The miniaturized broadband detection module can be embedded into the microwave application system such as the front end of the transmitter to detect the power or other parameters in real *** is highly prospective in military and scientific *** this paper,a broadband power detection module operating at 2..5 GHz-40.0 GHz is designed by using low-barrier Schottky diode as the detector and a comparator for threshold *** module can dynamically detect the power range between-10 dBm and 10 dBm with the detection accuracy of 0.1 ***,the temperature compensation circuit is also applied to improve the measurement *** a result,the resulted error low to±1 dB in the temperature range of -55℃ to +85℃ is *** designed module is encapsulated by a Kovar alloy with a small volume of 9 mm×6 mm×3 *** endows the designed module the advantages of small size,easy integration,and low cost,and even it is applicable to high-reliability environments such as satellites.

Humanized immune system(HIS)mice have been developed and used as a small surrogate model to study human immune function under normal or disease *** variations are found between models,most HIS mice show robust human T cell ***,there has been unsuccessful in constructing HIS mice that produce high-affinity human antibodies,primarily due to defects in terminal B cell differentiation,antibody affinity maturation,and development of primary follicles and germinal *** this review,we elaborate on the current knowledge about and previous attempts to improve human B cell development in HIS mice,and propose a potential strategy for constructing HIS mice with improved humoral immunity by transplantation of human follicular dendritic cells(FDCs)to facilitate the development of secondary follicles.

In this paper, an interval estimation scheme is developed for delayed switched positive systems（DSPS） with mode-dependent average dwell time switching. A lossless zonotopic estimation approach is proposed for the delayed intersection zonotope with the positive generator matrix. First, considering the existence of asynchronism between the system mode and the correction matrix mode, the mismatched intersection zonotope is constructed for DSPS to verify the consistency between the system model and ***, by utilizing the introduced radius definitions, the ?∞performance is addressed to optimize the size of delayed intersection zonotopes. Subsequently, we present a joint-design approach of switching signals and the mode-dependent correction matrix by constructing positive generator matrix-based delayed radius functions. Furthermore, guaranteed nonnegative state bounds are derived for the considered DSPS based on the proposed lossless zonotopic estimation criteria. Finally, detailed simulations are conducted to validate the feasibility and superiority of the developed methods.

Monogenic disorders refer to a group of human diseases caused by mutations in single genes. While disease-modifying therapies have offered some relief from symptoms and delayed progression for some monogenic diseases, most of these diseases still lack effective treatments. In recent decades, gene therapy has emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy for genetic disorders. Researchers have developed various gene manipulation tools and gene delivery systems to treat monogenic diseases. Despite this progress, concerns about inefficient delivery, persistent expression, immunogenicity, toxicity, capacity limitation, genomic integration, and limited tissue specificity still need to be addressed. This review gives an overview of commonly used gene therapy and delivery tools, along with the challenges they face and potential strategies to counter them.

Developing luminescent metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) capable of high-efficiency Fe^(3+)sensing has aroused great attraction in the fields of biology,chemistry,***,previous solvothermal methods are limited by organic solvent usage,time consuming,high pressure,and high-energy ***,we propose the waste-toMOF strategy towards the scale-up production of La-MOF nanoparticles through the ball milling of recycled poly(-ethylene terephthalate)(PET) bottles and La(NO_(3))_(3)·_(6)H_(2.*** goes on alkaline hydrolysis to form 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid sodium salt(Na_(2.BDC) and ethylene glycol by ball ***,BDC reacts with La^(3+)to form *** as-prepared La-MOF crystal nanoparticles possess a rod-like morphology with the size of few hundred ***,La-MOF nanoparticles display high selectivity and sensitivity for Fe^(3+)*** quenching constant and limit of detection are 5.2.×10^(3)(mol·L^(-1))^(-1) and 0.147 μmol·L^(-1),respectively,thus surpassing many advanced Fe^(3+) *** to the result of density functional theory,the high Fe^(3+) detection performance of La-MOF is related to the complexing of Fe^(3+)with La-MOF,which leads to the gradual dissociation of the coordination bond between terephthalic acid and La^(3+).It is anticipated that the mechanochemistry milling-based wasteto-MOF strategy provides a new platform for the massive production of functional MOFs in a green manner.

Study on the tribological properties of metal rolling bearing under lubrication with diketone lubricants

In this article, 1-(4-ethylphenyl)-nonane-1,3-dione(02.6) was prepared by Claisen condensation. By mixing 02.6, chelate, and base oil in a ratio of 3.2.4.8:2. a diketone lubricant(PAO=14(2.%)) that can achieve superlubricity was prepared and applied to bearing lubrication experiments. The experimental results show that when the bearing was lubricated by base oil, the friction coefficient(COF) and temperature rise decreased with the decrease of the viscosity of PAO. When PAO=14(2.%) was used as the lubricant, the COF of the bearing was the lowest(0.001), and the wear morphology was comparable to that of the bearing lubricated with commercial lubricant. Compared with the base oil with the same viscosity, it is found that the COF and temperature rise of the bearing lubricated by PAO=14(2.%) were lower under any experimental conditions. And when the amount of lubricant added was 10 μL, the COF of the bearing lubricated by PAO=14(2.%) reached a very low value(0.0004).Bearing ball surface analysis identified the formation of diketone adsorption films. Combined with the previous PAO=14(2.%)superlubricity mechanism, it was considered that the occurrence of tribochemical reaction and the bearing effect of chelates were the main reasons for the existence of ultra-low friction coefficient and low wear. In addition, when there were polar molecules in the lubricant, they were adsorbed on the metal surface through tribochemical reactions, resulting in many irregular pits on the surface.

We explore the generation of topological defects in the course of a dynamical phase transition in a ring with a weak link, i.e., a SSS Josephson junction, from the AdS/CFT correspondence. By setting different parameters of the junction(width, steepness,depth) and the final temperature of the quench, the configurations of the charge density and condensate of the order parameters of the dual field theory are presented. Meanwhile, we observe that in the final equilibrium state, variations in parameters of the junctions only affect the configurations of the charge density and condensate of the order parameters, without altering their values outside the junction. However, variations in the final temperature will directly affect the values of the charge density and condensate of the order parameters outside of the junction. Moreover, in the final equilibrium state, we propose an analytic relation between the gauge-invariant velocity in the two superconducting states in the SSS Josephson junction, which agrees well with the numerical results.
