A sectional curve feature extraction algorithm based on multi-scale analysis is proposed for reverse engineering. The algorithm consists of two parts: feature segmentation and feature classification. In the first part,curvature scale space is applied to multi-scale analysis and original feature detection. To obtain the primary and secondary curve primitives,feature fusion is realized by multi-scale feature detection information transmission. In the second part: projection height function is presented based on the area of quadrilateral,which improved criterions of sectional curve feature classification. Results of synthetic curves and practical scanned sectional curves are given to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm on feature extraction. The consistence between feature extraction based on multi-scale curvature analysis and curve primitives is verified.

This paper presents research into applying virtual environment (VE) technology to supply chain management (SCM). Our research work has employed virtual manufacturing environments to represent supply chain nodes to simulate processes and activities in supply chain management. This will enable those who are involved in these processes and activities to gain an intuitive understanding of them, so as to design robust supply chains and make correct decisions at the right time. A framework system and its hierarchical structure for visualising and simulating supply chains in virtual environments are reported and detailed in this paper.

Objective Wild root voles make nest in the field because of the cold winter and the low temperature in summer *** bred in laboratory,most of them can make nest ***,part of root voles do not make nest *** test the hypothesis that nest-building is an important thermoregulatory behavior to promote the high fitness of the parents even in the normal temperature conditions(at 22±2℃),two experiments were ***Ⅰ:Thirty mating pairs including fifteen nest-building and fifteen non-nest-building,were selected in this experiment,with access to 5.3g of cotton to build a nest,for a period of 30 *** temperatures in nest-building and non-nest-building groups,in and above nest with animals or without animals,and the changes of temperature during 60min period were ***Ⅱ: Twenty-four broods’ offspring were used in this *** body weight of natal day and weaning day,number and age in day of infanticide were *** results showed the average temperature in nest-building group was significantly higher than non-nest-building *** contrary,average temperature above nest of nest-building group was lower than non-nest-building *** body weight of natal day had no difference between nest-building group and non-nest-building group but average body weight of weaning day had significant difference between nest-building group and non-nest-building *** were significant differences in male offspring’s average body weight between nest-building and non-nest-building from 2 to 14 age in *** results indicated that nest-building has significant influence on parents’ fitness in root vole bred in laboratory.

＜正＞ The Miyagiken -oki Earthquake occurred on May 26th, 2003 in the northeastern area of Japan. This earthquake caused the great influence to the northeastern area in Japan since the last Miyagiken -oki earthquake in 1978. In this paper, a new build bridge, Kitakami Bridge, which were designed by aseismic code after the 1995 Kobe Earthquake and complete in April, 2003 experienced the Miyagiken -oki Earthquake. Damage was occurred on the abutment and bear facilities. Based on the spot investigation after the earthquake, new characteristics of this earthquake, physical damage phenomena of bridge and the comparison of aseismic measures between the new and old aseismic code were made in the paper.

Integrated semiconductor lasers represent essential building blocks for integrated optical components and circuits and their stability in frequency is fundamental for the development of numerous frontier applications and engineering tasks. When dense optical circuits are considered, the stability of integrated laser sources can be impaired by the thermal cross-talk generated by the action of neighboring components, leading to a deterioration of the long-term system performance (on the scale of seconds). In this work we show the design and the experimental characterization of a silicon nitride photonic integrated circuit (PIC) that is able to frequency stabilize 16semiconductor lasers, simultaneously. A stabilized 50 GHz-spaced two-channel system is demonstrated through the detection of the related beating note and the stability of the resulting waveform is characterized via the use of artificially induced thermal cross-talk stimuli.

Male infertility is one of the most common causes in abnormal fertility. Some of them havechromosomal *** investigations were carried out on 50 males with *** prepartions made from peripheral blood lymphocytes were analysed with conventional GTGand CBG banding techniques. We found 16 patients showed numerical structural abnormalities of sexchromosome (32.0%):2 subjects with del (Y) (q11), 1 with a large Y(Y^+),6 with 47, XXY, with 47, XXY/46,XY, 2 with 46, XY/45, and 1 with 46,*** relationship between sex chromosome and azoospermiais discussed. The 46, XX male is a very rarely case known as sex reveroed syndrome. For this case, furtherstudies were needed to ascertain the presence of Yp specific materials.

在成功克隆A型产气荚膜梭菌α毒素C端基因 (cpa40 8基因 )后 ,发现基因N端ATG后密码子在大肠杆菌中的使用频率普遍偏低 ,在不改变氨基酸的前提下 ,对N端基因进行修饰 ,构建重组表达质粒pBV2 2 0 cpa40 8,导入大肠杆菌DH5α中 ,经温度诱导 ,cpa40 8基因获得了高效表达 ,表达量达菌体总蛋白的 43 75 %,表达产物以可溶形式存在。经Western blot分析 ,表达产物能被标准抗α毒素血清识别。
