摘      要:Perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have made significant progress and attracted tremendous attention as a promising candidate for the generation of clean energy due to their intrinsic properties of long carrier diffusion lengths,high absorption coefficients,flexible bandgap tuning and defect ***-die coating is a robust deposition technique which can be applied in large-area,roll-to-roll(R2R) printing of perovskite with high material utilization,low cost and high ***,we demonstrate the encouraging result of perovskite solar cells prepared by slot-die coating under ambient condition.A power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 18.36% has been achieved,which is one of the highest performance for perovskite films fabricated by two-step slot-die coating in *** fully slot-die coating process was also explored leading to solar cells devices with a max PCE of 18.13%.Furthermore,devices with 1 cm area yield a champion PCE of 15.1%.
