为了完整、系统地总结与讨论当前针对智能产品的用户体验设计评价相关研究,推动相关理论或实践研究的形成与发展,从指标、流程和方法等方面对现有研究进行总结。构建了包含本体评价层、行为评价层和价值评价层的智能产品用户体验设计评价层次模型;基于扎根理论和文献计量学方法,提出智能产品用户体验评价指标库;明确了关键技术并提出未来的研究热点和发展趋势。未来的智能产品用户体验设计评价在场景融合、多元化评价方法、信息安全、伦理尺度、参与方式和长期用户体验方面具有发展空间,为相关领域的研究和工作提供参考或帮助。

智能制造人机协同技术哲学知识论研究

智能制造是推动我国制造业转型升级、提升产业竞争力的系统工程,也是实施制造强国战略的关键环节,深入推进智能制造需要坚持思想创新,从哲学根源出发制定科学发展战略。本文采用现象学还原论和本体论的透视方法,从技术哲学视角出发,集成系统辩证逻辑推理,识别智能制造人机协同技术“难问题”,基于科学知识论的立场洞察相应哲学本质。研究发现,显性知识和隐性知识普遍存在于制造技术活动中,而长期以来的技术发展忽略了隐性知识的重要性;对人类主体存在不合理的“理性人”假设,忽视了其在制造系统中发挥的关键作用。为此,通过本体技术反思,提出了基于“物联网、知联网、身联网”的笛卡尔式智能制造技术发展路径,进而建立了基于“行为导向、指示表征、具身嵌入”的海德格尔式智能制造系统架构;由此溯源推因,构建了面向“难问题”消解的“数据驱动、功能表征、具身融合”三阶段递进发展的人机协同知识范式。为了高效推动新一代智能制造发展,可构建知识工程分类评估体系,应用理论认知模型来推动技术难题解决并制定产业扶持政策,建立多侧应用型智能制造公共服务平台以强化知识流通与整合应用。

This research reveals the phylogenetic history and structural information of the hemagglutinin（HA） and neuraminidase（NA） from novel avian influenza virus A/hangzhou/1/2.13（HTN9_2.13） strain from human infected in China. Strains closely related to the HTN9 2.13 strain were obtained from Nation Center for Biotechnology Information（USA）-basic local alignment search tool（NCBI-BLAST） searching, and the phylogenetic trees were con- structed. The 3D structures of HA and NA from H7N9 2.13 strain were built by homology modeling technology, and molecular dynamics（MD） simulations were performed on the high-performance computer cluster. Characteristic amino acid sites were then screened from multiple sequence alignment（MSA） via home-made Python script and mapped onto the 3D structures. The thermodynamic characteristic root-mean-square-fluctuation （RMSF） of these sites in the structure was also analyzed with MD trajectories. The HA of HTN9_2.13 strain is closely related to the A/duck/zhejiang/12.2.11 strain isolated in China, while the NA of HTN9 2.13 strain is mostly related to the A/mallard/Czech Republic/13438-2.K/2.10 strain isolated in Europe. The 3D structures of HA and NA from H7N9 2.13 stain are mostly identical to the existing structure of H7 and N9. A total of 11 and 14 characteristic ami- no acid sites were identified in HA and NA, respectively, in HTN9_2.13. Structural analysis indicates that certain sites in the top region of HA are important, at which the mutation of some amino acids can impact the receptor bin- ding that may be related to its infection of human beings.

数字经济与国家文化新基建的发展驱动了以数字文化体验为代表的文化消费新范式,因而产生了革新文化消费渠道和场景、创新智能文化装备制造、打通异构文化数据资源库、完善数字化公共文化服务等亟待解决的产业发展新需求。文化产业数字化内生生长要求立足产业内部视角,打造文化产业供给侧改革、文化智能装备制造、文化创作开发、文化数字化治理、文化创客协同等五大引擎。文化产业的外生协同需在文化消费营销创新、文化大数据平台建设和产业融合发展等多点发力,要开展跨界、跨学科、跨组织的循环互动,构建文化产业数字化内外双循环驱动的创新机制,灵活应对数字化时代的新挑战。

In machine translation(MT) practice,there is an urgent need for constructing a set of Chinese-to-English aspect transferring rules to define the transferring *** integrated feature set was used to generalize and justify the Chinese-to-English transferring rule of the 'ZHE' aspect(ZHE Rule).A ZHE classification model was built in this *** impacts of each set of temporal,lexical aspectual,and syntactic features,and their integrated impacts,on the accuracy of the ZHE Rule were *** 600 misclassified corpus sentences were manually examined.A 10-fold cross-validation was used with a decision tree *** main results are:(1) The ZHE Rule was generalized and justified to have a higher accuracy under the two metrics:the precision rate and the areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC).(2. The temporal,lexical aspectual,and syntactic feature sets have an integrated contribution to the accuracy of the ZHE *** syntactic and temporal features have an impact on ZHE aspect derivations,while the lexical aspectual features are not predictive of ZHE aspect derivation.(3) While associated with active verbs,the ZHE aspect can denote a perfective *** study suggests that the temporal and syntactic features are the predictive ZHE aspect classification features and that the ZHE Rule with an overall precision rate of 80.1% is accurate enough to be further explored in MT *** machine learning method,decision tree,can be applied to the automatic aspect transferring in MT research and aspectual interpretations in linguistic research.

B cell response plays a critical role against SARS-CoV-2.***,little is known about the diversity and frequency of the paired SARS-CoV-2.antigen-specific BCR repertoire after SARS-CoV-2.***,we performed single-cell RNA sequencing and VDJ sequencing using the memory and plasma B cells isolated from five convalescent COVID-19 patients,and analyzed the spectrum and transcriptional heterogeneity of antibody immune *** linking BCR to antigen specificity through sequencing(LIBRA-seq),we identified a distinct activated memory B cell subgroup(CD11c^(high) CD95^(high))had a higher proportion of SARS-CoV-2.antigen-labeled cells compared with memory B *** results revealed the diversity of paired BCR repertoire and the non-stochastic pairing of SARS-CoV-2.antigen-specific immunoglobulin heavy and light chains after SARS-CoV-2.*** public antibody clonotypes were shared by distinct convalescent ***,several antibodies isolated by LIBRA-seq showed high binding affinity against SARS-CoV-2.receptor-binding domain(RBD)or nucleoprotein(NP)via ELISA *** RBD-reactive antibodies C14646P3S and C2.67P3S isolated by LIBRA-seq exhibited high neutralizing activities against both pseudotyped and authentic SARS-CoV-2.viruses in *** study provides fundamental insights into B cell response following SARS-CoV-2.infection at the single-cell level.

Artificial neural networks have dramatically improved the performance of many machine-learning applications such as image recognition and natural language processing. However, the electronic hardware implementations of the above-mentioned tasks are facing performance ceiling because Moore’s Law is slowing down. In this article, we propose an optical neural network architecture based on optical scattering units to implement deep learning tasks with fast speed, low power consumption and small *** optical scattering units allow light to scatter back and forward within a small region and can be optimized through an inverse design method. The optical scattering units can implement high-precision stochastic matrix multiplication with mean squared error 2.***, an optical neural network framework based on optical scattering units is constructed by introducing "Kernel Matrix", which can achieve 97.1% accuracy on the classic image classification dataset MNIST.
