＜正＞It is known that drug abuse during pregnancy may induce neurobiological changes in offspring,including deficits in learning and memory function and alterations in susceptibility to substance ***, we have reported that embryo day 5-8（E5-8） may be the critical period to impair memory consolidation tested by one-trial passive avoidance learning（PAL） in day-old chicks due to prenatal morphine *** plasticity is one of the important neurophysiological mechanisms underlying learning and *** is considerable evidence to suggest that the intermediate medial mesopallium（IMM）,a region of the avian forebrain,is intimately involved in the imprinting learning and PAL learning processes,which is accompanied with significant synaptic ***,we investigate whether short- and long-term potentiation（LTP） recorded in IMM neurons from chick forebrain slices is affected by early prenatal morphine *** depolarized synapse responses（i.e. EPSPs） evoked by dorsal（D-EPSPs） or ventral（V-EPSPs） focal electrical stimuli at 0.1 Hz were intracellularly recorded in the IMM neurons of 3-4 days old chick brain slices prepared from control group（no treatment）,saline group（treated by intra-allantoic injection of saline in E5-8） and morphine group（treated by intra-allantoic injection of morphine in E5-8）.Paired-pulse stimulation was delivered with an interpulse interval of 50 ms or 100 ms,and paired-pulse depression（PPD） or paired-pulse facilitation（PPF） was evaluated by calculating paired-pulse *** was observed that PPF incidence was lower in IMM neurons from morphine-exposed chicks（V-EPSPs:19.5%;D-EPSPs: 14.6%,n=41） than from control group（V-EPSPs:43.2%;D-EPSPs:34.1%,n=44） and saline group（V-EPSPs: 46.8%;D-EPSPs:46.8%,n=47）（Chi-square test,P＜0.05）.Moreover,homosynatic and heterosynaptic LTP were also estimated with criterion that the amplitude of EPSPs was potentiated to more than 120%of control level,which lasted at least 30 min af

对于较小数目的快速准确认知的“感数”现象一直是一个引人兴趣的问题 ,这一感数过程到底本质是什么 ,它与计数过程究竟是同一种加工还是分属两种不同类别 ,对于这个问题多年来一直存在着争论。本实验的目的在于研究感数加工的本质 ,运用ERP手段来探索其与计数的不同机制 ;并且以分心物变量为指标 ,研究在有分心物呈现时 ,感数与计数过程将会有哪些变化以及其潜在的神经机制。对 1 4名正常青年人记录感数与计数加工过程中的事件相关脑电位 (ERP)。刺激图片由位于屏幕中心的靶 (白色矩形 )或者靶 +分心物 (白色圆形 )组成 ,靶的数目分为感数 (1～ 3个靶 )及计数 (4～ 6 ) ;而分心物的数目有三种水平 :零 (无分心物 ) ,与靶的数目相同及两倍于靶的数目。被试计算图片上白色矩形的个数并对所得数目进行奇偶判断 ,最后根据奇偶性用左右手进行按键反应。行为结果表明 ,感数与计数的反应时在靶数目之间有显著性差异 ,靶数目相同时 ,分心物越多 ,则被试所需要的反应时就越长。ERP测量表明P1波幅随着靶数目的增加而增大 ,随着分心物数目的增加而增加 ;N1波潜伏期随着靶数目的增加和分心物数目增加而减小 ,N1波幅随着靶数目和分心物的增加而增加 ;P3波幅随着靶数目的增加而减小 ,在某些记录点具有靶效应和干扰效?

Objective Prenatal morphine exposure may alter developmental process of fetal brain through activation of opioid receptors during the critical *** pervious work has shown that embryonic day 5-8(E5-8) may be the critical period to impair learning and memory functions in day-old chicks due to prenatal morphine exposure,which may be related to developmental changes of y-aminobutyric acid(GABA) *** this work,intracellular recording was used to investigate the effect of early prenatal morphine exposure on GABAergic system in day-old *** Coronal sections of left forebrains(500 )μm),containing the intermediate medial mesopallium(IMM) which is intimately involved in the early learning processes,were prepared from domestic chicks(0-12 days old),which were from control group(no treatment) or from saline group(treated by intra-allantoic injection of saline in E5-8) or from morphine group(treated by intra-allantoic injection of morphine in E5-8).Results(1) Spontaneous inhibitory postsynaptic potentials(sIPSPs) were observed in IMM neurons from all groups,but the occurrence rate of sIPSPs from morphine group(6.9%,4/58 cells) was obviously lower than control group(28.6%,14/49 cells) or saline group(32.1%,18/56 cells)(P2) The evoked excitatory or inhibitory postsynaptic potentials(eEPSPs or eIPSPs) were elicited by local electrical stimuli at 0.1 Hz in the IMM *** induction rate of elPSPs from morphine group(27.6%,16/58) was also lower than control group(49.0%, 24/49 cells) or saline group(48.2%,27/56 cells)(P2.1s,n=11) were shorter than saline group(4.9±3.0s,n=8) or control group(4.8±3.0s,n=4)(P<0.05).(4) Muscimol (1 mM,a specific GA

