光学非接触测头在其实际应用中,有一系列问题需要解决.为此,对三角法测量头的灵敏度与特性标定、工件的倾斜与颜色的影响、光束功率与引起的温升、测头的位置找正、测头系统的作用半径标定等应用中的关键技术进行了实验研究,提出了误差补偿、提高调整和标定精度以提高光学非接触测头使用精度的方法.

By using coupled differential interferometry a new laser displacement measurement interferometer with nanometric accuracy has been developed The resolution and the stability of the interferometer are improved by multiplicating the optical path difference (OPD). The new interferometer is simple in concept, symmetric in optical paths, without optical deadpath, easy to set up and align. λ/1600 resolution and nanometric accuracy are achieved within the measurement range of 10mm.

In this paper, the interaction curves of acoustic and optical waves in a non-collinear AOTF (acousto-optic tunable filter) cell under the parallel-tangent momentum matching condition are analyzed systematically. A new theory of equivalent point for AOTF design is put forward. The wavelength characteristics and the wavelength resolution of two diffraction beams with equivalent point design in AOTF are emphatically analyzed. The optical characteristics at δ = 0 (ideal case) and δ≠0 (real case) are also discussed. The advantages of the AOTF with equivalent point design include high wavelength resolution, more quantitative energy and larger incident angle aperture.

A synthesized scheme is presented to solve the ambiguity problems in ab-solute distance measurement, the principle and the structure of the system is introduced. The digital signal process for fast positioning is discussed in detail. Meanwhile, an expansion method is put forward to expand the dynamic range of the optic fiber interferometry system. A high precision method used for on-spot calibration of distributed stereoreference position setting is presented. The high measuring accuracy in stereo reference calibrationis derived from using a high precision water level instrument and an accurate height verniercaliper. It settles the problem of reference calibration effectively and accurately, without usinglarge coordinate measuring machines (CMM). It is more adaptable and precise than traditionalcalibration methods applying theodolites or autocollimators. The error sources of this method areanalyzed in detail and several methods are developed to eliminate the calibration *** swallowtail-like anchor target is developed. Experiments show that the calibrationaccuracy can be limited within 0.06 mm in the range of 3～5 m and 0.03 mm with optimizing anchortarget. This method can be widely used in on-spot calibration.

In this paper, the clustering behavior of solid particles in a two-dimensional (2.) liquid-solid fluidized-bed was studied by using the charge coupled devices (CCD) imaging measuring and processing technique and was characterized by fractal analysis. CCD images show that the distribution of solid particles in the 2. liquid-solid fluidised-bed is not uniform and self-organization behavior of solid particles was observed under the present experimental conditions. The solid particles move up in the 2. fluidized-bed in groups or clusters whose configurations are often in the form of horizontal strands. The box fractal dimension of the cluster images in the 2. liquid-solid fluidized-bed increases with the rising of solid holdup and reduces with the increment of solid particle diameter and superficial liquid velocity. At given solid holdup and solid particle size, the lighter particles show smaller fractal dimensions.

To account for the effects of both chemistry and flow turbulence, the present study proposes an integrated NO sub-model that combines the extended Zel’dovich mechanism and engine CFD computations to simulate the NO histories in a diesel engine. NOx sub-model parameters and pollutant formation mechanisms can be more easily investigated by solving the NOx sub-model. The new NO formation model incorporating the effects of both chemical kinetics and turbulent mixing was applied to simulate a diesel engine with a quiescent combustion chamber, and one with a re-entrant combustion chamber; the premise of the model being the reaction rate is mainly determined by a kinetic timescale and a turbulent timescale. The results indicate that the predicted NO formulation from the new model agrees well with the measured data. As the utilization of fossil fuels continues to increase, the control of NOx emissions is a worldwide concern; and it is imperative to understand fully the NOx reaction processes in combustion systems. This technology has the potential to enhance the application of various combustion techniques used to reduce NOx emissions from practical combustion systems.
