Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),commonly known as primary liver cancer,is a major cause of malignant tumors and cancer-related deaths in china,accounting for approximately 85％of all cancer cases in the *** guidelines have been used to diagnose and treat liver ***,these guidelines provide a broad definition for classifying advanced liver cancer,with an emphasis on a singular approach,without considering treatment options for individual ***,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and practical expert consensus,specifically for china,to enhance the diagnosis and treatment of HCC using the Delphi *** classification criteria were refined for Chinese patients with HCC,and the corresponding optimal treatment regimen recommendations were *** recommendations took into account various factors,including tumor characteristics,vascular tumor thrombus grade,distant metastasis,liver function status,portal hypertension,and the hepatitis B virus replication status of patients with primary HCC,along with treatment *** findings and rec-ommendations provide detailed,scientific,and reasonable individualized diagnosis and treatment strategies for clinicians.

目的:调查晚期消化道肿瘤病人对药物临床试验的认知与看法。方法:采用质性研究方法,通过半结构式访谈对12例首次接受药物临床试验治疗的晚期消化道肿瘤病人进行个体深入访谈,运用内容分析法分析资料。结果:首次接受药物临床试验治疗的晚期消化道肿瘤病人对药物临床试验的认知主要分为3个主题,即对临床试验充满担忧(疗效不确定性、代入为牺牲品、担心不良反应),从临床试验中重拾希望(希望延长生命、减轻经济负担、渴望专业指导),对临床试验持中立态度。结论:晚期消化道肿瘤病人在接受临床试验治疗时面临多种问题,护理人员应给予针对性指导和帮助,以促进病人积极完成治疗。

电动汽车(EV)集群在参与电网调频时,持续大量的出力可能会导致系统频率出现超调现象,且会增加系统的调频成本和对EV集群的补偿成本。在保证系统频率稳定的前提下,为了协调EV集群与发电机的出力,提出了基于滑模比例-积分(PI)控制的发电机和EV集群联合优化方法,并以系统调频成本和频率稳定为目标,对EV集群的车辆投入比例进行优化。考虑私家车、公交车、出租车这3种类型EV参与电网辅助调频,建立了EV集群参与微电网调频的单区域系统模型,通过滑模PI对EV集群进行控制,在保证频率稳定的情况下,显著减小EV集群出力;进一步对EV集群车辆投入比例参数进行优化,显著降低系统的调频成本。对发电机容量充足、不足的工况进行仿真,并对比参数优化前、后的结果,验证了所提联合优化方法的有效性和经济性。

Y_(2)O_(3)以其优良的物理化学性质和在280 nm~8μm宽频段内的高透明性,而广泛应用于激光介质或光学窗口等领域。制备高透明的Y_(2)O_(3)陶瓷是目前的研究热点和难点,而高质量的粉体是制备高透明Y_(2)O_(3)陶瓷的关键,尿素均相沉淀法以其爆发成核和均匀可控的阴离子释放机制成为制备单分散颗粒的主要方法。本工作以硝酸钇和尿素为原料,采用尿素均相沉淀法制备了单分散、亚微米级的球形Y_(2)O_(3)粉体。采用不同方法研究了Y_(2)O_(3)前驱体和煅烧后粉体的结构、物相演变和形貌。前驱体的颗粒尺寸约为330 nm,800℃煅烧2 h得到的Y_(2)O_(3)粉体尺寸约为260 nm。在800℃煅烧后即可得到纯相的Y_(2)O_(3)粉体,粉体呈球形,分散性好,且粒径均匀。以该Y_(2)O_(3)粉体为原料,添加原子分数0.3%的Nb_(2)O_(5)为烧结助剂,在1780℃通过真空无压烧结成功制备了透明Y_(2)O_(3)陶瓷。材料的光学性质优良,即样品(厚度1 mm)的直线透过率在1100 nm处达到76.9%,在400 nm处达到65.6%。本工作为制备性能优良的Y_(2)O_(3)透明陶瓷提供了一种新的方法。

基于模块化多电平变换器的固态变压器(modular multilevel converter based solid state transformer,MMC-SST)是实现交直流混合配电网柔性互联及能量多向流动的关键装备。针对固态变压器输入级MMC子模块电容纹波电压过大,导致装置的体积和成本增加的问题,提出一种基于比例重复控制的MMC-SST改进纹波电压抑制策略。首先利用基于比例重复控制的电容电压闭环得到调整后的功率移相角。然后,通过双有源桥变换器将子模块电容纹波功率传递到低压直流母线,从而有效抑制MMC子模块的各频次纹波电压,达到减小电容值的目的。最后,仿真结果表明在网侧电压对称或不对称工况下,基于比例重复控制的MMC-SST子模块电容纹波电压抑制策略均具有良好的纹波电压抑制能力。

The values of mosaic block size and microstrain measured by the method of Voigt function are sometimes largely erroneous and difficult to be revised. In this paper, the causes of the 'hook effect' which inevitably exists in the method of Fourier analysis are explained; then the method for resolving this effect is put forward; and finally the method of hypothetical function is used to simplify the method of the Fourier analysis from multi-peak to single-peak. By introducing the parameter m, this method can not only indicate the degree of errors, but also revise them as well, it is simple, clear and able to accomplish the intricate pattern calculation quickly by the aid of computer. In the end, we argue the identity between method of the approximate function and the Fourier analysis, and give a more accurate proportional coefficient k.

With a comprehensive geological and geophysical data base,the Paleogene in the Liaodong Bay area,which consists of the Kongdian,Shahejie and Donghying Formations from the base to top,was divided into 4 second-order sequences and 8 third-order sequences based on the characteristics of the se-quence boundaries. Each third-order sequence is subdivided into the lowstand,lake transgressive and highstand systems tracts. The Lowstand systems tract (LST) is mainly composed of progradational parasequence sets,while the lake transgressive systems tract (TST) largely consists of the retrograda-tional parasequence sets and the highstand systems tract (HST) is dominated by the progradational parasequence sets. The main types of depositional systems include the shallow lake,semi-deep lake,deep lake,delta,fan delta,braided fluvial delta and nearshore subaqueous fan. The braided fluvial delta and fan delta depositional systems are mainly confined to the sequences of the lower SEs4-Ek,SEs3 and SEs1+2,while the sequences of SEd3,SEd2 and SEd1 are dominated by the delta and nearshore subaqueous fan depositional systems with the latter being developed at the downthrown side of the basin-bounding fault in each sequence. The evolution of the depositional systems is always con-trolled by the paleo-tectonic setting and the ancient landform in the space and geological time. It is concluded that the most favorable reservoirs are distributed in the Liaoxi low uplift and the central Liaozhong sag.

We first define the quasi-addition and quasi-multiplication operations by introducing the inductive operator, and then, in the K-quasi-additive fuzzy measure space, we establish the K-quasi-additive fuzzy integral of a generally measurable set-valued mapping. Applying the integral transformation theorem, some basic properties of the K-quasi-additive fuzzy integrals with respect to this kind of set-valued mapping are studied. Finally, the generalized monotone convergence theorems of this kind of fuzzy integrals are obtained.
