. G-4 and G-5 was 3.1.0}± 0.406, 5.1.0}± 0.246, 3.96 ± 0.1.9, 3.25 ± 0.23. and 0.78 ± 0.467 respectively. Infectious Bronchitis (IB) is highly contagious disease of commercial poultry causing substantial economic loses by producing poor quality meat in broilers and effecting production in breeder birds. The causative agent has been reported as most hazardous pathogen among other infectious agent even after being immunized with multi-variant strain vaccine. Currently, different strain such as H-1.0, 4/91.and D274 have been used extensively for immunoprophylaxis against velogenic strain across Pakistan with minimal protection reported. In current study PCR analysis was used to investigate the molecular nature of IB isolates from Punjab and Sind province of Pakistan in 201. epidemics. Total of 1.0 tracheal samples were considered for virus inoculation in 1. days old chicken embryonated eggs. The IBV infected amniotic fluid was neutralized with monoclonal antisera of H-1.0, 4/91.and D274 strains. The IBV screened samples were subjected for RNA extraction and subsequent to PCR using type specific primer of each strain. The amplified product of 840 bp was sequenced through Sanger sequencing. On the basis of PCR results, four similar amplified products from both regions were obtained showing similarities in agarose gel electrophoresis, but they differ from each other on the basis of nucleotides sequence. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that nucleotide sequences of isolates from Karachi were similar to the IBV H-1.0, Mass-41.and Connecticut 46 reference strains. Whereas, isolates from the Punjab province are analogous to the Mans-2, Mans-3. 9/41.UK) but did not show significant similarity with other reference strain. Therefore, it is recommended that use of M-41.and H-1.0 in vaccine production could be effective measure against velogenic infectious agent in Sindh particularly in Karachi, whereas, it would be better to incorporate either of the variant GQ281.56.1.
