摘 要:Rosmarinic acid(RA) and its derivatives like salvianolic acid B are water-soluble phenolic acids original from medicinal plants such as Salvia miltiorrhiza with a variety of pharmacological activities .These compounds have been widely used as medicine and food *** we reported the de novo biosynthesis of RA in engineered Saccharomyces cerevisiae through recreating a six-step minis biosynthetic pathway linked tyrosine to *** recreated pathway containing seven genes devided into two ***,4 CL,HPPR,and RAS consisted the first module and were assembled in plasmid *** coupled with CYP and CPR were the second module and constructed into ***424-TAT-4 CL-HPPR-RAS and pRS426-CYP-CPR-TAL were co-transformed into yeast to do two-step fermentation in synthetic dropout(SD) selection ***-MS results indicated RA was produced at 7.9±0.3 mg/*** work demonstrates that de novo biosynthetic RA pathway has been successfully recreated in *** which sheds light on an alternative source for the biosynthesis of RA and its derivatives such as salvianolic acid B and other phenolic acid compounds.
