The effects of non-cyanide zincation process parameters on the microstructure of the zincation layer on A356 alloy were investigated by scanning electronic *** the increasing of zincation time,the zinc grain size and the number density increase gradually,and the zinc grains adhere each *** zinc grain obtained in the double-dipping process is finer,compacter and more homogeneous than that obtained in the single-dipping *** the increasing of the zincation temperature,the morphology of zinc grains changes from spherical shape to flake-like ***,higher zincation temperature results in the flaking off of the zincation layer from the *** optimized zincation temperature is 2.-30 ℃.The quality of the zincation layer obtained in a low concentration,non-cyanide and multi-element zincation solutions is much better than these obtained in conventional high concentration zincation solution,dilute zincation solutions or a dilute zincation solution containing *** addition,the matrix alloy and the pre-treatment also have significant influence on the morphology of the zincation layer.

The Emergency plan,as the starting point of emergency management,is a kind of pre-crisis event planning to deal with a variety of emergencies. It depicts the crisis we have to solve,the situations may occur,and appropriate measures we can adopt. So it is an important basis for the emergency decision-making and the core of emergency response. This article refers to the experiences of the digital system for emergency plans and combines with the digital practice of emergency y plans. With the analysis of 3,000 documents of emergency plans we collected,the directory structure of the emergency plans has been exacted,the structural model of emergency plans has been built. By using the ontology construction and based on this model,the text plans can be regulated and so that it can be converted to the digital plans. More over,the emergency plans without construction can be converted to the xml documents of semi-structured emergency plans.

Nano/micro replication, a technique widely applied in the microelectronics field, was introduced to prepare the hydrophobic bionics microstructure on material surface. Poly（vinyl alcohol）（PVA） and polystyrene （PS） moulds of the mastoid microstructure on lotus leaf surface were prepared respectively by the nano/micro replication technology. And poly（dimethylsiloxane）（PDMS） replicas with the mastoid-like microstructure were prepared from these two kinds of polymer moulds. Scanning electronic microscope （SEM） was employed to investigate the morphology and microstructures on moulds and replicas. Both the static and dynamic contact angles between water droplet and PDMS replicas＇ surface were also measured. As a result, similar microstructure can be observed clearly on the surface of PDMS replicas and the static contact angle on PDMS replicas was enhanced dramatically by the existence of these microstructures.

Effective compression technique of on-board hyperspectral images has been an active topic in the field of hyperspectral remote *** order to solve the effective compression of on-board hyperspectral images,a new distributed near lossless compression algorithm based on multilevel coset codes is *** to the diverse importance of each band,a new adaptive rate allocation algorithm is proposed,which allocates rational rate for each band according to the size of weight factor defined for hyperspectral images subject to the target rate *** prediction is introduced for Slepian-Wolf lossless coding and an optimal quantization algorithm is presented under the correct reconstruction of Slepian-Wolf decoder,which minimizes the distortion of reconstructed hyperspectral images under the target *** Slepian-Wolf encoder exploits the correlation of the quantized values to generate the final bit *** results show that the proposed algorithm has both higher compression efficiency and lower encoder complexity than several existing classical algorithms.

With the increase in mining depth, mine heat harm has appeared to be more prominent. The mine heat harm could be resolvedor reduced by ice refrigeration. Thus, ice transportation through pipeline becomes a critical problem; typically flowresistance occurs in the elbow. In the present study, according to the analysis of the surface morphology of fish scale, abiomimetic functional surface structure for the interior wall of elbow is designed. Based on the theory of liquid-solid two phaseflow, a CFD numerical simulation of ice-water mixture flowing through the elbow is carried out using finite element *** experiments of pressure drop and flow resistance for both bionic and common elbows are conducted to test theeffect of the bionic elbow on flow resistance reduction. It is found that with the increase in the ice mass fraction in the ice-watermixture, the effect of bionic elbow on resistance reduction becomes more obvious.

