We have acupuncture anesthesia for operations of cervical spine dy poste- rlor approach sine 1978. There were 50 cases with cardiovascular *** effects were well with 80% of first and second *** of cervical spine by posterior approach are done in prone po-sition. This position affects respiratory and circulatory system. And this kindof operations bleed more so it is disadvantageous to respiration and circulationcontrol. The patients are unconsciousness under general anesthesia, thereforethey can not point out their spinal cord or nerves root be injured or not duringthe surgery.

When developing a humanoid myo-control hand,not only the mechanical structure should be considered to afford a high dexterity,but also the myoelectric (electromyography,EMG) control capability should be taken into account to fully accomplish the actuation *** paper presents a novel humanoid robotic myocontrol hand (AR hand Ⅲ) which adopted an underac- tuated mechanism and a forearm myocontrol EMG *** AR hand Ⅲ has five fingers and 15 joints,and actuated by three embedded *** can be found within each finger and between the rest three fingers (the middle finger,the ring finger and the little finger) when the hand is grasping *** the EMG control,two specific methods are proposed:the three-fingered hand gesture configuration of the AR hand Ⅲ and a pattern classification method of EMG signals based on a statistical learning algorithm-Support Vector Machine (SVM).Eighteen active hand gestures of a testee are recognized ef- fectively,which can be directly mapped into the motions of AR hand Ⅲ.An on-line EMG control scheme is established based on two different decision functions:one is for the discrimination between the idle and active modes,the other is for the recog- nition of the active *** a result,the AR hand Ⅲ can swiftly follow the gesture instructions of the testee with a time delay less than 100 ms.

The optimal process conditions of an injection molded polypropylenes dustpan were investigated to improve the part quality. A fractional factorial experiment was employed to screen the significant factors and main combinations among the numerous process parameters. And, with the consideration of interaction effects, an L27 orthogonal array based on the Taguchi method was conducted to determine the optimal process conditions. The results indicate that the melt temperature has the most remarkable influence on both the volume shrinkage and sink marks criterion weights. But the optimal process conditions and the order of influence are different for the two criterion weights.

Homogeneous liposome immunoassay for the determination of phenytoin was *** were prepared from cholesterol (CH) and phospholipids including dipalmitoyl phosphatidyl ethanolamine (DPPE) tbr conjugation with thiol-containing antibodies. Hemin chloride was entrapped in the liposome and antibody was modified by reaction with 3. (2-pyndyl-dithio) propionyl N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (SPDP) to introduce thiol groups for efficient coupling. Antibody-coupled liposomes (immunoliposomes) were incubated with phenytoin and complement, and then with hemin substrate. The amount of hemin released from immunoliposomes, which increases with concentration increase of phenytoin, can be detected rapidly by determining the fluorescence with its substrate p-hydroxyphenyl propionic acid (HPPA)and hydrogen peroxide.

Analysis of model test results was carried out to investigate the hydrodynamic interaction between a pair of elastically-supported rigid cylinders of dissimilar diameters in a water flume. The two cylinders are placed in tandem with one situated in the wake of the other. The diameter of the upstream cylinder is twice as large as that of the downstream cylinder. The spacing between the two cylinders ranges from 1 to 10 times the larger cylinder diameter. The Reynolds numbers are within the sub-critical range. The cylinders are free to oscillate in both the in-line and the cross-flow directions. The reduced velocity ranges from 1 to 10 and the low damping ratio of the model test set-up at 0.006 gives a combined mass-damping parameter of 0.02. It is found that the lift on and the cross-flow motion of the downstream cylinder have the frequency components derived from the upstream cylinder＇s vortex shedding as well as from its own vortex shedding, and the relative importance of the two sources of excitation is influenced by the spacing between the two cylinders. The downstream cylinder＇s VIV response appears to be largely dependent upon the actual reduced velocity of the cylinder.

It is believed that a southward interplanetary magnetic field(IMF) is mainly responsible for the energy input from solar wind into the *** paper presents an unusual case of strong anti-sunward plasma flow(up to 2 km/s) in the polar cap ionosphere and large cross-polar cap potential(CPCP) during a period of horizontal IMF(|B|3.nT. Furthermore,GOES8 observed that the magnetosheatli field turns northward as the anti-sunward plasma flow and CPCP start to increase,which implies that the magnetosheath field interacting with the Earth’s magnetopause has significantly rotated and differs from the IMF observed by ACE and *** accordance with previous theoretical work,we suggest that the magnetic field line draping produces a southward magnetosheatli field and enhances anti-sunward plasma flow and the CPCP.

In this study, atomic force microscope (AFM) tips are used as tools to cut and manipulate carbon nanotubes on various surfaces. The lateral forces acting on AFM tips during manipulation are also recorded and analyzed from the perspective of micro-mechanics. It is found that differences in surface conditions can lead to obvious increase in micro-friction between nanotube and substrate. And also due to rehybridization, carbon nanotubes present excellent resilience when undergoing different degrees of strain. Finally, carbon nanotubes can complexly deform from elastic stage to plastic stage before complete rupture.
