The western flower thrips,Frankliniella occidentalis(Pergande)(Thysanoptera: Thripidae),is an invasive species and currently occurs only in a few areas in china.A quick and correct and developmental-stage non-limiting method of the identification of the western flower thrips is essential for preventing the spread of this thrips. Morphological identification of thrips is performed on adults and to a lesser extent on second-stage larvae *** identification,however,can be easily followed by a non-thrips-specialist with a little training.A species-specific marker within the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I(COI) sequence for *** was developed in the present *** specific primers amplified a single band of 340 *** specificity of the primers was assessed using 28 other thrips species commonly occurring in *** *** specimens were detected,and no cross reactions with other thrips species were *** method was tested on single egg,first- and second-stage larvae,pre-pupae,pupae and adults,and proved to be applicable for all these ***,the method was used to clarify the distribution of the western flower thrips in beijing metro area *** results suggested that the species-specific mtCOI marker without gene sequencing analysis is useful in the early detection and rapid identification of ***,and makes it possible for diagnostic testing and routine screening of samples at ports of entry and preventing new incursions and further damage of this thrips in china.

Precision irrigation is an important practice in water-saving agriculture cropping system which allows producers to maximize their productivity while saving water. And the major concerns are precisely determining the crop water requirement and the proper strategy of irrigation, and reach real-time and automatic irrigation with proper quantities of water and in place of need. Taking these concerns into consideration, a precision irrigation system based on wireless sensor networks （WSN） and fuzzy control technology was designed in this paper. The ZigBee-WSN was used to transmit the irrigation control signal, the soil water potential signal and micrometeorological information including air temperature, relative humidity, solar radiation, wind velocity and so on. The soil water potential and crop evapotranspiration calculated using the FAO56 Penman-Monteith equation were taken as input variables of fuzzy controller, and the multiple-factor control rule database was established for the fuzzy irrigation control system. The test results show that the system has many advantages, such as economic, practical, with high communication reliability and control accuracy. Especially, this system is quite appropriate for medium and small-sized precision irrigation area.

Ecological balanced fertilization what we have proposed based on the general fertilization model, optimum technology and ecological fertilizer. The system of ecological balanced fertilization include: service object, aim of fertilization, theory basis, technology system, fertilizer using, and service system. Original innovations of the general model are as follow:(1) the interrelation of crop, soil, fertilizer and environment were considered ecologically;(2) the parameters of the model were derived from raw data( laboratory data, empirical data or survey data);(3) raw data was easy to acquire;(4) parameters could be connected by model quantificationally;(5) method of acquiring model parameters was provided;(6) relative simpleness, convenience and stabilization were what the model possesses, and yield improving and soil fertility, environment protection could be achieved after fertilizing by this model. The specialist system we proposed based on general fertilization model, regional fertilization model and block fertilization model. After ten years study, experiment and popularization, now, there are a series of softwares include network version, uniprocessor version, touch screen fertilization machinery and PDA fertilization machinery, and they have been popularized above 20 provinces .

Human-machine interface in agricultural machinery cab was defined as the interactive area among the driver and the driving cab components in this paper, which plays a significant role in farming, for it has effect on not only drivers’ working efficiency, but also their safety and health. Here, as the representative agricultural machinery cab, the driving components in tractor cab were analyzed, and then the hierarchy system for evaluating the human-machine interface in tractor cab was put forward. Applying the analytical method named analytical hierarchy process (AHP), the questionnaires from twenty-one occupational tractor drivers were analyzed, and the weight of each evaluating index in the hierarchy system was obtained. The results showed that the hand controllers and the visual components in the driving cab performed higher weights than the others, and the position of the cab components affects drivers more seriously than its size commonly. This research was the basic work for evaluating human-machine interface in agricultural machinery cab. In addition, the results could be referenced by the designers in agricultural machinery corporation or institution.

Exposure of rice to high SO levels caused chlorophyll loss and increased peroxidase activity. The leaf transmittance spectra of three rice varieties were measured at different growth stages to select the characteristic *** order to estimate the impacts of SO on rice chlorophyll and peroxidase activity via transmittance spectra prediction models,it is necessary to develop and validate transmittance spectra vegetation indices which were calculated by utilizing transmittance spectra characteristic *** indices called blue/yellow/red/ edge transmissivity spectra ratio of the difference vegetation indices(BTI/YTI/BTI) were calculated using selected characteristic *** chlorophyll content and peroxidase activity had more significant correlations (P<0.01) to these indices than to single characteristic *** coefficients of correlations coefficients were reduced and less than 10%using these vegetation indices except for the correlation coefficients between peroxidase activity and three indices(VTI,BTI and RTI). Regression analysis indicted that VTI,YTI YTI,YTI and YTI were the good predictors indicator estimating peroxidase activity and chlorophyll content,and YTI was proved an effective method to estiamte chlorophyll content with liner regression models.

