乌檀化学成分的研究

利用PCR方法扩增香蕉红素氧还蛋白基因的保守结构域序列CdRD和开放性阅读框序列FRD,并在其上下游分别引入NdeⅠ和SalⅠ酶切位点,双酶切后与同样经NdeⅠ和SalⅠ双酶切的诱饵质粒载体pGBKT7连接,构建重组诱饵质粒pGBKT7-CdRD和pGBKT7-FRD... 详细信息

利用PCR方法扩增香蕉红素氧还蛋白基因的保守结构域序列CdRD和开放性阅读框序列FRD,并在其上下游分别引入NdeⅠ和SalⅠ酶切位点,双酶切后与同样经NdeⅠ和SalⅠ双酶切的诱饵质粒载体pGBKT7连接,构建重组诱饵质粒pGBKT7-CdRD和pGBKT7-FRD,并将此两重组诱饵质粒转入酵母菌株AH109中进行营养缺陷型分析检测毒性及自激活。结果表明,成功构建了重组诱饵质粒pGBKT7-CdRD和pGBKT7-FRD,并且其无自激活报告基因作用,对酵母菌株也无毒性作用。这说明此两个重组诱饵质粒可用于酵母双杂交系统,为从香蕉叶片cDNA文库中筛选获得与香蕉红素氧还蛋白基因的保守结构域序列CdRD和开放性阅读框序列FRD相互作用的受体蛋白基因奠定了基础。

Natural product research is increasingly turning to marine animals, plants and microbes as source organisms. Sponges are the most primitive of the multicelled animals that have existed for 700-800 million years, and are proving to be extremely valuable and potentially economically important sources of compounds useful to the pharmaceutical industry. During the last 20 years, numerous novel compounds have been isolated from marine sponges and many of these compounds showed pronounced biological activity. This review summarized the natural active products from marine sponges with antitumor, antiviral and antibacterial activity and the strategies for producing sponge biomass.

The family Ganodermataceae comprising more than 200 fungi species is mainly distributed in the tropical and subtropical areas of Asia,Australia,Africa and America,among which more than 100 species grow in china and 78 wild species were found in Hainan *** chemical investigation on the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma tropicum(Jungh.) Bres.,wild "Lingzhi"genus in Hainan Province,led to the isolation of thirty two compounds (1-32) including four new compounds by column chromatography on silica gel and sephadex *** structures mainly including triterpenes,steroids and xanthones were elucidated by NMR analysis as well as comparison with those reported in the literatures,and were reported for the first time from Ganoderma *** was found for the first time from Ganoderma species,which maybe one of the important natural pigment contributed to the yellow color of the fruiting bodies of *** bioassay of cytotoxic activities of nine compounds was evaluated against five human tumor cell lines HL-60,SMMC-7721, A-549,MCF-7,and ***(1) displayed obvious cytotoxic activities on HL-60, SMMC-7721,A-549,MCF-7 and SW-480 with IC50 values of 7.49,9.04,4.44,21.61 and 14.02μmol.L,respectively.22E-7α-methoxy -5α,6α-epoxyergosta-8(14),22-dien-3β-ol(10) also exhibited definite cytotoxic activities on HL-60,MCF-7,and SW-480.

Natural rubber （NR）/multi-walled carbon nanotube （MWCNTs） composites were prepared by combining self-assembly and latex compounding *** acid-treated MWCNTs （H2SO4：HNO3=3：1,volume ratio） were self-assembled with poly （diallyldimethylammonium chloride）（PDDA） through electrostatic *** the second assembling,NR/MWCNTs composites were developed by mixing MWCNTs/PDDA solution with NR *** results show that MWCNTs are homogenously distributed throughout the NR matrix as single tube and present a great interfacial adhesion with NR phase when MWCNTs contents are less than 3 wt%.Moreover,the addition of the MWCNTs brings about the remarkable enhancement in tensile strength and crosslink density compared with the NR host,and the data peak at 2 wt% MWCNTs *** more MWCNTs are loaded,aggregations of MWCNTs are gradually generated,and the tensile strength and crosslink both decrease to a certain extent.
