摘      要:Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) were found to play important roles in various cancers,including nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).In our study,we focused on the biological function of the lncRNA FAM133 B-2 in NPC *** RNA-seq and qRT-PCR analysis showed that FAM133 B-2 is highly expressed in the radio-resistant NPC *** following biochemical assays showed that FAM133 B-2 represses the NPC radioresistance and also affects the apoptosis and proliferation of NPC *** investigations suggested that miR-34 a-5 p targets FAM133 B-2 and also regulates the cyclin-dependent kinase 6(CDK6).All these results suggested that the lncRNA FAM133 B-2 might function as a competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA) for miR-34 a-5 p in NPC *** conclusion,our study demonstrated that FAM133 B-2 is up-regulated in radio-resistant NPC ***,we found that FAM133 B-2 is targeted by miR-34 a-5 p,which also negatively regulates the CDK6 *** these results provide new insights into NPC radio-resistance,and thus FAM133 B-2 might be a potential prognostic and diagnostic marker for NPC treatment.
