＜正＞recently,a deterministic learning theory was proposed for locally-accurate identification of nonlinear *** this paper,we investigate the performance of deterministic learning,including the learning speed and learning *** analyzing the convergence properties of a class of linear time-varying（LTV） systems,explicit relations between the persistency of excitation （pE） condition（especially the level of excitation） and the convergence properties of the LTV systems are *** is shown that the learning speed increases with the level of excitation and decreases with the upper bound of *** learning accuracy also increases with the level of excitation,in particular,when the level of excitation is large enough,locally-accurate learning can be achieved to the desired accuracy,whereas low level of pE may result in the deterioration of the learning *** paper reveals that the performance analysis of deterministic learning can be established on the basis of classical results on stability and convergence of adaptive *** studies on the Moore-Greitzer model,a well-known axial flow compressor model, are included to illustrate the effectiveness of the results.

purpose: To objectively evaluate the clinical application of color pattern reversal visual e-voked potential (Cpr-VEp) on primary open angle glaucoma (pOAG). Methods: Cpr-VEp and FM 100-hue test were performed in 31 eyes with pOAG and 33 normal eyes. Color pattern stimulation was presented by color monitor controlled by computer program. The reversal rate of the stimulating pattern was 2 Hz and the spatial frequency of the stimulating was 0.53 cycle/degree. The color stimulating pattern include White /Black , red/Black , Green/Black , Blue/Black , Yellow /Black , red/Green and Blue /Yellow . results : Cpr-VEp p1 latencies were obviously prolonged in pOAG group in comparison with normal control group in equiluminance. All Cpr-VEp p1 amplitudes, except Blue/Black p1 amplitude, show no differences between pOAG group and normal control group . Conclusion: p1 latencies of all Cpr-VEp and p1 amplitude of Blue/Black Cpr-VEp were parameters for identifing acquired dyschromatopsia caused by pOAG. The results

purpose: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of FK-506 on suppressing high-risk cornea transplantation ***: In a randomized controlled clinical trial, 56 eyes of 56 patients with high-risk keratoplasty (including total corneal transplantation TCT, total corneal transplantation with circular lamellar sclera CST, vascularization corneal transplantation and corneal retransplantation) were divided into the experimental group and the control group(each with 28 eyes).The experimental group was treated by FK-506 eyedrops (0.5 mg/ml) and TobraDex eyedrops, compared with the control group that was treated by 1% CsA eyedrops and TobraDex eyedrops. In the average 8.1-month follow-up period, the visual acuity, graft transparent duration and rejection Index (rI) of grafts were observed. results: In the follow-up period, the graft rejection rate of the experimental and the control group was 63.6% and 95.2% respectively (χ2＝4. 72, p ＜ 0. 05) with significant ***: The local application of FK-506 suppressed effectively the graft rejection of corneal transplantation of the patients at high risk.

DNA methylation is considered to play an essential role in cellular senescence. To uncover the mechanism underlying cellular senescence,we established the model of premature senescence induced by hydrogen peroxide （HO） in human embryonic lung fibroblasts and investigated the changes of genome methylation,DNA methyltransferases （DNMTs） and DNA-binding domain proteins （MBDs） in comparison with those observed during normal replicative *** found that premature senescence triggered by HO exhibited distinct morphological characteristics and proliferative capacity which were similar to those of replicative *** genome methylation level decreased gradually during the premature as well as replicative senescence,which was associated with the reduction in the expression of DNMTI,reflecting global hypomethylation as a distinct feature of senescent *** levels of DNMT3b and methyl-CpG binding protein 2 （MeCp2） increased in both mid-aged and replicative senescent cells,while DNMT3a and MBD2 were upregulated in the mid-aged *** DNMT3b was elevated in the cells in the premature senescence persistence ***,the expression for DNMTs, MBD2 and MeCp2 was increased rapidly upon HO *** results indicate that HO-induced premature senescence share some features of replicative senescence,such as basic biological characteristics and global hypomethylation while there are slight differences in the profile of methylation-associated enzyme *** damage may hence be a causative factor in epigenetic alteration partly responsible for cellular senescence.

Objective To study the impact of blood clots in the oocyte-corona-cumulus complexes （OCCC） during in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer （IVF-ET）.Methods The OCCCs were harvested from the patients undergoing long protocol ovarian hyperstimulation. The OCCCs with blood clots removed or not, were randomly grouped into A or B. The OCCCs without blood clots were group C （the control）.results The patient＇s age, infertility duration, the average GN consumption, the average days of superovulation and an average number of harvested oocytes showed no significant difference in the 3 groups. The fertilization rate and 2pN rate in group A were the highest, which were 85.4% and 71.1%, respectively, followed by group C, which were 77.5% and 64.9%, respectively. The lowest fertilization rate and 2pN rate were in group B, 75.8% and 62.2%, respectively. Those in group A were significantly higher than those in groups B and C （p〈0.01）, while there was no significant difference between group B and group C. The implantation rates and pregnancy rates showed no significant difference in the 3 groups after transplantation, even if group A got the highest rate among the 3 groups. Conclusion removing the blood clots in OCCC can improve the outcome of IVF-ET without increasing the cost and complexity of the operation.
