Structural Mechanics is an important foundation course majoring in the civil engineering. The teaching methods of structural mechanics are of great significance for improving the teaching quality in the civil engineering. The problems of traditional pedagogy are discussed in allusion to the characteristics of structural mechanics with the requirements of the teaching objectives. In the meantime, the function of combined PBL and LBL pedagogy in the teaching course of structural mechanics is explored. The teaching practice has proved that the PBL and LBL pedagogy have their own strengths in the implementation of teaching process, only when both are fully integrated, can the effect be perfect.

Binary files are generated after compilation. To analyze the similarity detection of binary files, the influences of compiler optimization should be considered. We tested generated binary files with similarity detection tools through the reclassification of clone types and the utility of different compiler optimization. The results show that the similarity detection is less influenced when benchmark files and object files adopting the same compiler optimization;and declined when adopting the different compiler optimization;in addition, the influence of compiler optimization is slightly different according to various clone types.

University-industry collaboration became the basic method of solving the problem. Based on the present condition and the characteristics of the ERP informationized talents demand, this article researches its university-industry collaboration code, establishes a new innovation system to cultivate the human capacity that the ERP industry needed and the university-industry collaboration integration design of informationized talents training.

in order to raising the teaching efficiency of the garment CAD course. We develop the Multimedia courseware according to the characteristic of course. With the software of the Authorware, PS, SnagIt, we adopt the tree branch structure, and the interactional function of hot area and button, bringing in multimedia such as pictures, words and videos to finish the multimedia courseware. The interface is amity and the operation is simpleness which livens up the teaching process and improves the efficiency of the teaching. With the use of the courseware, both the students’ learning initiative and autonomy are improved.

To predict the number of newborns, we establish an non-equigap stage sequence GM (1,1) model. Above all, we construct a non-equigap cumulative operator and calculate the optimal multiplier. Then we use the genetic algorithms to solve the model. On this basis, we improve it and obtain the GM(1,1,α)model. We make a contrast of the predicted number of newborns in two models above and the data in the traditional GM(1,1) model.
