摘      要:Based on the characteristics of Thin slab casting and rolling (TSCR) process,using test methods such as SEM,EDS and measuring content of inclusions, the influencing factor of controlling inclusions during producing middle and high carbon steel was studied. The technologies of electric furnace smelting, LF refining and controlling inclusions of tundish were proposed. The inclusions control level of middle and high carbon steel in which the carbon content is 0.3-1.0%, The level reached and even exceeded the level of like product producing with conventional process at home and abroad.
