This study endeavors to formulate a comprehensive methodology for establishing a Geological Knowledge Base(GKB) tailored to fracture-cavity reservoir outcrops within the North Tarim Basin. The acquisition of quantitative geological parameters was accomplished through diverse means such as outcrop observations, thin section studies, unmanned aerial vehicle scanning, and high-resolution cameras. Subsequently, a three-dimensional digital outcrop model was generated, and the parameters were standardized. An assessment of traditional geological knowledge was conducted to delineate the knowledge framework, content, and system of the GKB. The basic parameter knowledge was extracted using multiscale fine characterization techniques, including core statistics, field observations, and microscopic thin section analysis. Key mechanism knowledge was identified by integrating trace elements from filling, isotope geochemical tests, and water-rock simulation experiments. Significant representational knowledge was then extracted by employing various methods such as multiple linear regression, neural network technology, and discriminant classification. Subsequently, an analogy study was performed on the karst fracture-cavity system(KFCS) in both outcrop and underground reservoir settings. The results underscored several key findings:(1. Utilization of a diverse range of techniques,including outcrop observations, core statistics, unmanned aerial vehicle scanning, high-resolution cameras, thin section analysis, and electron scanning imaging, enabled the acquisition and standardization of data. This facilitated effective management and integration of geological parameter data from multiple sources and scales.(2) The GKB for fracture-cavity reservoir outcrops, encompassing basic parameter knowledge, key mechanism knowledge, and significant representational knowledge, provides robust data support and systematic geological insights for the intricate and in-depth examination of the genetic

Hyperlipidemia is a major risk factor for erectile dysfunction(ED).Oxidative stress and phenotypic modulation of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle cells(CcSMCs)are the key pathological factors of ED.N-acetylcysteine(NAC)can inhibit oxidative stress;however,whether NAc can alleviate pathological variations in the corpus cavernosum and promote erectile function recovery in hyperlipidemic rats remains unclear.A hyperlipidemia model was established using 27 eight-week-old male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats fed a high-fat and high-cholesterol diet(hyperlipidemic rats,HR).In addition,9 male SD rats were fed a normal diet to serve as controls(NC).HR rats were divided into three groups:HR,HR+normal saline(NS),and HR+NAC(n=9 for each group;NS or NAc intraperitoneal injections were administered daily for 1. weeks).Subsequently,the lipid profiles,erectile function,oxidative stress,phenotypic modulation markers of ccsMCs,and tissue histology were *** experimental results revealed that erectile function was significantly impaired in the HR and HR+NS groups,but enhanced in the HR+NAC *** lipid levels,over-activated oxidative stress,and multi-organ lesions observed in the HR and HR+NS groups were improved in the HR+NAC ***,the HR group showed significant phenotypic modulation of CCSMCs,which was also inhibited by NAC *** report focuses on the therapeutic effect of NAc in restoring erectile function using a hyperlipidemic rat model by preventing CcSMC phenotypic modulationand attenuating oxidativestress.

The extended kernel ridge regression(EKRR)method with odd-even effects was adopted to improve the description of the nuclear charge radius using five commonly used nuclear *** are:(i)the isospin-dependent A^(1.3) formula,(ii)relativistic continuum Hartree-Bogoliubov(RCHB)theory,(iii)Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov(HFB)model HFB25,(iv)the Weizsacker-Skyrme(WS)model WS*,and(v)HFB25**** the last two models,the charge radii were calculated using a five-parameter formula with the nuclear shell corrections and deformations obtained from the WS and HFB25 models,*** each model,the resultant root-mean-square deviation for the 1.1. nuclei with proton number Z≥8 can be significantly reduced to 0.009-0.01. fm after considering the modification with the EKRR *** best among them was the RCHB model,with a root-mean-square deviation of 0.0092 *** extrapolation abilities of the KRR and EKRR methods for the neutron-rich region were examined,and it was found that after considering the odd-even effects,the extrapolation power was improved compared with that of the original KRR *** strong odd-even staggering of nuclear charge radii of Ca and Cu isotopes and the abrupt kinks across the neutron N=1.6 and 82 shell closures were also calculated and could be reproduced quite well by calculations using the EKRR method.

Exploring the multifunctional array antenna suitable for complex communication environment has very important research value. In this paper, a millimeter wave(mm-wave) double longitudinal sawtooth slot array antenna(DLSA) based on substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) technology is proposed, which has wideband, highgain and novel beam characteristics. Two irregular longitudinal slots are etched on the SIW conductor surface as the radiation structure. To improve the bandwidth of the DLSA, the metallized vias are added at the transition point of the slots to construct multiple resonant frequency points. By adjusting the size of the slots and the position of the metallized vias, the phase constant can be regulated, and the unusual beam characteristics can be obtained. That is to say, in the lower frequency band, the beam pointing angle increases with frequency. In the higher frequency band,the beam pointing angle is maintained at a fixed angle. Finally, to improve the antenna gain, a 1. × 8 DLSA is fabricated, measured and discussed. The proposed antenna has an impedance matching bandwidth close to 9.7 *** 27 to 33 GHz, the beam pointing angle changes from 8° to 29°. From 33 to 37 GHz, the beam pointing angle is fixed at 29°, and the pointing angle error range is ±1.. In addition, the measured maximum gain is 22.9 d Bi at32 GHz.
