摘      要:Perovskite solar cells(PSCs) constitute a competitive and promising photovoltaic technology owing to their advantages of high absorption coefficient,long carrier lifetime and low-cost *** perovskite morphology plays a critical role in achieving high efficiency and stable *** order to improve quality of perovskite film,we adopted the configuration of ITO/SnO/Perovskite/Spiro-OMeTAD/Ag(shown in Figure 1a) to fabricate PSCs by varying processing conditions and *** encouraging power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 13.00% is achieved for roll-to-roll(R2R) coated triple cation flexible devices in ambient ***,an additives synergy strategy of methylammonium acetate(MAAc) and molecular phenylurea is proposed to one-step,antisolvent-free doctor-blade methylammonium lead iodide(CHNHPbI,MAPbI) PSCs in ambient with a wide range of humidity from 45% to 82%,and the PSCs exhibited comparable performance *** impressive PCE of 20.34% has been achieved under the humidity as high as over 80%(in Figure 1b).
