Terephthalic acid reformed Al/Zn metal organic nanoflake was prepared and functionalized with trie-thylamine(T-AlZn).Without adding terephthalic acid,there was no product of metal organic nanoflake.T-AlZn has a remarkable performance in removing trace lead(Ⅱ)ions(Pb^(2+)).The adsorption equipoise with the removal rate≥97%was reached within 35 *** removal rates of T-AlZn for Pb^(2+)declined by only 16.73%after four *** adsorption of T-AlZn for Pb^(2+)follows the Langmuir isotherms model and pseudo-second-order dynamics *** utmost adsorption competence was calculated as 215.27 mg g^(-1).The T-AlZn adsorbent exhibits a bright prospect in the adsorption for Pb^(2+)and is a considerable candidate in the disposal of industrial sewage.

BACKGROUND Breast cancer is among the most common malignancies *** progress in treatment methods and levels,the overall survival period has been prolonged,and the demand for quality care has *** To investigate the effect of individualized and continuous care intervention in patients with breast *** Two hundred patients with breast cancer who received systemic therapy at The First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University(January 2021 to July 2023)were retrospectively selected as research *** them,134.received routine care intervention(routing group)and 66 received personalized and continuous care(intervention group).Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B)scores,including limb shoulder joint activity,complication rate,and care satisfaction,were compared between both groups after *** SAS and SDS scores were lower in the intervention group than in the routing group at one and three months after *** total FACT-B scores and five dimensions in the intervention group were higher than those in the routing group at three months of *** range of motion of shoulder anteflexion,posterior extension,abduction,internal rotation,and external rotation in the intervention group was higher than that in the routing group one month after *** incidence of postoperative complications was 18.18%lower in the intervention group than in the routing group(34.33%;P36%;P<0.05).CONCLUSION Personalized and continuous care can alleviate negative emotions in patients with breast cancer,quicken rehabilitation of limb function,decrease the incidence of complications,and improve living quality and care satisfaction.

AIM:To evaluate dry eye disease(DED)symptomatology and mental health status in different COVID-19 ***:A cross-sectional observational design was *** 123 eligible adults(4..34.of men,age range,18-59y)with COVID-19 included in the study from August to November,*** Surface Disease Index(OSDI),Five-item Dry Eye Questionnaire(DEQ-5),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used in this ***:OSDI scores were 6.82(1.25,15.91)in asymptomatic carriers,7.35(2.50,18.38)in mild cases,and 16.67(4.4.,28.04.in recurrent cases,with 30.00%,35.56%,and 57.89%,respectively evaluated as having DED symptoms(χ2=7.04.,P=0.029).DEQ-5 score varied from 2.00(0,6.00)in asymptomatic carriers,3.00(0,8.00)in mild cases,and 8.00(5.00,10.00)in recurrent cases,with 27.50%,33.33%,and 55.26%,respectively assessed as having DED symptoms(χ2=8.532,P=0.014..The prevalence of clinical anxiety(50.00%)and depression(4..37%)symptoms were also significantly higher in patients with recurrent infection(χ2=24.54.,P30.871,P31-7.979;P=0.033]and DEQ-5 scores(odds ratio,3.353;95%CI,1.038-8.834.P=0.04.),whereas having a fixed occupation was a protective factor for OSDI scores(odds ratio,0.088;95%CI,0.022-0.360;P=0.001)and DEQ-5 scores(odds ratio,0.126;95%CI,0.039-0.4.5;P=0.001).CONCLUSION:Patients with recurrent COVID-19 have more severe symptoms of DED,anxiety,and depression.

Yolk-shell SiO2 particles(YP)with center-radial meso-channels were fabricated through a simple and effective ***-containing YP-supported NiMo catalysts with different Al amounts(NiMo/AYP-x,x=Si/Al molar proportion)were prepared and dibenzothiophene(DBT)and 4.6-dimethyl-dibenzothiophene(4.6-DMDBT)were employed as the probes to evaluate the hydrodesulfurization(HDS)catalytic *** as-prepared AYP-x carriers and corresponding catalysts were characterized by some advanced characterizations to obtain deeper correlations between physicochemical properties and the HDS *** average pore sizes of series AYP-x supports are above 6.0 nm,which favors the mass transfer of organic *** cavity between the yolk and the shell is beneficial for the enrichment of S-containing compounds and the accessibility between reactants and active *** embedded into the silica framework could facilitate the formation of Lewis(L)and Brønsted(B)acid sites and adjust the metal-support interaction(MSI).Among all the as-synthesized catalysts,NiMo/AYP-20 catalyst shows the highest HDS *** improved HDS activity of NiMo/AYP-20 catalyst is attributed to the perfect combination of excellent structural properties of the yolk-shell mesoporous silica,enhanced acidity,moderate MSI,and good accessibility/dispersion of active components.
