Formation and Evolution of Ancient Lakes on South Coast Plain of Laizhou Bay

Based on the data of historical geography, the analysis of the stratigraphic section, and the textual research of place names and satellite photographic interpretations, the authors study the formation and evolution of ancient lakes on the south coast plain of Laizhou Bay where there were once three lakes: Judian Lake, Qingshuibo Lake and Biehua Lake. All the lakes formed 6000 years ago evolved from the lagoons near the estuary and went through two periods, the golden age in the Middle Holocene and the shrinking age in the Late Holocene. The disappearance of the lakes resulted from the drying climate, the migration of the river courses and the activities of human beings. Among the three reasons, the migration of the river courses is the main one.

Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is a severe complication of diabetes,characterized by changes in kidney structure and *** natural product rosmarinic acid(RA)has demonstrated therapeutic effects,including anti-inflammation and anti-oxidative-stress,in renal damage or *** this study,we characterized the heterogeneity of the cellular response in kidneys to DN-induced injury and RA treatment at single cell *** results demonstrated that RA significantly alleviated renal tubular epithelial injury,particularly in the proximal tubular S1 segment and on glomerular epithelial cells known as podocytes,while attenuating the inflammatory response of macrophages,oxidative stress,and cytotox-icity of natural killer *** findings provide a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms by which RA alleviates kidney damage,oxidative stress,and inflammation,offering valuable guidance for the clinical application of RA in the treatment of DN.

Palaeochannels are the main passageways through which the sea water intrudes at a higher speed, through many means and in a changeable dynamic state.

Clinacanthus nutans is a traditional herb,mainly distributed in South China and Southeast Asia,possesses a broad range of biological properties,such as anti-inflammatory,antiviral,antioxidant,and anti-diabetic activities,in its *** 2.2.,we discovered a leaf spot disease of Clinacanthus nutans widely distributed in Hainan *** the disease first appears,the leaf spot is circular and dark *** later expands to irregular *** disease causes the leaves to fall off,leading to significant economic *** isolate the pathogen,the leaf tissues were surface-sterilized,and rinsed with sterile water three times before being placed on potato dextrose agar and cultured at 2.℃ in the dark for 5 *** isolated fungi were recorded and their pathogenicity was tested on healthy leaves of Clinacanthus *** conidial suspension was collected from the 7-day-old colonies on PDA,and sprayed onto the surface of *** a result,leaves inoculated with the isolate CnLF101 appeared the leaf spot symptoms similar to those in the diseased *** identify the pathogenic isolate,the fungal morphological characteristics were *** colony of CnLF101 on PDA was greyish-green and the mycelium was white *** conidia were brown,clavate,(2..0-131.8) μm×(9.2.11.6) μm,0 to 11 *** on the morphological characteristics,the isolate CnLF101 was similar to the genus of *** mycelium of 7-days-old colony of CnLF101 was collected and used for DNA *** genes were amplified using the primers of ITS1/ITS4.EF-72. F/EF-986 R,Bt2.a/Bt2.b and ACT-512.F/ACT-783 R respectively,and sent for *** to the comparison results in BLAST programme of NCBI,the sequences of ITS,TEF1-α,β-tublin,actin showed 100%,99.64.,100%,and 97.90% identity to Corynespora cassiicola,respectively and the phylogenetic tree was *** on the morphological and molecular analysis,the isolate CnLF101 was identified as Corynespora cassiicol

Energy is now becoming the bottleneck of urban and regional development. The paper takes Shandong Province, one of the most energy consuming provinces in China, as an example, uses quantity methods such as SPSS (Stastics Package for Social Science) cluster sampling and regression analysis, and applies quantity analysis, to analyze the situation of energy issues in Shandong province. The conflicts between the quick industrialization and increasing extensive economic development, between urban population and energy consuming per head, between the infinite energy consuming desire and the low level of managing system, and between the unstable world energy supply and the limited energy storage in China are the main factors of energy crisis in Shandong, which not only results in energy shortage, but also becomes the barrier of economic and social development. In order to ensure sufficient energy supply for Shandong province in the 2.st century, we should take countermeasures, such as changing the economic development model, pursuing a multiple and high quality energy strategy, improving the intensive urbanization strategy, and building a scientific energy system.

In this paper we consider the nonoverlapping domain decomposition method based on mixed element approximation for elliptic problems in two dimentional space. We give a kind of discrete domain decomposition iterative algorithm using mixed finite element, the subdomain problems of which can be implemented parallelly. We also give the existence, uniqueness and convergence of the approximate solution.

Influenced by artificial factors, landscape pattern of Yantai City, Shandong Province changes continuously. Revealing its landscape pattern and its changing process has a practical significance for the urban development and layout. Zhifu District, Development Zone, Laishan District and Fushan District in Yantai City were selected to study the landscape pattern. Remote sensing technology was used to obtain landscape information of different periods. Under the support of Geographic Information System (GIS), the spatial landscape pattern of Yantai City was analyzed and simulated by using various special quantitative analysis models. The analysis shows that built-up area lies in the center of Yantai City, the outside is vegetable land, irrigated land, dry land, garden land and woodland.

Three s-triazine derivatives have been synthesized and their structures been de-termined. These are Compound I: 2.4.dimethyl-6-(p-N,N-dimethylaminostyryl)-s-triazine (abbre-viated to NMe-1), Compound II: 2.4.dimethyl-6-(p-N,N-diethylaminostyryl)-s-triazine (to NEt-1), and Compound III: 2.methyl-4.6-bis(p-N,N-dimethylaminostyryl)-s-triazine (NMe-2.. NMe-1 and NEt-1 molecules belong to the D-π-A type with a one-dimensional charge-transfer character. NMe-1 crystallizes to centrosymmetric P1 space group, while NEt-1 to non-centrosymmetric polar Cc space group with all of the molecular charge-transfer axes taking the same orientation. Under the irradiation of 1064.nm fundamental laser, NEt-1 powder crystals radiate a 2.order harmonic light with an intensity 4..8 times that of urea. The Λ typed NMe-2.molecule, which has a two-dimensional charge-transfer character, crystallizes to polar P2. space group. Its powder crystals exhibit a 2.order harmonic intensity 4..2.times that of urea. The quantum chemical cal-culations and tensor analyses have been carried out to reveal the dependence of the macro 2.order nonlinear optical (NLO) efficiency on the micro 2.order NLO coefficients (β) and on the crystalline packing styles.
