High in sodium and low in potassium (Na_2O/ K_2O>1), the charnockitic gneiss series in theSantunying- Taipingzhai area, eastern Hebei province, consists of hypersthene- quartz- diorite,hypersthene-granodiorite and hypersthene-plagioclase-granite. Geological, petrological and large ion lithophileelement(LILE), high field strength element (HFSE) and REE geochemical studies suggest that themedium-coarse-grained hypersthene-granodiorite is the product of crystallization of anatectic magmas of thesame composition. Under granulite facies conditions, the equilibrium crystallization differentiation of themagmas yielded the early crystallization phase-high-SiO_2, LILE-depleted, low-∑REE, positive Eu anomalyand REE- saturated hypersthene- plagioclase- granite. The residual phase, coarse- grained to pegmatitichypersthene- granodiorite, is marked by low SiO_2, LILE-enrichment, high ∑REE and *** rocks and hypersthene-quartz-diorite enclaves constitute the sodium-charnockitic gneiss series in easternHebei province. Model calculation for trace elements in the granitoids was applied. On the basis of a systematicgeological study, the equation for calculation was chosen, the source magma was determined and the partitioncoefficients were obtained. The resulting curves are entirely consistent with those observed in the patterns of ac-tual rocks. The study indicates that whole-rock REE patterns can not be used directly in the comparison of thesources and genesis of granitoids.

In this paper, we investigate the persistence of invariant tori for the nearly in-tegrable Hamiltonian system H(x,y) = h(y) + εp(x,y) + ε2Q(x,y), where h(y) and εp(x,y) satisfy the Russmann non-degenerate condition. Mainly we overcome the difficulties that the order of the parameter E in the perturbation ε2Q(x,y) is not enough and that the measure estimate involves in parts of frequencies with small parameter.

Functions and call relations are extracted into nodes and edges,respectively,by which a novel topological model is *** directional edges and the corresponding weight values express the call relations and tightness *** introducing two concepts of function fault-tolerant capability and software fault intensity and by designing a allocation rule on fault-tolerant capability,a cascading fault model is built to explore fault propagation *** on practical software networks show that a weak fault intensity,a small number of initial faults,and a strong fault-tolerant capability can slow down the spreading *** functions with more call relations and more closer tightness contribute more to the stability of the whole system.

By using high-pressure treatment, two mutant lines were obtained from agenetically stable japonica rice cultivar Bijing38. Genomic DNA of the mutant lines, together withthe original line (Bijing38), was either undigested or digested by Hpa ⅡIMspⅠ, and then subjectedto molecular analysis using two markers, ISSR and RAPD. Results indicated that changes in the PCRamplification profiles of both markers are apparent in the two mutant lines compared with theoriginal rice cultivar, suggesting that there had been both sequence changes and DNA methylationmodifications in the mutant lines. Southern blot analysis using diverse sequences, including twocellular genes (S2 and S3), a set of retrotransposons (Osr7, Osr36, Tos19 and more), and a MITEtransposon family (mPing and Pong), confirmed the results, and indicated that changes in DNAmethylation pattern, genomic structure, and possible activation of some transposons indeed occurredin the mutant lines. Moreover, these changes are stably maintained through selfed generations and indifferent organs. Thus, our results indicate that it is possible to obtain stable mutants in riceby high pressure treatments, and the molecular basis of the mutants may include both genetic andepigenetic changes. Therefore, high hydrostatic pressure seems a promising approach for plantmutagenesis.

Six series of meso-tetrakis (4.n-alkanoyloxyphenyl) porphyrin Co and Ni complexes (12 kinds) were reported. Nine of the compounds were found to exhibit liquid crystal properties and display a hexagonal columnar discotic columnar (Colh) phase. Molecular structure of all synthesized compounds was confirmed by IR, UV, MS, 1H NIVR, and elemental analysis. These liquid crystalline compounds have been studied by cyclic voltammetry, luminescence, and surface photovoltage spectroscopy.

Electronic structures and spectroscopic properties of self-assembled [Pt2M4.C≡CH)8](M=Cu,Ag) clusters have been studied by the TD-DFT(time-dependent density functional theory) calculations with the polarizable continuum model(PCM).The ground-and excited-state structures were optimized by the DFT(density functional theory) *** calculated structures and spectroscopic properties are in agreement with the corresponding experimental *** [Pt2Ag4.C≡CH)8] clusters have two stable ground state geometries(D4.and D4. symmetry).The calculated Pt-M distances suggest only very weak *** Cu-Cu distances are larger than the van der Waals radii of two Cu atoms and the Ag-Ag distances are analogous with the sum of van der Waals radii of two Ag *** excitation,the interaction of Pt…M,Ag…Ag is strengthened,while the Cu…Cu distances are shortened but they are still larger than the sum of van der Waals radii of two Cu *** lowest-energy absorptions are at 4.0,365 and 375 nm and the emissions are at 611,4.1 and 4.5 nm for [Pt2Cu4.C≡CH)8],[Pt2Ag4.C≡CH)8](A) and(B),*** transitions are all perturbed by the Cu or Ag composition through the UV-Vis spectra region;therefore,there are not pure ILCT or MPtLCT characteristics(ILCT:intraligand charge transfer;MLCT:metal-to-ligand charge transfer) in absorptions of heteropolynuclear [Pt2M4.C≡CH)8] *** the emissions and the lowest-absorptions have different transition characteristics for each complex,the emissions should not come from the lowest-energy *** the M…M interactions in the excited state of [Pt2Ag4.C≡CH)8] are augmented,the emissions of [Pt2Ag4.C≡CH)8] clusters bear prominent ILCT character,which is the reason why the emission wavelengths of [Pt2Ag4.C≡CH)8] have a small hypsochromic shift relative to the emission wavelength of homoleptic [Pt(C≡CH)4.2-precursor.

We have measured the Raman spectra and UV-Vis absorption spectra of linear polyene biomolecules(β-carotene and lycopene) in CS2 at low concentrations(10-6-10-10 mol/L).With decreasing concentration,all the carbon-carbon vibrations form a coherent mode in ordered β-carotene and lycopene due to extended π-conjugation that gives strong electron-phonon coupling,which leads to an anomalous experimental *** observed an extremely high Raman scattering cross section(RSCS) and the Raman activities in β-carotene and lycopene are characterized by intensive overtones and ***,the UV-Vis absorption bands become narrower.
