Fabry–Perot(FP)modes are a class of fundamental resonances in photonic crystal(PhC)*** to their low quality factors,FP modes are frequently considered as background fields with their resonance nature being ***,FP modes can play important roles in some phenomena,as exemplified by their coupling with guided resonance(GR)modes to achieve bound states in the continuum(BIC).Here,we further demonstrate the genuine resonance mode capability of FP modes PhC ***,we utilize temporal coupled-mode theory to obtain the transmittance of a PhC slab based on the FP ***,we construct exceptional points(EPs)in both momentum and parameter spaces through the coupling of FP and GR ***,we identify a Fermi arc connecting two EPs and discuss the far-field polarization *** work elucidates that the widespread FPs in PhC slabs can serve as genuine resonant modes,facilitating the realization of desired functionalities through mode coupling.

目的探讨尿石素抑制肝癌细胞生长的分子机制。方法不同浓度尿石素A(urolithin A,Uro-A)处理肝癌huh-7细胞,CCK-8法检测细胞抑制率,并计算IC50,克隆形成试验检测细胞增殖能力,细胞划痕试验评估细胞迁移率,比色法检测细胞培养液中葡萄糖摄取量和乳酸水平,化学发光法检测细胞内ATP含量;Western blotting检测各浓度Uro-A对葡萄糖转运载体GLUT1、糖酵解关键酶(HK2.PKM2.LDHA)、p53、p-p38和Bcl-2.白表达的影响,流式细胞术和TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡率。结果 CCK-8检测结果显示,Uro-A能明显抑制huh-7细胞的增殖,IC50为(48.54±1.2.)μmol·L^(-1)。Uro-A处理后细胞克隆形成量减少,迁移率降低。不同浓度Uro-A作用后细胞葡萄糖摄取量、乳酸水平和ATP生成减少,糖酵解相关蛋白GLUT1、PKM2.LDHA和HK2.达量下降;Western blotting显示p53和pp38被激活,Bcl-2.达降低;流式细胞术和TUNEL法显示细胞凋亡率显著升高。结论 Uro-A可抑制huh-7细胞增殖和迁移,其机制可能是通过p53、p-p38和Bcl-2.制糖酵解,使细胞生长受阻,诱导细胞凋亡。

Endodontic diseases are a kind of chronic infectious oral disease. Common endodontic treatment concepts are based on the removal of inflamed or necrotic pulp tissue and the replacement by gutta-percha. However, it is very essential for endodontic treatment to debride the root canal system and prevent the root canal system from bacterial reinfection after root canal therapy(RCT). Recent research, encompassing bacterial etiology and advanced imaging techniques, contributes to our understanding of the root canal system’s anatomy intricacies and the technique sensitivity of RCT. Success in RCT hinges on factors like patients, infection severity, root canal anatomy, and treatment techniques. Therefore, improving disease management is a key issue to combat endodontic diseases and cure periapical lesions. The clinical difficulty assessment system of RCT is established based on patient conditions, tooth conditions, root canal configuration, and root canal needing retreatment, and emphasizes pre-treatment risk assessment for optimal outcomes. The findings suggest that the presence of risk factors may correlate with the challenge of achieving the high standard required for RCT. These insights contribute not only to improve education but also aid practitioners in treatment planning and referral decision-making within the field of endodontics.

目的研究湖北省随州市不同种属的蜱虫样本携带发热伴血小板减少综合征布尼亚病毒(severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus,SFTSV)情况,并探讨蜱虫与病例来源的病毒在分子进化水平上的亲缘关系。方法于2.16年、2.17年连续2.在湖北省随州市采集蜱1158只,收集该地区具有发热和血小板减少症状的病例血清样本86份,检测病毒核酸。将阳性标本采用Vero细胞开展病毒分离、测定分离到毒株的全基因组序列,并开展蜱虫和病例来源SFTSV病毒株的同源性比较和系统发生研究。结果湖北省随州市长角血蜱、中华硬蜱和微小扇头蜱为优势种(95.34%)。根据蜱的种属和发育阶段合并样本,共得到832.合并样本,其中有4个检出SFTSV。该地区的总体最低感染率为0.35%。从长角血蜱中成功分离得到的1株SFTSV,命名为HB 2.16-P35。该毒株与湖北省已报道的16株病例来源病毒具有较高的同源性,特别是与来自于同一地区的人源毒株HB 2.17-49具有高度的同源性(基因组相似度99.9%)。此外,研究结果表明湖北省SFTSV病毒存在至少5个基因型,涵盖了几乎所有已报道的SFTSV基因型。结论湖北省随州市蜱携带及传播SFTSV整体上处于较低水平。新分离自蜱虫的SFTSV毒株与周边病例携带病毒具有相似的基因型特征和较高的序列同源性。本研究结果提示蜱-人传播最有可能是人类感染SFTSV的途径,需持续在发热伴血小板减少综合征(severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome,SFTS)流行地区开展长期蜱虫携带SFTSV监测。

