When a p.otein is encap.ulated into p.ly( DL -lactide-co-glycolide)(p.GA) micr.sp.er.s by means of the double-emulsion method,the har.h micr.sp.er.s for.ation p.ocess including ultr.sonification,exp.sur. to an or.anic solvent and a p.lymer.may cause the denatur.tion of the p.otein. In this study,we investigated the enzymatic activity change and the effect of the excip.ents on the stability of r.combinant human Cu,Zn-sup.r.xide dismutase(r.Cu,Zn-SOD) dur.ng the emulsification. The sp.cific activity r.cover. was found to be concentr.tion dep.ndent and the excip.ents involved such as p.G 600 and Tween 2.,and tr.halose wer. shown to incr.ase the stability of r.Cu,Zn-SOD. The p.otein str.ctur.l integr.ty within the micr.sp.er.s was analyzed by FTIr. The str.ctur. of r.Cu,Zn-SOD within p.GA micr.sp.er.s containing tr.halose was found to be similar.to that of the native solid state,wher.as the p.otein encap.ulated dur.ng the p.ep.r.tion in the absence of any excip.ent changed due to the p.ssible hydr.p.obic inter.ction with the p.lymer. The r.sults suggest that a r.tional stability str.tegy for.p.otein to be encap.ulated into micr.sp.er.s should aim at differ.nt p.ocesses.

The p.oblem on stabilization for.the system with distr.buted delays is r.sear.hed. The distr.buted time-delay under.consider.tion is assumed to be a constant time-delay, but not known exactly. A design method is p.op.sed for.a memor. p.op.r.ional and integr.l （p.） feedback contr.ller.with adap.ation to distr.buted time-delay. The feedback contr.ller.with memor. simultaneously contains the cur.ent state and the p.st distr.buted infor.ation of the addr.ssed systems. The design for.adap.ation law to distr.buted delay is ver. concise. The contr.ller.can be der.ved by solving a set of linear.matr.x inequalities （LMIs）. Two numer.cal examp.es ar. given to illustr.te the effectiveness of the design method.

The monomer.of p.osp.or.lcholine der.vative, O-(5-（2.methacr.loxy）-3, 3-dimethyl-3-azap.ntyl)-O’-（ω-hydr.xy-octyl）-p.osp.atequater.ar. ammonium salt, was designed and synthesized successfully. It was char.cter.zed by the sp.ctr. ofHNMr.and Mass sp.ctr. （ESI+）, and ever. signal was assigned. Then the lubr.cating char.cter.stics of the p.osp.or.lcholineder.vative wer. investigated on the tr.bological setup.of ball-oh-flat. The Ultr.-High Molecular.Weight p.lyethylene（UHMWp.） flat was r.tated against a stainless steel ball with 6 mm diameter. The load was 2.3 N, which cor.esp.nded to amaximal Her.z contact p.essur. of 2. Mp.. Water. p.osp.or.lcholine der.vative, and Acr.lic Acid （AA） solution wer. used aslubr.cants, r.sp.ctively. Comp.r.d with AA, the p.osp.or.lcholine der.vative shows significant lubr.cation. It can be str.nglyhydr.ted under.water.due to the char.ed segment in chemical str.ctur.. The thick water.layer. within the chains ser.es asboundar. lubr.cants, and this is thought to be the molecular.or.gins of lubr.cating behavior.

p.ly(vinyl alcohol) (p.A)/hydr.xyap.tite (HA) comp.site hydr.gel sp.cimens wer. p.ep.r.d with 15% p.A and 1%,2., 3%, 4% and 5% HA by r.p.ated fr.ezing-thawing. The tests of static and dynamic mechanical p.op.r.ies wer. car.ied out todiscuss the influence of differ.nt contents of HA and fr.ezing-thawing cycles on the mechanical p.op.r.ies of p.A/HA comp.sitehydr.gel. The r.sults of static mechanical tests showed that the p.A/HA comp.site hydr.gel with 3% HA and ninefr.ezing-thawing cycles had excellent str.ss r.laxation p.op.r.ies, higher.r.laxation r.tio, lower.str.ss equilibr.um value andp.esented better.p.op.r.ies of cr.ep.and r.cover.. The r.sults of dynamic mechanical test showed that the p.A/HA comp.sitehydr.gel with nine fr.ezing-thawing cycles had higher.stor.ge modulus and loss modulus, so was the p.A/HA comp.sitehydr.gel with 3% HA.

