＜正＞a new UV-curable Polyurethane resin （PUA） with photoinitial radical, which is dispersed in water in the form of self-emulsification, was prepared from toluene-2,4-diisocyanante（TDI）, polyoxytetramethylene glycol （PTMG）, dimethylolpropionic acid （DMPA）, 13 -hydroxyethyl acrylate （HEA） and Irgacure 2959(2-hydroxy-4’-（2- hydroxyethoxy）-2-methylpropionphenone as photoinitiator. the structure of resin was analyzed by IR and UV spectrum and photocuring properties of the resin was studied.

＜正＞In investigating surface photografting polymerization of styrene, it was found that in the absence of photoinitiator and at high temperatures, a remarkable amount of grafted polymer of St is formed. the initiation performance of St was further confirmed by surface photografting polymerization of acrylic acid, where St was used as photoinitiator. this finding is useful to investigate the reaction mechanism of aromatic compounds under UV radiation and develop photoinitiator-free polymerization systems.

＜正＞the dendritic poly （ether-amide）（DPEA-OH） was modified with octadecyl . isocyanate, toluene-2,4-diisocyanate and β -hydroxylethyl acrylate, producing a UV curable resin with crystalline molecular shell and amorphous interior. the ratio of these modifiers can adjust the products’ final properties to fulfil the requirements of UV curable powder coatings. the degree of crystallinity is higher with more crystallizable moieties grafted from the XRD measurements. the crystallizable resins obtained have a Tg of 41- 45℃ and a Tm of around 120℃. their photopolymerization kinetics was also investigated.

＜正＞three-component photoresists were prepared from hyperbranched polyester, multifunctional acrylate monomers and photoinitiator. the hyperbranched resin had -COOH, -OH and methacryloxy groups on their chain ends. the dried resist on glass substrate showed H- HB pencil hardness. Sensitivity and contrast upon UV exposure were tunable by development solution and the amount of photoinitiator. In a case, high sensitivity with E0 -5.5 mJ/cm2 and high contrast with μ-8were obtained for resist exposed with a mixed UV light and developed with TMAH aqueous. the resist exhibited a unique linear relationship on exposure time with etching depth. this property provided a controlling of surface profile of micro optical elements fabricated with photoresists. Microlens arrays （200×200 μm） were prepared with a moving-mask using this photoresist.

＜正＞X-ray and Co-60 irradiations caused large differences in charge buildup in SOI buried oxides because of the various electron-hole charge yield and dose enhancement *** enhancement effects are monitored with standard SOI NMOS transistors by measuring back-gate threshold shifts due to oxide-trapped *** have demonstrated that the device response to X-ray radiation can be used to predict the relative device response to Co-60 irradiations based on the characteristics of dose enhancement effects,in conjunction with the different charge yield of X-ray and Co-60 irradiations for different bias configurations.

＜正＞Newly synthesized oligomers have been designed with excellent pigment wetting characteristics. the rheology and kinetic stability of pigment dispersions, prepared by either media or three roll muling various pigments in each resin system, will be compared. the ease of dispersion, probed by monitoring the pigment particle size distribution as a function of milling, is dependent on the chemical nature of the oligomer. Oligomers based on polyester and acrylic chemical backbones will be highlighted since they possess superior flow at higher pigment loading versus epoxy or urethane acrylates. In addition, the physical properties of cured polymer films of the different oligomers will also be evaluated and compared.