BACKGROUND Resistin is most likely involved in the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM), but the existing findings are *** To review the literature investigating the associations of the risk of GDM with serum level of *** A systematic literature search was performed using MEDLINE, EMBASE, and Web of Science(all databases). This meta-analysis included eligible studies that:(1) investigated the relationship between the risk of GDM and serum resistin;(2.included GDM cases and controls without GDM;(3) diagnosed GDM according to the oral glucose-tolerance test;(4) were performed in humans;(5) were published as full text articles in English; and(6) provided data with median and quartile range, median and minimum and maximum values, or mean and standard deviation. The pooled standardized mean difference(SMD) and 95%confidence interval(CI) were calculated to estimate the association between the risk of GDM and serum resistin. To analyze the potential influences of need for insulin in GDM patients and gestational age at blood sampling, we performed a subgroup analysis. Meta-regression with restricted maximum likelihood estimation was performed to assess the potentially important covariate exerting substantial impact on between-study *** The meta-analysis for the association between serum resistin level and GDM risk included 18 studies(2. comparisons) with 1041 cases and 12.2.controls. The total results showed that the risk of GDM was associated with higher serum resistin level(SMD = 0.2.0, 95%CI: 0.116, 0.384). Integration of a transgene into a C-genome chromosome plays an important role in reducing ecological risk of transgenic Brassica napus To obtain C-genome transgenic B. napus, herbi- cide-resistant bar gene was firstly transferred into B. oleracea var. alboglabra mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain LBA4404. Then using the trans- genic B. oleracea as paternal plants and 8 non- transgenic varieties of B. rapa as maternal plants, C- genome transgenic B. napus with bar gene was arti- ficially resynthesized by means of ovary culture and chromosome doubling. Among 67 lines of the resyn- thesized B. napus, 31 were positive, and 36 were negative according to PCR test for bar gene. At least 2.plants from each line were kept for PPT spray con- firmation. The result was in consistence with the PCR test. Genomic Southern blotting of three randomly chosen lines also showed that bar gene had been integrated into the genome of resynthesized B. napus lines.

AIM:To review the literature on capsule endoscopy(CE) for detecting esophageal varices using conventional esophagogas troduodenoscopy(EGD)as the standard. METHODS:A strict literature search of studies comparing the yield of CE and EGD in patients diagnosed or suspected as having esophageal varices was conducted by both computer search and manual *** were extracted to estimate the pooled diagnostic sensitivity and specificity. RESULTS:There were seven studies appropriate for meta-analysis in our study,involving 446 patients. The pooled sensitivity and specificity of CE for detecting esophageal varices were 85.8%and 80.5%, *** subgroup analysis,the pooled sensitivity and specificity were 82.7%and 54.8%in screened patients,and 87.3%and 84.7%in the screened/ patients under surveillance,respectively. CONCLUSION:CE appears to have acceptable sensitivity and specificity in detecting esophageal ***,data are insufficient to determine the accurate diagnostic value of CE in the screen/ surveillance of patients alone.

In present paper,the locomotion of an oblate jellyfish is numerically investigated by using a momentum exchange-based immersed boundary-Lattice Boltzmann method based on a dynamic model describing the oblate *** present investigation is agreed fairly well with the previous experimental *** Reynolds number and the mass density of the jellyfish are found to have significant effects on the locomotion of the oblate *** Reynolds number,the motion frequency of the jellyfish becomes slow due to the reduced work done for the pulsations,and decreases and increases before and after the mass density ratio of the jellyfish to the carried fluid is *** total work increases rapidly at small mass density ratios and slowly increases to a constant value at large mass density ***,as mass density ratio increases,the maximum forward velocity significantly reduces in the contraction stage,while the minimum forward velocity increases in the relaxation stage.