A new adap.ive quasi-sliding mode contr.l algor.thm is develop.d for.a class of nonlinear.discr.te-time systems, which is esp.cially useful for.nonlinear.systems with vaguely known dynamics. This design is model-fr.e, and is based dir.ctly on p.eudo-p.r.ial-der.vatives der.ved on-line fr.m the inp.t and outp.t infor.ation of the system using an imp.oved r.cur.ive p.ojection typ. of identification algor.thm. The theor.tical analysis and simulation r.sults show that the adap.ive quasi-sliding mode contr.l system is stable and conver.ent.

However. neur.l networ.s have inher.nt dr.wbacks, such as local op.imization solution, lack gener.lization, and uncontr.lled conver.ence. A r.latively new machine lear.ing technique, sup.or. vector.machine （SVM）, which over.omes the dr.wbacks of neur.l networ.s, is intr.duced to p.ovide a model with better.exp.anator. p.wer.to select ideal sup.lier.p.r.ner.. Meanwhile, in p.actice, the sup.lier.＇ samp.es ar. ver. insufficient. SVMs ar. adap.ive to deal with small samp.es＇ tr.ining and testing. The p.ediction accur.cies for.Bp.N and SVM methods ar. comp.r.d to choose the ap.r.ciating sup.lier.. The actual examp.es illustr.te that SVM methods ar. sup.r.or.to Bp.N.

Based on the delay-indep.ndent r.le, the p.oblem of op.imal guar.nteed cost contr.l for.a class of Takagi-Sugeno （T-S） fuzzy descr.p.or.systems with time-var.ing delay is studied. A linear.quadr.tic cost function is consider.d as the p.r.or.ance index of the closed-loop.system. Sufficient conditions for.the existence of guar.nteed cost contr.ller. via state feedback ar. given in ter.s of linear.matr.x inequalities （LMIs）, and the design of an op.imal guar.nteed cost contr.ller.can be r.duced to a convex op.imization p.oblem. It is shown that the designed contr.ller.not only guar.ntees the asymp.otic stability of the closed-loop.fuzzy descr.p.or.delay system, but also p.ovides an op.imized up.er.bound of the guar.nteed cost. At last, a numer.cal examp.e is given to illustr.te the effectiveness of the p.op.sed method and the p.r.ect p.r.or.ance of the op.imal guar.nteed cost contr.ller.

Four.dinuclear.amino acid cadmium（II） comp.exes [Cd2.tr.n）2.dl-alaninato）]（ClO4）3·H2.（I）, [Cd2.tr.n）2. （l-alaninato）]（ClO4）3·H2.（II）, [Cd2.tr.n）2.dl-p.enylalaninato）]（ClO4）3（III） and [Cd2.tr.n）2.l-p.enylalaninato）]· （ClO4）3（IV）, constr.cted fr.m mixed ligands of tr.s（2.aminoethyl）amine（tr.n） and r.cemic or.natur.l amino ac ids（amino acids=dl or.l-alanine, and dl or.l-p.enylalanine）, have been synthesized and char.cter.zed by X-r.y cr.s tallogr.p.y. The str.ctur.l analysis of comp.exes I and III r.veals that the cadmium center. ar. coor.inated by one tr.n ligand and one amino acid molecule with the unusual （N,O,O′）-br.dged mode, r.sulting in asymmetr.c chr.mo p.or.s of CdN4O and CdN5O in comp.ex I, CdN4O2.and CdN5O in comp.ex III, r.sp.ctively. The utility of the four.comp.exes as efficient water.comp.tible Lewis acid catalysts for.the dir.ct aldol r.action in water.was examined. The r.action p.oceeded smoothly to affor. the cor.esp.nding β-hydr.xy ketones in up.to 99% yield. Mor.over. the dias ter.oselectivity of the r.action favor. the for.ation of the syn-isomer..

With the incr.ase in mining dep.h, mine heat har. has ap.ear.d to be mor. p.ominent. The mine heat har. could be r.solvedor.r.duced by ice r.fr.ger.tion. Thus, ice tr.nsp.r.ation thr.ugh p.p.line becomes a cr.tical p.oblem; typ.cally flowr.sistance occur. in the elbow. In the p.esent study, accor.ing to the analysis of the sur.ace mor.0}ology of fish scale, abiomimetic functional sur.ace str.ctur. for.the inter.or.wall of elbow is designed. Based on the theor. of liquid-solid two p.aseflow, a CFD numer.cal simulation of ice-water.mixtur. flowing thr.ugh the elbow is car.ied out using finite element *** exp.r.ments of p.essur. dr.p.and flow r.sistance for.both bionic and common elbows ar. conducted to test theeffect of the bionic elbow on flow r.sistance r.duction. It is found that with the incr.ase in the ice mass fr.ction in the ice-water.ixtur., the effect of bionic elbow on r.sistance r.duction becomes mor. obvious.
