Aim:To study the multiple dose clinical pharmacokinetics of risperidone and itsmain active metabolite,9-hydroxyrisperidone,in Chinese female patients ***:The subjects were 23 Chinese female inpatients aged18-65 years who met the CCMD-Ⅲ（third revision of the Chinese Criteria of Men-tal Disorders）criteria for *** were tested after 17 d of treat-ment with 2 mg risperidone twice *** concentrations of risperidone and9-hydroxy-risperidone were assayed by using validated high performance liquidchromatography-mass spectrometry（HPLC-Ms）***:Risperidonewas rapidly absorbed(Tmaxwas 1.6 h)and its T1/2in plasma was short（3.2 h）.9-hydroxy-risperidone was quickly metabolized from the parent drug with a meanTmaxof 2.5 *** had a long half-life of 24.7 *** Cavssof risperidone and 9-hydroxy-risperidone were 36.9±33.1 and 110.6±30.5 μg·h·L-1,respectively,and the AUC0-12sswere 443.2+397.4 and 1327.2±402.3 μg·h·L-1,***/F and V/F ofrisperidone were 8.7±6.2 L/h and 34.1±24.3 L,*** varia-tions for pharmacokinetic parameters were quite large for *** 23 sub-jects experienced high prolactin levels when treated with *** was no correlation between prolactin level and the concentration ofrisperidone,9-hydroxy-risperidone,or the active ***:Risperidoneshowed large interindividual variations in *** ofrisperidone resulted in high serum prolactin *** results indicate that sys-temic exposure to risperidone and 9-hydroxy-risperidone in female Chinese schizo-phrenic patients is higher relative to published data for white Caucasian *** studies regarding the PK/PD relationship may be required to develop areasonable clinical dosage regimen for Chinese female patients.

目的 :评价辛伐他汀是否促进缺血心肌毛细血管新生。方法 :雄性Wistar大鼠 30只 ,成功复制心肌梗死模型 2 4h后随机分成辛伐他汀组、对照组和辛伐他汀 +N 硝酸 l 精氨酸甲酯 (l NAME)组 ,分别ip辛伐他汀 2mg·kg- 1·d- 1、生理盐水和辛伐他汀 2mg·kg- 1·d- 1+l -NAME15mg·kg- 1·d- 1。 4wk后应用免疫组化法及化学法检测各组大鼠缺血心肌中血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)蛋白质表达、一氧化氮 (NO )水平及毛细血管密度。结果 :与对照组相比辛伐他汀组大鼠缺血心肌中毛细血管密度显著增加 (196 3±s 10 8)·mm- 2 (P 2 6± 5 )mmol·kg- 1(P <0 .0 1) ,但VEGF表达无明显改变 ;加用l NAME后 ,辛伐他汀的这些作用消失。结论 :辛伐他汀可促进大鼠缺血心肌毛细血管新生 ,NO可能介导了此作用。

The design of DNA sequences is one of the most practical and important research topics in DNA computing. We adopt taboo search algorithm and improve the method for the systematic design of equal-length DNA sequences, which can satisfy certain combinatorial and thermodynamic constraints. Using taboo search algorithm, our method can avoid trapping into local optimization and can nd a set of good DNA sequences satisfying required constraints.

Purpose:To study the preparation technique of a sustained-released microsphere (LsD/NTCD-ACM) and evaluate its characteristic and effects for transarterial hepatic chemoembolization (TACE) in an animal model of liver cancer (VX2).Mmethods:We prepared LsD/NTCD-ACM through the emulsification-gelation method with liquid paraffin as oil phase,the hybrid of chitosan and sodium alginate as water phase,span-80 as emulsifier,and glutaraldehyde as cross linking *** its in vitro release in pH 7.4 PBs by dynamic dialysis *** 24 male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups with 6 rabbits assigned to each ***2 carcinoma tissues were implanted into the left hepatic lobe using a 16g biopsy *** tumors were allowed to grow for weeks,and studies were performed until the volume of the tumors detected by ultrasonograph reached 2-3 cm *** anesthesia,transcatheter hepatic arterial embolization was performed and LsD/NTCD-ACM(60-120μm),LsD/NTCD-ACM(120-200μm) or NCTD solution was injected into the hepatic arteries of animals in the three treatment groups and the left one is control group(with no treatment).Before and at 3,7,14 days after injection,the volume of the tumor was measured by ultrasonograph,the serum of all rabbits was collected,and the level of aspartate aminotransferase (AsT) was *** the last course of their disease,the rabbits were given analgesics to relieve *** survival period of the three groups of rabbits after treatment was recorded,and degree of liver cell necrosis was also assessed on the histopathological ***:The drug entrapment efficiency (EE%) of LsD/NTCD-ACM(60-120μm) was 74.62% and drug-loading (DL%) amount was 7.46% while 86.93% for EE and 9.23%for DL of LsD/NTCD-ACM (120-200μm).Both the two particles could release as long as 20 days in pH 7.4 *** tumor growth rate in the LsD/NCTD-ACM (60-120/μm) group (7.76±0.41,tumor volume from2.48±0.25 to19.24±1.33 cm 3) and in the

