The von Hippel-Lindau tumor suppressor protein(VHL),an E3 ubiquitin ligase,functions as a critical regulator of the oxygen-sensing pathway for targeting hypoxia-inducible *** evidence suggests that mammalian VHL may also be critical to the NF-κB signaling pathway,although the specific molecular mechanisms remain ***,the roles of mandarin fish(Siniperca chuatsi)VHL(scVHL)in the NF-κB signaling pathway and mandarin fish ranavirus(MRV)replication were *** transcription of scVHL was induced by immune stimulation and MRV infection,indicating a potential role in innate ***-luciferase reporter gene assays and reverse transcription quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)results demonstrated that scVHL evoked and positively regulated the NF-κB signaling *** with NF-κB signaling pathway inhibitors indicated that the role of scVHL may be mediated through scIKKα,scIKKβ,scIκBα,or ***-immunoprecipitation(Co-IP)analysis identified scIκBαas a novel target protein of ***,scVHL targeted scIκBαto catalyze the formation of K63-linked polyubiquitin chains to activate the NF-κB signaling *** MRV infection,NF-κB signaling remained activated,which,in turn,promoted MRV *** findings suggest that scVHL not only positively regulates NF-κB but also significantly enhances MRV *** study reveals a novel function of scVHL in NF-κB signaling and viral infection in fish.

测井作业是油气田勘探开发过程中的重要环节,熟悉测井作业过程是相关工科专业学生的必备教学环节。但由于各种原因,导致目前学生很难有机会去油田现场进行测井作业过程的生产实习。本研究首先利用3D MAX软件建立了井场设备和井场环境的模型;依据常规测井流程,运用虚化引擎软件制作了测井仪器工作原理及测井作业操作流程的3D动画;利用虚拟现实技术还原了井场环境,模拟了测井人员的工作过程。最后利用现场的测井数据,调用测井解释软件,绘制了测井解释曲线,实现了对储层的评价。该系统为生产实习提供了一种沉浸式模拟教学手段。

Lunar exploration is deemed crucial for uncovering the origins of the Earth-Moon system and is the first step for advancing humanity’s exploration of deep *** the past decade,the Chinese Lunar Exploration Program(CLEP),also known as the Chang’e(CE)Project,has achieved remarkable *** has successfully developed and demonstrated the engineering capability required to reach and return from the lunar ***,the CE Project has made historic firsts with the landing and on-site exploration of the far side of the Moon,along with the collection of the youngest volcanic samples from the Procellarum KREEP *** achievements have significantly enhanced our understanding of lunar *** on this success,China has proposed an ambitious crewed lunar exploration strategy,aiming to return to the Moon for scientific exploration and *** plan encompasses two primary phases:the first crewed lunar landing and exploration,followed by a thousand-kilometer scale scientific expedition to construct a geological cross-section across the lunar *** the limitations of current lunar exploration efforts and China’s engineering and technical capabilities,this paper explores the benefits of crewed lunar exploration while leveraging synergies with robotic *** study refines fundamental lunar scientific questions that could lead to significant breakthroughs,considering the respective engineering and technological *** research lays a crucial foundation for defining the objectives of future lunar exploration,emphasizing the importance of crewed missions and offering insights into potential advancements in lunar science.

We present an independent catalog(FRIIRGcat)of 45,241 Fanaroff–Riley TypeⅡ(FR-Ⅱ)radio galaxies compiled from the Very Large Array Faint Images of the Radio Sky at Twenty-centimeters(FIRST)survey and employed the deep learning *** them,optical and/or infrared counterparts are identified for 41,425 FR-Ⅱ*** catalog spans luminosities 2.63×10^(22)≤L_(rad)≤6.76×10^(29)W Hz^(-1)and redshifts up to z=*** spectroscopic classification indicates that there are 1431 low-excitation radio galaxies and 260 high-excitation radio *** the spectroscopically identified sources,black hole masses are estimated for 4837 FR-Is,which are in 10^(7.5)■M_(BH)■10^(9.5)M_(⊙).Interestingly,this catalog reveals a couple of giant radio galaxies(GRGs),which are already in the existing GRG catalog,confirming the efficiency of this FR-I ***,284new GRGs are unveiled in this new FR-I sample;they have the largest projected sizes ranging from 701 to1209 kpc and are located at redshifts 0.31

Background:Increased glycolytic activity and lactate production are characteristic features of triple‐negative breast cancer(TNBC).The aim of this study was to determine whether a subset of lactate‐responsive genes(LRGs)could be used to classify TNBC subtypes and predict patient ***:Lactate levels were initially measured in different breast cancer(BC)cell ***,MDA‐MB‐231 cells treated with 2‐Deoxy‐Dglucose or L‐lactate were subjected to RNA sequencing(RNA‐seq).The gene set variation analysis algorithm was utilized to calculate the lactate‐responsive score,conduct a differential analysis,and establish an association with the extent of immune *** clustering was then employed to classify TNBC *** immune dysfunction and exclusion,cibersort,single‐sample gene set enrichment analysis,and EPIC,were used to compare the tumor‐infiltrating immune cells between TNBC subtypes and predict the response to ***,a prognostic model was developed by combining 98 machine learning algorithms,to assess the predictive significance of the LRG *** predictive value of immune infiltration and the immunotherapy response was also ***,the association between lactate and various anticancer drugs was examined based on expression profile similarity ***:We found that the lactate levels of TNBC cells were significantly higher than those of other BC cell *** RNA‐seq,we identified 14 differentially expressed LRGs in TNBC cells under varying lactate ***,this LRG signature was associated with interleukin‐17 signaling pathway dysregulation,suggesting a link between lactate metabolism and immune ***,the LRG signature was used to categorize TNBC into two distinct subtypes,whereby Subtype A was characterized by immunosuppression,whereas Subtype B was characterized by immune ***:We identified an LRG signature in TNBC,which could be used

Objective This study aimed to investigate the potential relationship between urinary metals copper(Cu),arsenic(As),strontium(Sr),barium(Ba),iron(Fe),lead(Pb)and manganese(Mn)and grip *** We used linear regression models,quantile g-computation and Bayesian kernel machine regression(BKMR)to assess the relationship between metals and grip *** In the multimetal linear regression,Cu(β=−2.119),As(β=−1.318),Sr(β=−2.480),Ba(β=0.781),Fe(β=1.130)and Mn(β=−0.404)were significantly correlated with grip strength(P2,−0.652;P<0.001)when each quartile of the mixture of the seven metals was *** kernel function regression model analysis showed that mixtures of the seven metals had a negative overall effect on grip strength,with Cu,As and Sr being negatively associated with grip strength *** the total population,potential interactions were observed between As and Mn and between Cu and Mn(P_(interactions) of 0.003 and 0.018,respectively).Conclusion In summary,this study suggests that combined exposure to metal mixtures is negatively associated with grip ***,Sr and As were negatively correlated with grip strength levels,and there were potential interactions between As and Mn and between Cu and Mn.
