Zinc-air batteries(ZABs)are promising energy storage systems because of high theoretical energy density,safety,low cost,and abundance of ***,the slow multi-step reaction of oxygen and heavy reliance on noble-metal catalysts hinder the practical applications of ***,feasible and advanced non-noble-metal elec-trocatalysts for air cathodes need to be identified to promote the oxygen catalytic *** this review,we initially introduced the advancement of ZABs in the past two decades and provided an overview of key developments in this ***,we discussed the work-ing mechanism and the design of bifunctional electrocatalysts from the perspective of morphology design,crystal structure tuning,interface strategy,and atomic *** also included theoretical studies,machine learning,and advanced characterization technologies to provide a comprehensive understanding of the structure-performance relationship of electrocatalysts and the reaction pathways of the oxygen redox ***,we discussed the challenges and prospects related to designing advanced non-noble-metal bifunctional electrocatalysts for ZABs.

We examine thermodynamic phase transition(PT)of the charged Gauss-Bonnet Ad S black hole(BH)by utilizing the shadow *** this system,we rescale the corresponding Gauss-Bonnet coefficientαby a factor of 1/(D-4),and ensure thatαis positive to avoid any singularity *** equation derived for the shadow radius indicates that it increases as the event horizon radius increases,making it an independent variable for determining BH *** investigating the PT curve in relation to shadows,we can observe that the shadow radius can be used as an alternative to the event horizon radius in explaining the phenomenon of BH ***,the results indicate that an increase in the parameterαcorresponds to a decrease in the temperature of the *** utilizing the relationship between the temperature and the shadow radius,it is possible to obtain the thermal profile of the Gauss-Bonnet AdS *** is evident that there is an N-type variation in temperature for pressures P

Neuroprotective Effects of MIP-15 Peptide from Morchella importuna Against Ischemic-Hypoxic Brain Damage in Rats

Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) is a prominent cause of neuronal damage and neonatal death， and effective treatment strategies remain limited. In a prior investigation， we purified a novel peptide (designated MIP-15) from the rare mushroom Morchella importuna， demonstrating its notable free radical scavenging activity. Nevertheless， the potential neuroprotective role of MIP-15 in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage (HIBD) and its underlying mechanism remain elusive. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether MIP-15 exerts neuroprotective effects by inhibiting the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway after HIBD. A HIBD model in 7-day-old (P7) rats was established by the Rice–Vannucci method to evaluate the effect of MIP-15 on the neurological damage severity and space cognitive ability of rats. Subsequently， an oxygen glucose deprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R) model was established in rat primary hippocampal neurons to explore the mechanism of MIP-15 action. Both in vivo and in vitro data showed that MIP-15 markedly restored endogenous antioxidative activity， decreased brain water content， and ameliorated pathological abnormalities following HIBD. The spatial cognitive ability and motor function of HIBD rats were also repaired. Moreover， in primary hippocampal neurons after OGD/R， MIP-15 increased cell viability by inhibiting the mitochondrial-dependent apoptosis pathway， as manifested by stabilization of the mitochondrial membrane potential， prevention of the release of cytochrome c， upregulation of Bcl-2.Bax， and reduction in the triggering of caspase proteins. These data indicate that MIP-15 may have the potential to act as a neuroprotective agent.

*** Pegmatite hosts important resource of rare metals,e.g.,lithium(Li)and beryllium(Be).In recent years,increasingly more studies were dedicated to characterize and unravel the formation of pegmatite-type deposits,for which accurate dating of pegmatite formation and mineralization is *** Songpan-Ganzi orogenic belt is a major rare metal metallogenic belt in China,hosting many important pegmatite-type Li deposits,including the Lijiagou,Dangba,Jiajika,Yelonggou,Cuola,and *** age data(mica Ar-Ar and zircon/cassiterite U-Pb)from these Li deposits are sparse,ranging from 2.0 to 152.***,obtaining reliable zircon U-Pb dates can be a challenge due to the strong decidualization in *** a result,the formation and mineralization ages of these rare metal pegmatites remain controversial,which hampers the development of pegmatite-type metallogenic model for the Songpan-Ganzi orogenic belt.

Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2.HER2.-positive breast cancer(BC)has been the most challenging subtype of BC,consisting of 2.%of BC with an apparent correlation with poor *** that pyrotinib,a new HER2.inhibitor,has led to dramatic improvements in prognosis,the efficacy of pyrotinib monotherapy remains largely restricted due to its acquired ***,identifying a new potential antitumor drug in combination with pyrotinib to amplify therapeutic efficacy is a pressing ***,we reported a novel combination of pyrotinib with chrysin and explored its antitumor efficacy and the underlying mechanism in HER2.positive *** determined that pyrotinib combined with chrysin yielded a potent synergistic effect to induce more evident cell cycle arrest,inhibit the proliferation of BT-474 and SK-BR-3 BC cells,and repress in vivo tumor growth in xenograft mice *** may be attributed to enhanced autophagy induced by endoplasmic reticulum ***,the combined treatment of pyrotinib and chrysin induced ubiquitination and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD)degradation by upregulating zinc finger and BTB/POZ domain-containing family protein 16(ZBTB16)in tumorigenesis of ***,we identified that miR-16-5p was a potential upstream regulator of ZBTB16,and it showed a significant inverse correlation with *** of miR-16-5p overexpression by restoring ZBTB16 significantly potentiated the overall antitumor efficacy of pyrotinib combined with chrysin against HER2.positive ***,these findings demonstrate that the combined treatment of pyrotinib and chrysin enhances autophagy in HER2.positive BC through an unrecognized miR-16-5p/ZBTB16/G6PD axis.

Reconstruction of biomimetic ionic channels within covalent organic frameworks for ultrafast and selective uranyl capture

The efficient extraction of uranium,as the primary component of nuclear energy,holds significant *** inspiration from the charge interaction observed in biological ion channels,we encapsulated negatively charged polystyrene sulfonate(PSS)or sodium polystyrene carboxylate(PVBA)into the nanochannels of amidoxime functionalized covalent organic framework(COF-AO)in-situ to alter the cavity environment of *** synthesized COF-AO-PSS and COF-AO-PVBA are used for ultra-fast and highly selective uranium *** negatively charged PSS/PVBA was confined in the COF-AO channel providing the driving force for uranium transport and blocking other ions,thus creating a highly selective“uranium highway”.Additionally,introducing sulfonate groups or carboxyl groups into COF-AO offers supplementary coordination environments and weak interactions with *** to charge-assisted migration and various interaction mechanisms,both COF-AO-PSS and COF-AO-PVBA exhibit faster adsorption kinetics and higher selectivity compared to COF-AO *** adsorption capacities are 3.8 times and 2.4 times that of COF-AO alone respectively which highlights the necessity for constructing biomimetic ion channels in uranium adsorption *** work presents a bionic adsorbent based on covalent organic frameworks(COFs)for the first time,overcoming environmental and equipment limitations associated with traditional photocatalysis and electrocatalysis methods for uranium capture,opening up new avenues for designing multifunctional materials that mimic biological systems.

Formamidine lead triiodide(FAPbI_(3))perovskites have become the most promising photovoltaic materials for perovskite solar cells with record power conversion efficiency(PCE).However,random nucleation,phase transition,and lattice defects are still the key challenges limiting the quality of FAPbI_(3) *** studies show that the introduction or adding of seeds in the precursor is effective to promote the nucleation and crystallization of perovskite ***,the seed-assisted approach focuses on heterogeneous seeds or hetero-composites,which inevitably induce a lattice-mismatch,the genera-tion of strain or defects,and the phase segregation in the perovskite ***,we first demonstrate that high-quality perovskite films are controllably prepared using α-and δ-phases mixed FAPbI_(3) micro-crystal as the homogeneous seeds with the one-step antisolvent *** partially dissolved seeds with suitable sizes improve the crystallinity of the perovskite flm with preferable orientation,improved carrier lifetime,and increased carrier *** importantly,the α-phase-containing seeds promote the formation of α-phase FAPbI_(3) films,leading to the reduction of residual lattice strain and the suppres-sion of I-ion ***,the adding of dimethyl 2.6-pyridine dicarboxylate(DPD)into the pre-cursor further suppresses the generation of defects,contributing to the PCE of devices prepared in air ambient being significantly improved to 2..75%,among the highest PCEs for fully air-processed FAPbI_(3) solar *** unpackaged target devices possess a high stability,maintaining 80%of the initial PCE under simulated solar illumination exceeding 800 h.