Aim:To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in cultured human dental follicle cells (HDFC),and to examine the roles of VEGF inthe proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis of HDFC in ***:Immunocytochemistry,ELIsA,and RT-PCR were used to detect the expressionand transcription of VEGF in cultured *** dose-dependent and the time-course effect of VEGF on cell proliferation and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activ-ity in cultured HDFC were determined by MTT assay and colorimetric ALP assay,*** effect of specific mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)inhibitors (PD98059 and U0126) on the VEGF-mediated HDFC proliferation wasalso determined by MTT *** effect of VEGF on HDFC apoptosis wasmeasured by flow ***:VEGF was transcribed and expressed incultured *** at 10-300 μg/L significantly increased HDFC proliferationand ALP activity compared to the *** 1,3,5,or 7 d of stimulation,VEGF induced a significant increase in HDFC proliferation compared with thecorresponding control,while VEGF was effective at increasing ALP activity at theincubation time point of 3,5,or 7 ***98059 and U0126 could attenuate theVEGF-mediated HDFC *** apoptotic cells were observed in theVEGF-treated groups compared to the controls,although the difference was notstatistically ***:VEGF is expressed in cultured HDFC,and ata proper concentration range can stimulate HDFC proliferation,induce HDFC todifferentiate in a"cementoblast/osteoblast"pathway and protect HDFC *** MAPK signaling pathway might be involved in the VEGF-medi-ated HDFC proliferation.

In this study,we evaluated the potential antifibrotic property of neferine,a bisbenzylisoquinline alkaloid extracted from the seed embryo of Nelumbo mucifera *** bleomycin administration resulted in pulmonary fibrosis 14 and 21 days posttreatment,as evidenced by increased hydroxyproline content in bleomycin group（255.77 ± 97.17 μg/lung and 269.74 ± 40.92 μg/lung）compared to sham group（170.78 ± 76.46 μg/lung and 191.24 ± 60.45 μg/lung）,and the hydroxyproline was significantly suppressed（193.07 ± 39.55 μg/lung and 201.08 ± 71.74 μg/lung）by neferine administration（20 mg/kg,b.i.d）.The attenuated-fibrosis condition was also validated by histological *** measurements revealed that bleomycin caused a significant decrease in lung superoxidae dismutase（sOD）activity,which was accompanied with significant increase in malondialdehyde（MDA）levels and myeloperoxiase（MPO）activity on the 7th and 14th ***,neferine reversed the decrease in sOD activity as well as the increase of MDA and MPO ***-linked immunosorbent assay and radio-immunity assay showed that treatment with neferine alleviated bleomycin induced increase of proinflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor（TNF）-α,interleukin（IL）-6 and endothelin（ET）1 in plasma or in ***,neferine blocked bleomycin induced increases of NF-κB in nuclear extracts and TGF-β1 in total protein extracts of murine RAW264.7 *** conclusion,neferine attenuates bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in vitro and in *** beneficial effect of neferine might be associated with its activities of anti-inflammation,antioxidation,cytokine and NF-κB inhibition.

Debris flow is a serious geologic hazard in *** is estimated that nationally debris flows cause up to 2 billion RMB(250 million Us$) in damages and 300-600 deaths and injuries *** mitigate debris flow hazards,it is necessary to map,model,and identify zones of debris flow hazards and vulnerability as to inform the local people about the potential risk with a geographic information *** research presents a regional scale case study modeling debris flow risk(hazard and vulnerability) in sichuan Province,southwestern *** this area,3,290 debris flows have been identified and the spatial-temporal distribution and activity characteristics of them have been *** on the available meteorological data,a Digital Elevation Model with the rate of 1:250,000 and a regional geological map,the 24-hr rainfall threshold(y) for debris flow occurrence is closely related(significant at 99% confidence level) to the index(x) defined using a geology factor(rock hardness:a) and a topographical factor(channel gradient:d) where y = 21 + 10200 / x,in which x = 2.7 × ea + 1000 × *** discipline is constructive in developing the rainfall threshold for debris flow activity in remote mountainous areas that lack *** a given watershed,a four-level debris flow hazard map is developed by comparing the rainfall threshold to the design rainfall intensities with 50-,20-,and 5-year average recurrence intervals,*** degree of debris flow vulnerability is determined by the watershed socio-economic conditions.A four-class debris flow risk map,at the final phase of the research,is generated by combining debris flow hazards and *** the debris flow risk assessment,the sichuan Province is classified into the slight,moderate,severe and very severe regions,which accounts for 36%,19%,20% and 25% of total area respectively.

The worldwide fallout of caesium-137 (137Cs) associated with the nuclear weapon tests during the 1950s and 1960s has provided a valuable man-made tracer for studies of soil erosion and sediment delivery. But relatively few researchers have used it to estimate wind erosion. In this note, the 137Cs technique is introduced into the studies of wind erosion and its modern processes inthe Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. Two 137Cs reference inventories of 982.11 and 2 376.04 Bq · m-2 wereestablished preminarily, distributed in the south and middle-north parts of the studied arearespectively. By analyzing the patterns of 137Cs depth profiles from sampling sites, the aeolianprocesses of erosion and deposition in nearly 40 years have been revealed, i.e. the shrub coppicedunes (s1) and semi-fixed dunefields (s3) experienced the alternation of erosion and deposition,while the grasslands (s4, s6 and s7) and dry farmlands (s5) suffered erosion only.
