2024年春节假期以来,国内旅游市场强势回暖,活力涌现。从年初的“尔滨热”到甘肃天水麻辣烫的爆火,再到唐僧、雪饼猴、不倒翁小姐姐等网红打卡地旅游热潮的持续升温,无不展现出国内旅游市场的蓬勃生机与无限潜力。作为文化旅游的具象化体现,景区npc在文旅场景中扮演着至关重要的文化符号形象,无疑是当前文旅市场备受瞩目的“流量密码”。本文从传播主体、内容、受众、渠道四个核心维度剖析文旅场景下演艺传播的破局之路,旨在打破既有传播壁垒,提升并强化文旅演艺的传播效能。

A STUDY OF THE TNM STAGING SYSTEM FOR NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA (npc)

Abstract: Two-hundred and six patients with npc who had nasopharynx examined with computer tomography (CT)prior to their primary radiotherpay were collected to evaluate the staging system for npc recommended by Changsha Conference in 1979 (79’system) aud that by Fuzhou conference in 1992 (92’system). The overall 5-year survival rate of this group was 41.3% (85/206).Clinically staged by 92’system, 206 cases distribute as follows: 2.6% in stage Ⅰ, 22.7% in stage Ⅱ, 46.9% in stage Ⅲ, 24.2% in stage Ⅳ and 3. 6% in stage Ⅳb, their 5-years survival rate ranges from 80%, 65.9%, 40.7%, 31 %to 0%. The authors suggest: 1. primary lesions limited in nasopharygeal cavity be ranked as T1; 2. stage Ⅳbe divided into stage Ⅳa (T4 or/and N3 and M0) aud Ⅳb (MI, and any T, any N).

Hunan Province is one of the high incidence areas of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (npc) in China and ranks the fourth after Guangdong, Guangxi and Fujian. Consequently, the pathogenesis of npc has been the focus of our study for many years. Induction of experimental npc by chemical carcinogens began from 1972. Later, npc in rats was successfully induced by nitroso compounds, especially N, N’-dinitroso-piperazine (DNPZ) which possesses relative organospecificity and is able to induce squamous cell carcinoma of nasopharynx in rats even by subcutaneous injection. npc induced in rats is slightly different from the npc of human due to species difference: it often developed as well-dif-

To construct cDNA library of nasopharyngeal carcinoma （npc） and obtain the npc associated or specific antigens from it, we used a powerful new method to identify the antigens eliciting humoral immune response, which is SEREX （serological identification of antigen by recombinant cDNA expression library）. Autologous serum of npc patient was used to screen the reactive clones in the human npc tissue cDNA library consisted of 3.64 × 10^6 recombinants. The 23 exact positive clones were subcloned to monoclonality and the size of cDNA inserts was identified by PCR. Then the nucleotide sequence of cDNA inserts was determined, and the sequence alignments were performed with BLAST software on GenBank database. They represented 16 different antigens. A detailed sequence analysis showed that 10 of 16 genes were high homologous to genes known in GenBank, such as RPL31, SI00 A2, MT2A, etc. However, there were also 6 genes with low homology to genes in GenBank. Furthermore, 3 of 6 genes may be novel genes. The associations of these genes to npc and the roles that they played in the occurrence and development of npc should be further revealed.

针对煤矿井下非线性负荷产生的无功以及电压波动等电能质量问题,搭建了矿用防爆型1 140 V、400 k Var三电平npc技术的静止无功发生器（SVG）,并提出适用于系统无功补偿控制的三电平空间电压矢量调制算法.基于两电平空间矢量调制原理,将三电平的参考电压矢量扇区判断和基本电压矢量作用时间简化到两电平范畴,从而推导出三电平SVG的SVPWM调制算法及中点电压平衡的控制策略.研制出基于DSP与FPGA结构的三电平SVG数字控制系统.在所搭建的系统上进行了模拟试验.试验结果表明：所研制的系统具有良好的容性和感性无功控制特性,动态响应5-10 ms,满足工业现场实际要求.
