High-performance perovskite solar cells with large grain-size obtained by the Urea additive

摘 要:Perovskite solar cell has gained wide attention due to its excellent photoelectric performance and economical fabrication process,with high-efficiency perovskite solar cell could be achieved by optimizing film *** is a challenge to grow perovskite films with large crystalline grains and a full coverage on the surface of an organic compound film by a solution *** this work,we add Lewis-bases urea(U) to PbI precursor to control the growth and crystallization of perovskite film on the top of SnO for efficient hybrid cation perovskite solar *** perovskite film prepared by this method has large size grains of more than 5 μ m,smooth,no visible pinhole or crack found and high *** mechanism of the action can be explained by infrared *** the coordination of the lead ion that could accept electron pairs and the C=O bond in urea,introduction of urea in perovskite precursor solution to form MAI·PbI·DMSO·urea complex could significantly improve the photoelectric properties of the perovskite ***,the device fabricated with the concentration of 0.2 M urea showed a higher power conversion efficiency(22.2%) than that of the reference sample solar cell.
