This paper investigates the rotatability of planar parallel mechanisms by revealing the crank conditions that relate to link *** paper extends the theorem of assemblability and the rotatability criterion and applies these criteria to parallel mechanisms in investigating the crank conditions of a parallel mechanism,leading to classification of three types of crank existing conditions including three-crank’s,six-crank’s and nine-crank’s of 3-RRR planar parallel *** results are summarized as constraint conditions in relation with link parameters with a concluding table and case studies.

Aim:To explore the anti-inflammatory effects of amurensin H on asthma-like reac-tion induced by allergen in sensitized ***:BALB/c mice were sensi-tized by ovalbumin(OVA,ip)on d 0 and d 14 and challenged with 1% OVA on d 18to *** developed airway eosinophilia,mucus hypersecretion,and elevationin cytokine *** were administered amurensin H orally at the doses of 49,70,or 100 mg/kg once every day from d 15 to the last *** lavagefluid(BALF)were collected at 24 h and 48 h after the last OVA *** tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin 4(IL-4),interleukin 5(IL-5),andinterleukin 13(IL-13)in BALF were measured using ELISA *** counts of macrophages,lymphocytes,neutrophils and eosinophils were per-formed in 200 cells per slide(one slide per animal).Lung tissue sections of 6-μmthickness were stained with Mayer’s hematoxylin and eosin for assessment of cellinfiltration,mucus production,and tissue ***:Oral administrationof amurensin H significantly inhibited OVA-induced increases in total cell counts,eosinophil counts,and TNF-α,IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 levels in *** addition,amuresin H dramatically decreased OVA-induced lung tissue damage and ***:Amurensin H may have therapeutic potential for thetreatment of allergic airway inflammation.

目的研究丘脑出血的临床特点,探讨早期判定预后及病死率的相关因素。方法于2003—2005年对华北煤炭医学院附属开滦医院收治的96例丘脑出血患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果高龄、高血压是丘脑出血的主要病因。结论早期密切观察丘脑出血患者的生命体征对判定预后有一定的参考价值,病死率及严重并发症的产生与血肿大小、是否破入脑室、下丘脑及脑干是否受累等有关。

To clarify whether apoptosis is involved in the injury processes induced by autoantibodyagainst cardiac β1-adrenoceptor,we investigated the biological and apoptotic effects of antibodies on culturedneonatal rat *** rats were immunized with peptides corresponding to the second extra-cellular loop of the β1-adrenoceptor to induce the production of anti-β1-adrenoceptor antibodies in the ***（Ig）G in the sera was detected using synthetic antigen enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay and purified using the diethylaminoethyl cellulose ion exchange *** of cardiomyo-cytes was evaluated using agarose gel electrophoresis and flow *** results showed that thepositive serum IgG greatly increased the beating rates of cardiomyocytes and showed an"agonist-like"***,positive serum IgG induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis after treatment with β1-adrenoceptor overstimulation for *** effects of monoclonal antibody against β-adrenoceptor werealso found to be similar to those of positive serum *** was suggested that the autoantibody could inducecardiomyocyte apoptosis by excessive stimulation of β1-adrenoceptor.

This study was performed to build region-specific reference ranges of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets for Chinese healthy adults from the young to the elderly and analyze the trends of changes in lymphocyte subsets for evaluating the impact of age on the values.151 healthy adults aged 19-86 were recruited based on the SENIEUR *** sets of reference ranges were finally built applicable for the healthy young(19-44 years),middle-aged(45-64 years) and elder adults(≥65).Comparisons in parameters among the three cohorts showed that a statistically significant increase in CD16CD56+ NK cell was observed between the middle-aged and elder cohorts,whereas for the majority of the parameters,a significant decline was observed between the young and the middle-aged *** results showed that inverse correlations were observed between the age and CD19+ B,CD3+ T,CD3+CD4+ T,CD4+CD45RA+CD62L+ nave T cell and CD4+CD28+/CD4+,while the positive one was identified between the age and the NK *** significant changes of the most of immune parameters provided evidence for ***,T cell activation markers of CD8+CD38+ and CD8+HLA-DR+ showed reverse trends of association with age,which provides a clue for further researches on the mechanisms underlying the paradoxical clinical presentation of the elder patients.

The reduction factors p and q defined by Ham in the Ee JT system and their relation 2q-p=1 have been well accepted and the concept of reduction factors is widely used in the studies of vibronic coupling. However, when the system is under the anisotropic conditions, the reduction factors and their relation will change accordingly. The first-order reduction factors p and q of Ee system were further studied using the method of unitary transformation here. The relation between p and q proposed by Ham was investigated under both conditions of the linear coupling and the anisotropic effects. The result demonstrated that the relation of 2q-p=1 was only correct for the linear vibronic coupling, but not correct when the anisotropic effect was considered. This result suggested that the anisotropic effect influence considerably the reduction factors, and hence the physical properties of materials. Our method could be also applied to other JT systems, especially the highly symmetric JT systems involving C60 molecules.

In this paper,the acceleratingly growing network model with intermittent processes is *** thegrowing network,there exist both accelerating and intermittent *** network is grown from the number ofnodes mo and the number of links added with each new node is a nonlinearly increasing function m+aNβ（t）f（t）,whereN（t） is the number of nodes present at time t.f（t） is the periodic and bistable function with period T,whose values are1 and 0 indicating accelerating and intermittent processes,*** we denote the ratio r of acceleration timeto whole *** study the degree distribution p（k） of the model,focusing on the dependence of p（k） on the networkparameters τ,T,m,α,N,and β.It is found that there exists a phase transition point,kc such that if kc,then p（k）obeys a power-law distribution with exponent -γ1,while if k>kc,then p（k） exhibits a power-law distribution withexponent-γ2.Moreover,the exponents γ1 and γ2 are independent of τ,T,m,a,and N,while they depend only onthe parameter β.More interesting,the phase transition point is described by kc=aNβ,which is equal to the value atwhich p（k） is maximum in GM model.

Aim:To study the protective effects of compound FLZ,a novel synthetic ana-logue of natural squamosamide,on learning and memory impairment and lesionsof the hippocampus caused by icv injection of β-amyloid25-35(Aβ25-35)in ***:Mice were icv injected with the Aβ25-35(15 nmol/mouse),and thentreated with oral administration of 75 mg/kg or 150 mg/kg of FLZ once daily for 16consecutive *** impairment of learning and memory in mice were testedusing step-down test and Morris water maze *** content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the expressions of acetylcholinesterase(ACHE),Bax,and Bcl-2 in theCA1 region of the mouse hippocampus were measured by biochemical and immu-nohistochemical analysis,*** pathological damages of hippocam-pus were observed using a ***:FLZ(75 mg/kg,150 mg/kg)significantly attenuated Aβ25-35-induced impairment of learning and memory in thestep-down test and Morris water maze *** also reduced pathological dam-ages to the hippocampus induced by Aβ25-35Furthermore,FLZ prevented theincrease of AChE and Bax,and the decrease of Bcl-2 immunoreactive cells in theCA1 region of the hippocampus,and reduced the increase of MDA content in thehippocampus in mice injected with Aβ***:FLZ has protective ac-tion against the impairment of learning and memory and pathological damage tothe hippocampus induced by icv injection of Aβ25-35in mice.
