Microtubule-associated protein tau is considered to play roles in many neurodegenera-tive diseases including some transmissible spongiform *** address the possible molecular linkage of prion protein(PrP) and tau,a GST-fusion segment of human tau covering the three-repeat region and various PrP segments was used in the tests of GST pull-down and *** found tau protein interacted with various style prion proteins such as native prion protein(PrPC) or protease-resistant isoform(PrPSc) .Co-localization signals of tau and PrP were found in the CHO cell tranfected with both PrP and tau *** domain of interaction with tau was located at N-terminal of PrP(residues 2. to 91) .The evidence of molecular interactions between PrP and tau protein highlights a potential role of tau in the biological function of PrP and the pathogenesis of TSEs.

为了研究黄土地区基坑稳定性受含水率与应力路径影响的规律,针对基坑3个典型区域施工时土体实际受力情况,考虑黄土在不同含水率下强度差异明显的特性,选取具有代表性含水率的黄土进行3种应力路径下的加载、卸载试验,并进行对比研究。对... 详细信息

为了研究黄土地区基坑稳定性受含水率与应力路径影响的规律,针对基坑3个典型区域施工时土体实际受力情况,考虑黄土在不同含水率下强度差异明显的特性,选取具有代表性含水率的黄土进行3种应力路径下的加载、卸载试验,并进行对比研究。对比3类应力-应变曲线的偏应力峰值发现,黄土抵抗加载的能力>抵抗轴向卸载的能力>抵抗侧向卸载的能力;对比强度指标得出,含水率在2.%及以上时,试样强度大幅下降,并且两者为指数函数关系;饱和试样的孔压在卸载前期为负值,采用Logistic函数得到的孔压与轴向应变的关系可以反映该现象;3种应力路径下的应力-应变关系进行归一化处理后均符合双曲线关系,根据该关系可得初始切线模量的经验公式,进而推导出变形模量。试验结果得出的规律和参数取值可为黄土地区基坑建设提供参考。

Piston and piston ring lubrication is a factor that strongly affects the performance of thereciprocating internal combustion engine. When the oil film thickness becomes smaller than a cer-tain value, depending upon the roughness of the surfaces in contact, mixed lubrication has to beconsidered. This paper analyzes the lubrication of piston ring and predicts pressure distribution,lubricant film thickness and surface deformation. The work is based on a unified numerical ap-proach assuming that the pressure distribution obeys Reynolds equation in hydrodynamic lubrica-tion regions while in asperities contact regions, the contact pressure can be obtained through theso-called reduced Reynolds equation. The computation experience shows the unified equationsystem is stable and can deal with severe operating conditions.

Secondary ion mass spectroscopy U-Pb zircon ages and mineralogical,geochemical,and Nd isotopic data are reported for the Tongde picritic dikes in the Yanbian area of the western Yangtze Block,South *** pi critic dikes,which intruded in the ca.82.-Ma Tongde complex,are dated at 796±5 *** of the picritic rocks are highly porphyritic (ca.15-35 vol%phenocrysts)with dominant olivine(Fo=82.92.phenocrysts that are high in CaO(up to 0.43 wt%), CrO,and *** the studied rocks are high-Ti and alkaline in composition and exhibit light rare earth element-enriched and"humped"incompatible trace-element patterns,similar to the alkaline basalts within the ocean islands and continental *** highε(T)values between +6.9 and +8.7 indicate that these rocks were derived from an asthenospheric mantle source with inappreciable crustal *** modeling suggests a primary melt of 2..7%MgO for batch melting and 2..4%MgO for fractional *** high MgO content in the modeled primary magmas implies a minimum melt temperature of>1400℃and a mantle potential temperature of 1600°- 162.℃.The Tongde picritic dikes were therefore generated by melting of an anomalously hot mantle source with a potential temperature ca.2.0℃higher than that of the ambient mid-ocean ridge basalt-source mantle,similar to that of modern mantle ***,the Tongde picritic dikes provide solid petrological evidence for the proposed Neoproterozoic mantle plume that led to the breakup of the supercontinent Rodinia.

Partial endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EndMT)is an intermediate phenotype observed in endothelial cells(ECs)undergoing a transition toward a mesenchymal state to support neovascularization during(patho)physiological ***,we investigated the occurrence of partial EndMT in ECs under hypoxic/ischemic conditions and identified general transcription factor IIH subunit 4(GTF2.4)as a positive regulator of this *** addition,we discovered that GTF2.4 collaborates with its target protein excision repair cross-complementation group 3(ERCC3)to co-regulate partial ***,by using phosphorylation proteomics and site-directed mutagenesis,we demonstrated that GTF2.4 was involved in the phosphorylation of receptor coactivator 3(NCOA3)at serine 1330,which promoted the interaction between NCOA3 and p65,resulting in the transcriptional activation of NF-κB and the NF-kB/Snail signaling axis during partial *** vivo experiments confirmed that GTF2.4 significantly promoted partial EndMT and angiogenesis after ischemic ***,our findings reveal that targeting GTF2.4 is promising for tissue repair and offers potential opportunities for treating hypoxic/ischemic diseases.

In order to improve SNR and decrease over sampling of SDM ADC, higher-order modulator must be used. After detailed analysis on the performance of signal cycle modulator and MASH modulator, different combination of six-order MASH, which has smaller chip area and device number and larger dynamic range (DR), was investigated. It has been shown that MASH(2.2.2.modulator was the most optimized one. The simulation results using the simulink of MATLAB, in this paper, indicted that single bit quantification and three stages MASH (2.2.2. had improves the performance of entire system.