The network-on-chip (NoC) architecture is a main factor affecting the system performance of complicated multi-processor systems-on-chips (MPSoCs).To evaluate the effects of the NoC architectures on communication efficiency,several kinds of techniques have been developed,including various simulators and analytical *** simulators are accurate but time consuming,especially in large space explorations of diverse network configurations;in contrast,the analytical models are fast and flexible,providing alternative methods for performance *** this paper,we propose a general analytical model to esti-mate the communication performance for arbitrary NoCs with wormhole routing and virtual channel flow *** resolve the inherent dependency of successive links occupied by one packet in wormhole routing,we propose the routing path decomposition approach to generating a series of ordered link *** we use the traditional queuing system to derive the fine-grained transmission latency for each network *** to our experiments,the proposed analytical model provides a good approximation of the average packet latency to the simulation results,and estimates the network throughput precisely under various NoC configurations and ***,the analytical model runs about 10 5 times faster than the cycle-accurate NoC *** applications of the model including bottleneck detection and virtual channel allocation are also presented.

Ecolocation (error controlling localization technique) is a novel sequence-based RF localization algorithm.A key feature of the Ecolocation algorithm is that it constructs a constraint table based on RSSI values and compares data between two ***,the definitions of the constraint and the centroid in the Ecolocation algorithm are imperfect,and result in poor localization *** improve the localization accuracy,a new algorithm based on weighted rank order correlation coefficient and dynamic centroid method is *** results indicate that compared with the Ecolocation,the localization accuracy and robustness of the new algorithm are distinctly raised.

The mobile IPv6 proposed by the IETF aims at providing mobility support on the next generation Internet. First, the authors described the basic principle of mobile IPv6 in brief and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of it, presented a new idea of allocating a specific address space for mobile node (MN) and developed a new extension header and two ICMP message types for mobile IPv6. Lastly the authors proposed an optimization strategy for mobile IPv6 based on these extensions of protocol, which has the following advantages: 1) It is more convenient to manage the MNs because MN can be judged from its IP address; 2. When the correspondent node (CN) is not actively communicating with a MN, the MN and its home agent (HA) need not send Binding Update to the CN, and the CN need not send Binding Request to the MN. Only when the CN really wants to send a packet to the MN, will the CN voluntarily send a MN Discovery Request message to acquire the MN′s care of address. In this way,the transmission of Binding Update and Binding Request is greatly reduced, consequently the network overhead is also decreased; 3) While sending packets, the CN simply uses a MN Home Address Extension Header without using IPinIP encapsulation and routing header, which can reduce the redundant information in the packet and the message delay; 4) All the packets sent by the CN can be directly routed to the MN and the triangle routing can be completely avoided. By using these protocol extensions, the overhead of the network is greatly reduced and the network quality of services (QoS) is improved.

The electronic structure and magnetic properties of Fe-doped SiC nanotubes are investigated by using the first-principles method based on density functional theory(DFT) in the local spin density approximation(LSDA).The calculation results indicate that the SiC nanotube of Fe substitution for C exhibits antiferromagnetism while ferromagnetism features prominently when Fe substitutes *** is a kind of half-metal magnetic *** formation energy calculation results show that the formation energy of ferromagnetic structure is 3.2.eV lower than that of antiferromagnetic *** atoms are more likely to replace Si ***-orbit coupling induces electron spin polarization in the ground ***,the doping Fe atoms make relaxation towards the outside of the tube to some extent and larger geometric distortion occurs when Fe substitutes C,but the whole geometric structure of SiC nanotubes is not damaged due to the *** is revealed in the calculation of energy band structure and density of states that more dispersed distribution of energy levels is produced near the Fermi *** Fe substitution for Si,obviously there are spin-split and intense p-d hybrid effects by Si 3p electron spins and Fe 3d electron spins localized at the exchanging interactions between magnetic transitional metal(TM) *** electronic density results indicate that system magnetic moments are mainly generated by the unpaired 3d electrons of Fe *** these results show that the transition metal doping SiC nanotube could be a potential route to fabricating the promising magnetic materials.