Grain drying is a heat and mass transferring process in a multivariate-coupling, nonlinear, long-delay and unsteady state. A precise and practical control system is necessary for achieving the drying goals. Model predictive control system has been developed to an influential method on both theory and application as an optimized control strategy based on model prediction since the late 1970s. It’s especially effective in control multivariate, strong time variation and nonlinear system. Mathematics predictive model , data sampling and transferring mechanism , and progressive optimization strategy were developed to construct a kind of model predictive controller for paddy dryer. Grain deep-bed drying process analytical theory was applied to the moisture content distribution model to predict the future moisture content result according to history information and expected output. The dynamic real-time sampling of moisture contents and data stack saving routine were designed to transfer parameters to processing unit. Feedback compensation was adopted to modify the offset of measured and predicted outputs. It’s optimized in quadratic performance index function after comparing with the set value. Then the control value of next n sampling periods was obtained. And when the measured output values were returned to predictive model, the loops that were "prediction, optimization, execution, output, prediction", acted persistently. As a result, the controller could always supply current optimization control value no matter how much the control members and disturbance changed. The test results show that the control system can work accurately in dynamic temperature variation between –35°C and +40°C and moisture content variation between 8%wb and 35%wb. The ununiformity of output moisture content was less than 1%;the rice cracking increase was less than 3% and the offset of output to expected moisture content is less than ±0.5%wb. So this controller is reliable, stable and accurate

Fast and nondestructive monitoring nitrogen status has the great significance on precision nitrogen management in wheat. The primary objective of this study was to explore the optimum wavebands, spectrum indices and quantitative models for estimating leaf nitrogen content （LNC） and leaf nitrogen accumulation （LNA） in wheat by precise analysis on canopy hyperspectral information. On the basis of detailed data from 4-year field experiments under varied nitrogen rates and wheat cultivars, a systematic analysis was undertaken on quantitative relationships of LNC and LNA to NDSI （Normalized difference spectrum index, NDSI） composed of any two wavebands with original reflectance and its derivative within the spectral range of 350-2500 nm, SASI （Soil adjusted spectrum index, SASI） and the selected best spectrum index with different bandwidths. The results showed that the sensitive wavebands of nitrogen status mostly lie in the regions of visible and near-infrared. The LNC monitoring models developed from NDSI （R1350, R700） and NDSI （FD700, FD690） gave decision coefficient（R2） of 0.843 and 0.857, with stand error （SE） as 0.380 and 0.362, respectively. The LNA models based on NDSI （R860, R720） and NDSI （FD736, FD526） had R2 of 0.900 and 0.885, and SE of 1.327 and 1.449. Testing of the LNC models on NDSI （R1350, R700） and NDSI （FD700, FD690） with independent experiment data showed that R2 value is over 0.758 and RRMSE is lower than 0.266. Then the models constructed on SASI （R1350, R700） displayed the best performance with L parameter as 0.09. Furthermore, expanding the bandwidths of NDSI （R1350, R700） at 1nm interval produced LNC models with similar performance within about 20nm bandwidth, over which the statistical parameters of the models became less stable. Validation of the derived LNA equations with the independent dada also found that the models based on NDSI （R860, R720） and NDSI（FD736, FD526） produced estimation accuracy as more over 0.812 with RRMSE less than 0. 253

＜正＞The commercial banks risks come from all the uncertainty of the banking business,which have diffusibility and hidden features,if not timely controlled,will have a negative impact on the national ***,it is necessary to design the corresponding index system according to the objectivity and relativity of the banking risks,and then control quantitatively the banks *** on the analysis of commercial banks risk management situation and existing problems,this paper establishes a commercial banks credit risk evaluation index system with the camel rating thinking, and then describes AGA evaluation *** this paper, Hebei commercial bank credit risk evaluation index data as the network operator samples,we evaluated four commercial banks’ credit risk in beijing;the example results show that the model’s commonality is very good.
