Numerous st.dies employed a.non-det.rminist.c t.a.sit.on st.uct.re t. model t.ese net.orks. However, it.is not.rea.ist.c t. expect.st.t.-t.-st.t. t.a.sit.on proba.ilit.es t. rema.n const.nt.t.roughout.a. orga.ism’s lifet.me. In t.is work, we focus on modeling GRN st.t. t.a.sit.on (edge) va.ia.ilit. using a. ever-cha.ging set.of propensit.es. We suspect.t.a.0}t.e source of t.is va.ia.0}on is due t. int.rna. noise a.0}t.e molecula. level a.d ca. be modeled by int.oducing a.dit.ona. st.cha.t.cit. int. GRN models.
