摘 要：Background:Verrucous carcinoma of bilateral buccal mucosa is extremely rare. And there has been no previous report on use of bilateral submental artery island flaps for reconstruction of buccal defects on both sides in one oral cancer ***:we present a case with verrucous carcinoma of bilateral buccal mucosa who underwent wide excision of tumor and reconstruction with bilateral submental artery island flaps(SIF). A 9 cm×4.5 cm SIF was harvested to reconstruct the left buccal mucosa defect, and a 4 cm×4.5 cm SIF was used to reconstruct the other side buccal mucosa defect.
