摘 要:Hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) caused by coxsackie A virus and enterovirus 71(EV71) and less commonly by coxsackie B is a common viral illness of infants and children, outbreaks of HFMD caused by CV16 and/or EV71 have frequently occurred in China since it was firstly documented in 1980.A new outbreak and epidemic occurred in Guangdong of China in 2008.A total of 48,882 cases were officially reported to center for disease control and prevention of Guangdong(GDCDC).To clarify pathogen caused the outbreak and epidemic,131 specimens including stool, rectal swabs, vesicular swabs and throat swabs collected from 92 cases were subjected by one-step RT-PCR,48 of 131 samples showed positive signals when screened with enterovirus VP4 and VP2 universal primers,44 of 48 PCR products were successfully ***71,coxsackievirus A(CA16, CA4,CA10,CA9,CA18,CB3 and CA24) were identified in 38 *** 6 specimens were identified as poliovirus3,rhinovirus and untyping *** result revealed varied etiologic agents took responsibility for the outbreak and epidemic of HFMD in 2008 *** genetic and phylogenetic characteristics of human enterovirus 71 and coxsackievirus A16(CA16) were analyzed in this ***-two EV71 isolates from the world were separated into three distinct genotypes:A,B and *** C was further divided into 4 clusters:C-1,C-2,C-3 and *** sequences from the mainland of China except for Hongkong region were located in sbgenogroup C-4 and originated from Shenzhen *** indicated EV71 strains circulating in the mainland of China were independently evolving into a new ***4 sequences of representative 17 CV-A16 strains from this outbreak were compared to those of 41 strains taken from GenBank, the phylogenetic analysis allowed us to identify three genetic lineages(A,B,and C). Fifty-seven isolates from South-East were clustered in lineage C,and 17 sequences in this study were located in different small ***