The Annual Report on Cardiovascular health and Diseases in china(2022)intricate landscape of cardiovascular health in *** is the third section of the report with a specific focus on community-based prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases(CVD).This section of the report underscores the importance of initiatives outlined in the"healthy china 2030 Plan,"emphasizing the comprehensive prevention and control strategy for chronic diseases.A key aspect of this plan involves the establishment of national demonstration areas aimed at comprehensive prevention and control of chronic *** 2020,488 such areas had been set up across china,surpassing the initial target and covering a significant proportion of counties and *** report highlights the successful implementation of these strategies in Lishan district,Anshan city,where demonstration areas for comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases were launched in *** the course of seven years,the number of healthy units increased substantially,leading to improvements in managing risk factors for CVD among *** reductions in prevalence rates of overweight,obesity,smoking,passive smoking,and drinking were observed,along with the development of healthier behaviors among ***,Qiaokou district in Wuhan City,designated as a national demonstration area in 2014,implemented comprehensive public health promotion ***,special clinics for hypertension intervention were established,contributing to an increase in self-reported rates of hypertension,a slight decrease in prevalence,and a remarkable improvement in the control rate among treated ***,these efforts underscore the effectiveness of community-based approaches in driving positive health outcomes and advancing the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases,particularly cardiovascular diseases,in china.

The image restoration problems play an important role in remote sensing and astronomical image analysis. One common method for the recovery of a true image from corrupted or blurred image is the least squares error (LSE) method. But the LSE method is unstable in practical applications. A popular way to overcome instability is the Tikhonov regularization. However, difficulties will encounter when adjusting the so-called regularization parameter a. Moreover, how to truncate the iteration at appropriate steps is also challenging. In this paper we use the trust region method to deal with the image restoration problem, meanwhile, the trust region subproblem is solved by the truncated Lanczos method and the preconditioned truncated Lanczos method. We also develop a fast algorithm for evaluating the Kronecker matrix-vector product when the matrix is banded. The trust region method is very stable and robust, and it has the nice property of updating the trust region automatically. This releases us from tedious finding the regularization parameters and truncation levels. Some numerical tests on remotely sensed images are given to show that the trust region method is promising.

Using data from more than 40 rivers in the middle Yellow River basin, a study has been made of the influence of coupled wind-water processes on hyperconcentrated flows. A simple “vehicle” model has been proposed to describe hyperconcentrated flows. The liquid phase of two-phase flows is a “vehicle”, in which coarse sediment particles are carried as solid-phase. The formation and characteristics of hyperconcentrated flows are closely related with the forma-tion and characteristics of this liquid-phase and solid-phase. Surface materials and geomorphic agents of the middle Yellow River basin form some patterns of combination, which have deep influence on the formation and characteristics of liquid- and solid-phases of hyperconcentrated flows. The combination of high percentages of relatively coarse material with low percentages of fine material appears in the area predominated by the wind process, where the supply of rela-tively coarse sediment is sufficient, but the supply of relatively coarse sediment is not. The com-bination of low percentages of relatively coarse material with high percentages of fine material appears in the area predominated by the water process, where the supply of fine sediment is sufficient, but the supply of fine sediment is not. In the area predominated by coupled wind-water processes appears the combination of medium percentages of coarse and fine materials, and thus both coarse and fine sediments are in relatively sufficient supply. The manner in which the mean annual sediment concentrations of liquid- and solid-phases vary with total suspended sediment concentration is different. With the increased total suspended sediment concentration, mean annual sediment concentration of liquid-phase increased to a limit and then remained constant; however, mean annual sediment concentrations of solid-phase in-creased continuously.
