Efficient and stable CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cells with CB as additive

摘      要:All-inorganic CsPbBr perovskite solar cells(PSCs) with excellent thermal and moisture ***,there are large defects in the perovskite absorber films and serious non-radiative recombination,resulting in a low power conversion *** this,this study used additive engineering to improve the shape and quality of CsPbBr perovskite films by using chlorobenzene as an additive to deal with the large number of defects in the CsPbBr perovskite *** was found that the large density and high boiling point of chlorobenzene treatment of PbBr films can make the PbBr solution in a supersaturated state during spin coating and speed up the crystallization process of PbBr,so as to obtain more loosely porous PbBr films,and thus regulate the growth process of perovskite films and achieve efficient and stable CsPbBr perovskite *** CB treatment,the CsPbBr perovskite solar cell has smaller non-radiative recombination and higher light absorption,achieving a power conversion efficiency of 9.28% in the end.
