Aim:To determine whether glioma cells can be specifically and efficiently tar-geted by superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticle (SPIO)-fluoresceinisothiocyanate (FITC)-chlorotoxin (SPIOFC) that is detectable by magnetic reso-nance imaging (MRI) and optical ***:SPIOFC was synthesized byconjugating SPIO with FITC and *** cells (human U2.1-MG andrat C6) were cultured with SPIOFC and SPIOF (SPIO-FITC),*** were treated with SPIOFC as the control for SPIOFC-targeted glioma *** internalization of SPIOFC by glioma cells was assessed by MRI and wasquantified using inductively-coupled plasma emission *** opticalimaging ability of SPIOFC was evaluated by confocal laser scanning ***:Iron per cell of U2.1 (72.5±1.8 pg) and C6 (74.9±2.2.pg) cells cultured withSPIOFC were significantly more than those of U2.1 (6.6±1.0 pg) and C6 (7.1±0.8pg) cells incubated with *** T2.ignal intensity of U2.1 and C6 cellscultured with SPIOFC (2.3.6±2..9 and 2.1.4±17.2.respectively) were substantiallylower than those of U2.1 and C6 cells incubated with SPIOF (2.75.3±2.8.6 and2.42.7±2.2.4,respectively).Moreover,there were significant differences in ironper cell and T2.ignal intensity between SPIOFC-treated neural cells (1.3±0.3;2.33.6±199.2. and SPIOFC-treated glioma *** internalized by gliomacells exhibited green fluorescence by confocal laser scanning ***:SPIOFC is suitable for the specific and efficient targeting of *** and optical imaging in conjunction with SPIOFC can differentiateglioma cells from normal brain tissue cells.

Based on the analysis of one-dimension inertial accelerometer movement model,from which the resolution of the accelerometer inertial mass displacement equation was derived,the response of the sensor sensing element to vibration and impact of various frequencies was *** theoretical and experimental results show that a reasonable configuration among the sensing element inherent frequency,environmental exciting frequency and the damp factors of the sensor is the key to prevent the sensor from *** sensor has good anti-vibrating impact ability when the relative damp factor is 0.7,and the environmental interferential vibrating frequency is less than 0.35 times of the inherent frequency of the sensing element.

H5N1 highly pathogenic avian influenza virus was first detected in a goose in Guangdong Province of china in 1996. Multiple genotypes of H5N1 viruses have been identified from apparently healthy waterfowl since 1999. In the years 2.04-2.08, over 100 outbreaks in domestic poultry occurred in 2. provinces and caused severe economic damage to the poultry industry in china. Beginning from 2.04, a culling plus vaccination strategy has been implemented for the {2. of epidemics. Since then, over 3542.000 poultry have been depopulated, and over 55 billion doses of the different vaccines have been used to {2. the outbreaks. Although it is logistically impossible to vaccinate every single bird in china due to the large poultry population and the complicated rearing styles, there is no doubt that the increased vaccination coverage has resulted in decreased disease epidemic and environmental virus loading. The experience in china suggests that vaccination has played an important role in the protection of poultry from H5N1 virus infection, the reduction of virus load in the environment, and the prevention of H5N1 virus transmission from poultry to humans.

In order to precisely control the final temperature of molten steel in RH （Ruhrstahl Heraeus）-TOP blowing refining, the final temperature prediction models of molten steel in RH-TOP blowing refining process for Interstitial Free （IF） steel production were established under the condition of oxygen blowing and non-oxygen blowing respec- tively. The results show that the beginning molten steel temperature of refining and the amount of added scrap were influential factors, the baking temperature in vacuum chamber was a factor that had small influence. When the model was operated, the hitting probability was above 95%（under the condition of both oxygen blowing and non-oxygen blo- wing） of prediction deviation ±10℃. The accuracy is analyzed.

It begins with the study of damping representation of a linear vibration system of single degree of freedom (SDOF),from the view point of fractional calculus. By using the idea of stability switch,it shows that the linear term involving the fractional-order derivative of an order between 0 and 2.always acts as a damping force,so that the unique equilibrium is asymp-totically stable. Further,based on the idea of stability switch again,the paper proposes a scheme for determining the stable gain region of a linear vibration system under a fractional-order control. It shows that unlike the classical velocity feedback which can adjust the damping force only,a fractional-order feedback can adjust not only the damping force,but also the elastic re-storing force,and in addition,a fractional-order PDα control can either enlarge the stable gain region or narrow the stable gain region. For the dynamic systems described by integer-order derivatives,the asymptotical stability of an equilibrium is guaranteed if all characteristic roots stay in the open left half-plane,while for the systems with fractional-order derivatives,the asymptotical stability of an equilibrium is guaranteed if all characteristic roots stay within a sector in the complex plane. Analysis shows that the proposed method,based on the idea of stability switch,works effectively in the stability analysis of dynamical systems with fractional-order derivatives.

A study of the catalytic activity of V2.5/C catalyst for the oxygen oxidation of glyoxal has been made, showing that glyoxylic acid can be formed without control of pH value and there is little oxalic acid from the excessive oxidation of glyoxylic acid. The studies of XRD and TEM have shown that V2.5 diffraction peaks gradually strengthen with the increase of the content of V2.5. With the content of 3% V2.5 and the calcination temperature of 573 K, V2.5/C catalyst displayed the best activity and selectivity. The conversion of glyoxal and the selectivity of glyoxylic acid reached 18.76% and 77.70% after 5 h, respectively. Moreover, V2.5/C catalyst showed small deactivation after recycling three times, which indicates that V2.5/C has a higher stability than noble metal catalysts in the reaction medium.

Based on the characteristics of Thin slab casting and rolling (TSCR) process,using test methods such as SEM,EDS and measuring content of inclusions, the influencing factor of controlling inclusions during producing middle and high carbon steel was studied. The technologies of electric furnace smelting, LF refining and controlling inclusions of tundish were proposed. The inclusions control level of middle and high carbon steel in which the carbon content is 0.3-1.0%, The level reached and even exceeded the level of like product producing with conventional process at home and abroad.
