DLC formation in C implanted PET

＜正＞In order to enhance the mechanical and electrical properties of the polymers, ion implantation techniques have been suggested [1-4]. Recent studies have shown that ion implantation is very effective for improving surface properties of polymers Polyethylene terephthalane （PET） has been modified with C ions attracted from a metal vapor arc source （MEVVA）. After implantation, sheet resistance decreased. The results from nano testing show that after C implantation, flexibility of implanted layer increases as shown in Fig.l. The Surface hardness is 12.3.times greater than that of PET, 2 times greater than stainless steel hardness （3.Pa）, the Modulus increases 2.6 times comparing with PET as shown in Table 1. The infrared absorption indicated that the bonds of carbon nano-particles and DLC nano-particles are detected. The PET has been strengthened by these dispersed nano-particles. The measurement results using nano hardness tester show that the surface hardness and modulus increase obviously. The surface structure has greatly changed. The TEM photo shows that the nano-particles were formed.

＜正＞ A ceramic oxide coating of 3.μm was prepared on TA2 pure titanium by alternating-current microarc oxidation in aluminate solution. Its microstructure and phase component were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry, Raman spectroscopy. The Al, Ti, O concentration profiles across the coating were determined by energy dispersive spectroscope. The coating contains two layers, an outer layer and an internal layer. The outer layer is composed of a large amount of TiAl2O5 and a little rutile type TiO2 compounds. But the rutile content in the inner layer is much higher than in the outer layer while the TiAl2O5 content decreases obviously in the inner layer. All of these oxides derive from a rapid solidification of the local molten coating in microarc discharge zone.

The penetration depth and concentration distribution of implanted ions have been studied for low energy heavy ions implanted in the dry seeds of plant, such as peanut, mung beau, sunflower, wheat and radish seeds, etc. by SEM+EDS. The results .how that the maximum penetration depth is about 12μm for V+ with an energy 200 keV implanted in cotyledon of the peanut, 18pm, spin, 20μm for V2+ with 90 keV implanted in sunflower, wheat, radish seeds, respectively. The penetration depth of implanted Cu2+ with 80 keV is about 90μm in the remainder funicle derivative of the mung beau seeds. The experimental result of the maximum penetration depth of implanted V+ in the peanut seeds was compared with the calculated value of the TRIM95.

The systematic characters of(n,t)and(n,3.He)reaction cross sections have been studied in incident neutron energy En=14 MeV,*** systematic trends in the cross section data have been *** analysis of the gross trend and isotope effect,odd-even effect are ***(n,t) reaction cross sections for elements with Z=22-92 decrease as a function of increasing asymmetry parameter(N-Z)/A of the target ***,the(n,3.He)reaction cross sections show a very slight trend to decrease with increasing(N-Z)/A Possible reaction mechanisms are discussed for(n,t)and(n, 3.He)reactions. A set of the empirical parameters have been extracted on bases of an analysising and fitting the available measured ***(n,t)and(n,3.He)reaction cross sections of some nuclei have been predicted,and good agreement with measured data have been obtained.

本文对151个铀酰配合物结构进行了配位空间堆积计算,发现无论是四角双锥、五角双锥或是六角双锥结构,在铀酰离子的赤道平面上,配位体扇面角之和都接近于180°,误差小于一个配位体。由此说明铀酰的配位饱和实际上是配位空间的饱和。根据统计结果给出了常见配位体相对于铀酰离子的扇面角参数。这些参数可用来估计某一铀酰化合物结构的稳定性,并可推测新的协同萃取体系。还举例说明了堆积图的用法。

利用脉冲化的T(d,n)~4He中子源、伴随粒子方法、Ge(Li)探测器和飞行时间技术测量了14.9MeV中子和铌反应在3.°—140°之间七个角度上的分立γ线谱;由高分辨γ谱分析程序识别了79条谱线;初步确定了62条谱线所由产生的反应类型和跃迁能级,其中有40条谱线是在由中子诱发的核反应中首次发现的.定出了每条谱线在七个角度上的微分产生截面,结果表明该反应中的伴生γ发射基本上是各向同性的.
