目的调查粤东地区放疗物理技术及QA的基本情况,为促进基层单位放疗学科建设、资源合理配置提供参考。方法 2016年3—5月利用互联网技术结合现场调查方式,对粤东地区放疗单位的一般情况、设备配置、开展技术和治疗QA方面进行了调查和统计分析。结果截止2016年5月31日,共有放疗单位8家,开放病床数966张,日均放疗632人次,放疗从业人员222人。共有直线加速器12台,后装治疗机5台,γ刀1台,CT模拟机8台,放疗计划系统9套。5个单位开展包括IMrT/VMAT、IGrT、ArT技术,精确放疗计划除1个单位外治疗前全部进行剂量验证。直线加速器、CT模拟机、后装治疗机等设备QA项目存在缺漏,专业技术人员职业培训以短期进修及老带新为主。结论调查显示粤东地区放疗资源配置处于较低水平。地区内各单位放疗技术及QA存在明显差距,需加强放疗QA规范的建立和执行,重视专业技术人员的职业培训。

Immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting the programmed cell death-1(pD-1)protein significantly improve survival in patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NsCLC),but its impact on early-stage ground-glass opacity(GGO)lesions remains *** is a single-arm,phase II trial(NCT04026841)using simon’s optimal two-stage design,of which 4 doses of sintilimab(200 mg per 3 weeks)were administrated in 36 enrolled multiple primary lung cancer(MpLC)patients with persistent high-risk(Lung-rADs category 4 or had progressed within 6 months)*** primary endpoint was objective response rate(Orr).T/B/NK-cell subpopulations,TCr-seq,cytokines,exosomal rNA,and multiplexed immunohistochemistry(mIHC)were monitored and compared between responders and ***,two intent-to-treat(ITT)lesions(pure-GGO or GGO-predominant)showed responses(Orr:5.6%,2/36),and no patients had progressive disease(pD).No grade 3-5 TrAEs *** total response rate considering two ITT lesions and three non-intent-to-treat(NITT)lesions(pure-solid or solid-predominant)was 13.9%(5/36).The proportion of CD8^(+)T cells,the ratio of CD8^(+)/CD4^(+),and the TCr clonality value were significantly higher in the peripheral blood of responders before treatment and decreased over ***,the mIHC analysis showed more CD8^(+)T cells infiltrated in ***,responders’cytokine concentrations of EGF and CTLA-4 increased during *** exosomal expression of fatty acid metabolism and oxidative phosphorylation gene signatures were down-regulated among ***,pD-1 inhibitor showed certain activity on high-risk pulmonary GGO lesions without safety *** effects were associated with specific T-cell re-distribution,EGF/CTLA-4 cytokine compensation,and regulation of metabolism pathways.

The establishment of a possible connection between neutrino emission and gravitational-wave(GW)bursts is important to our understanding of the physical processes that occur when black holes or neutron stars *** the Daya Bay experiment,using the data collected from December 2011 to August 2017,a search was per-formed for electron-antineutrino signals that coincided with detected GW events,including GW150914,GW151012,GW151226,GW170104,GW170608,GW 170814,and GW *** used three time windows of±10,±500,and±1000 s relative to the occurrence of the GW events and a neutrino energy range of 1.8 to 100 MeV to search for correlated neutrino *** detected electron-antineutrino candidates were consistent with the expected background rates for all the three time *** monochromatic spectra,we found upper limits(90%confidence level)of the electron-antineutrino fluence of(1.13-2.44)×10^(11)cm^(-2)at 5 MeV to 8.0×10^(7)cm^(-2)at 100 MeV for the three time w *** the assumption of a Fermi-Dirac spectrum,the upper limits were found to be(5.4-7.0)×10^(9)cm^(2)for the three time windows.

In recent years,radiotherapy based only on Magnetic resonance(Mr)images has become a hot spot for radiotherapy planning research in the current medical ***,functional computed tomography(CT)is still needed for dose calculation in the *** deep-learning approaches to synthesized CT images from Mr images have raised much research interest,making radiotherapy based only on Mr images *** this paper,we proposed a novel unsupervised image synthesis framework with registration *** paper aims to enforce the constraints between the reconstructed image and the input image by registering the reconstructed image with the input image and registering the cycle-consistent image with the input ***,this paper added ConvNeXt blocks to the network and used large kernel convolutional layers to improve the network’s ability to extract *** research used the collected head and neck data of 180 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma to experiment and evaluate the training model with four evaluation *** the same time,this research made a quantitative comparison of several commonly used model *** evaluate the model performance in four evaluation metrics which achieve Mean Absolute Error(MAE),root Mean square Error(rMsE),peak signal-to-Noise ratio(psNr),and structural similarity(ssIM)are 18.55±1.44,86.91±4.31,33.45±0.74 and 0.960±0.005,*** with other methods,MAE decreased by 2.17,rMsE decreased by 7.82,psNr increased by 0.76,and ssIM increased by *** results show that the model proposed in this paper outperforms other methods in the quality of image *** work in this paper is of guiding significance to the study of Mr-only radiotherapy planning.

Green reactions not only provide us chemical products without any pollution,but also offer us the viable technology to realize difficult tasks in normal ***-,photoelectro-,and electrocatalytic reactions are indeed powerful tools to help us to embrace bright ***,some gas-involved reactions are extremely useful to change our life environments from energy systems to liquid fuels and cost-effective products,such as H2 evolution(H2 production),02 evolution/reduction,CO2 reduction,N2 reduction(or N2 fixation) *** can provide fuel cells clean H2 for electric vehicles from H2 evolution reaction(HEr),at the same time,we also need highly efficient 02 reduction reaction(Orr) in fuel cells for improving the reaction ***,we can get the clean oxidant O2 from water through O2 evolution reaction(OEr),and carry out some reactions without posing any pollution to reaction ***,we can translate the greenhouse gas CO2 into useful liquid fuels through CO2 reduction reaction(Crr).Last but not the least,we can get ammonia from N2 reduction reaction(Nrr),which can decrease energy input compared to the traditional Hubble *** reactions,such as HEr,Orr,OEr,Crr and Nrr could be realized through solar-,photoelectro-and electro-assisted *** them,the catalysts used play crucial roles in determining the efficiency and kinds of products,so we should consider the efficiency of ***,the cost,synthetic methods of catalysts should also be ***,significant progress has been achieved,however,many challenges still exist,reaction systems,catalysts underlying mechanisms,and so *** extremely active fields,we should pay attention to *** the background,it has motivated us to contribute with a roadmap on ’GasInvolved photo-and Electro-Catalysis’.
