Immunization with inactivated autoreactive T cells may induce idiotype anti-idiotypic reactions to deplete autoreac-tire T cells,which are involved in autoimmune ***,it is unknown whether attenuated activated healthyautologous T-cell immunization could increase anti-tumor immune *** this end,C57B1/6 mice were immunizedwith attenuated activated autologous T *** splenocytes from immunized mice showed a higher proliferative abil-ity than that from naive *** special phenotype analysis showed that there were more CDS+T cells and CD62L+T cells in immunized mice after 24 h of culture with 10% fetal calf serum complete medium in vitro(Pliferation and resistance to AICD,the expression of Fas/Fas ligand(FasL)and GADD45βwas measured by real-time *** results indicated that GADD45β transcription was higher in the splenocytes fromimmunized mice than that in the naive *** addition,the Fas expression showed a parallel higher,but FasL did notchange *** investigate the biologic functions induced by immunization in vivo,a tumor model was establishedby EL-4 tumor cell inoculation in C57/B1 *** receiving autologous T-cell immunization had significantly inhibitedtumor growth in vivo(Plicated that immunization with attenuated activated autologous T cellsenhances anti-tumor immune responses that participate in tumor growth inhibition.

Parkinson’s disease is the second most common progressive neurodegenerative disorder,and few reliable biomarkers are available to track disease *** proteins,DNA,mRNA,and lipids carried by exosomes reflect intracellular changes,and thus can serve as biomarkers for a variety of *** this study,we investigated alterations in the protein content of plasma exosomes derived from patients with Parkinson’s disease and the potential therapeutic roles of these proteins in Parkinson’s *** a tandem mass tag-based quantitative proteomics approach,we characterized the proteomes of plasma exosomes derived from individual patients,identified exosomal protein signatures specific to patients with Parkinson’s disease,and identified N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase as a differentially expressed protein.N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase expression levels in exosomes from the plasma of patients and healthy controls were validated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and western *** results demonstrated that the exosomal N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase concentration was not only lower in Parkinson’s disease,but also decreased with increasing Hoehn-yahr stage,suggesting that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase could be used to rapidly evaluate Parkinson’s disease ***,western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis showed that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase levels were markedly reduced both in cells treated with 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium and cells overexpressingα-synuclein compared with control ***,N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase overexpression significantly increased cell viability and inhibitedα-synuclein expression in 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium-treated *** together,our findings demonstrate for the first time that exosomal N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase may serve as a biomarker for Parkinson’s disease diagnosis,and that N-acetyl-alpha-glucosaminidase may reduceα-synuclein expression and 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium-induced n

Network failures occur frequently, and self-healing ability of existing routing protocols cannot guarantee fast route convergence under these failures without impacting packet forwarding. During routing convergence, network routes may be incorrect and even routing black holes and loops occur, which will result in extensive packet loss and thus influence network performance. To solve this problem, several improved routing solutions have been proposed. In this paper, we propose the concept and model of self-healing routing and analyze the key problems in current intra-domain and inter-domain self-healing routing protocols after briefly reviewing the characteristics of network failures. We classify the different self-healing solutions into two categories based on their design principles: routing restoration and routing protection, and systematically analyze these different typical solutions. Finally, we discuss several key issues in self-healing routing and propose a hybrid protection and restoration based routing scheme.

The archaeological site of Sampula cemetery was located about 14 km to the southwest of the Luo County in Xinjiang Khotan,China,belonging to the ancient Yutian kingdom.14C analysis showed that this cemetery was used from 217 *** 283 A.D. Ancient DNA was analyzed by 364 bp of the mitochondrial DNA hypervariable region I （mtDNA HVR-I）,and by six restriction fragment length polymorphism （RFLP） sites of mtDNA coding *** successfully extracted and sequenced intact stretches of maternally inher- ited mtDNA from 13 out of 16 ancient Sampula *** analysis of mtDNA haplogroup distribution showed that the ancient Sampula was a complex population with both European and Asian *** joining network of U3 sub-haplogroup and multi-dimen- sional scaling analysis all showed that the ancient Sampula had maternal relationship with Ossetian and Iranian.

Photoelectrocatalytic coupling CO2and volatile organic compounds （VOCs） is a promising green strategy for the synergistic conversion of the two carbon-containing resources to *** catalytic efficiency is always at the mercy of chemical inertness of CO2and the competitive hydrogen evolution of ***,a modified g-C3N4/ZnAl-LDH Z-scheme heterojunction catalyst with dual reaction site was rationally designed and precisely *** Faraday efficiency of ethanol reached 68.67%with a corresponding formation rate of 227.3μmol *** revealed by in-situ characterizations and density functional theory calculations,CO2and HCHO were absorbed at Zn site and N site,***,*CO generated from CO2and HCHO was converted to*CH3O and*CHO on the dual-active-site *** detailed reaction mechanism experiments indicated that C–C coupling only occurred between*CO and*CH3O in electrocatalysis *** from the“*CO+*CH3O”path,another“*CO+*CHO”coupling path was also detected in photoelectrocatalytic *** selectivity of ethanol was significantly enhanced due to the synthesis of dual-site catalyst and the dual-path coupling path between CO2and HCHO simultaneously driven by light and electricity.

A new method for simulating the folding pathway of RNA secondary structure using the modified ant colony algorithmis *** a given RNA sequence,the set of all possible stems is obtained and the energy of each stem iscalculated and stored at the initial ***,a more realistic formula is used to compute the energy ofmulti-branch loop in the following *** a folding pathway is simulated,including such processes as constructionof the heuristic information,the rule of initializing the pheromone,the mechanism of choosing the initial andnext stem and the strategy of updating the pheromone between two different *** by testing RNA sequences withknown secondary structures from the public databases,we analyze the experimental data to select appropriate values *** measure indexes show that our procedure is more consistent with phylogenetically proven structures thansoftware RNAstructure sometimes and more effective than the standard Genetic Algorithm.

The total reaction cross section (1724±93 mb) of 17B at the energy of 43.7 A MeV on C target has been measured by using the transmission method at the Radioactive Ion Beam line in Lanzhou (RIBLL). Assuming 17B consists of a core 15B plus two halo neutrons,the total cross section of 17B on C target was calculated with the zero-range Glauber model,where double Gaussian density distributions and Gaussian plus HO density distributions were used. It can fit the experimental data very well. The characteristic of halo structure for 17B was found with a large diffusion of the neutrons density distribution.

Vascular basement membrane-derived multifunctional peptide(VBMDMP)gene(fusion geneof the human immunoglobulin G3 upper hinge region and two tumstatin-derived fragments)obtained bychemical synthesis was cloned into vector pUC19,and introduced into the expression vector pGEX-4T-1 toconstruct a prokaryotic expression vector *** VBMDMP produced inEscherichia coli has been shown to have significant activity of antitumor growth and antimetastasis inLewis lung carcinoma transplanted into mouse C57B1/*** the present study,we have studied the ability ofrVBMDMP to inhibit endothelial cell tube formation and proliferation,to induce apoptosis in vitro,and tosuppress tumor growth in *** experimental results showed that rVBMDMP potently inhibited prolif-eration of human endothelial(HUVEC-12)cells and human colon cancer(SW480)cells in vitro,with noinhibition of proliferation in Chinese hamster ovary(CHO-K1)*** also significantly inhibitedhuman endothelial cell tube formation and suppressed tumor growth of SW480 cells in a mouse *** results suggest that rVBMDMP is a powerful therapeutic agent for suppressing angiogenesisand tumor growth.
